Leaving the deserted island

"Sigh" I am now looking at my situation, I was summoned by a child that can't even speak and I am unsure of how he managed the summoning ceremony and the summoning chant. There is no holy grail so I cannot realize my wish, but I will never be the same person if I were to leave just like that.

"Stay here for a while master, I forgot something back there, I will be back before you know it" I smile at the child while I go back to check the place where I found the child.

I look at the bloodied sand where there is a female corpse and a notebook right next to her. I go to examine the corpse and I don't find any wounds, boold was coming out of her eyes, nose and ears. 'could it be some contagious sickness?' I frown as I think of the possibility of the child dying from a disease. 'this notebook might be here for this reason'.

I reach at the notebook and pick it up and I see the things written by the woman, asking for help and begging the Gods to allow her child to live. I kneel infront of her as I say "You can rest in piece, I will not allow your child to die". I continue to read the notebook which contains some information about the sickness which was not contagious and about the name of the child, and most importantly about the surrounding islands.

'Sigh~ what part of the world are we in? and why are we in a deseted island in the first place?' I sigh at the circumstances, we need to leave this island as soon as possible but there doesn't seem to be a boat nearby. The child may be hungry and we need to go to a doctor to check on him even if his mother said the sickness is not contagious.

I look over at the sea and try to find if there is any ship passing by, I rather leave this place as soon as possible. I go back and check over the child, who is resting under the shade, every once in a while while making sure no ship passes by us. "I should probably bury the woman while waiting for help"

after 2 hours

I see a ship at the distance, it seems they are going past this island. I scream at the top of my lungs. "Help!!", they might not hear me at this distance so I start jumping up and down and trying my best to be noticed. And sure enough they seem to have noticed me and adjusted their sails and came towards my direction.

I went and brought the child back with while waiting, I comforted the child. "Don't worry little Magnus, help is coming" to which the child giggled. 'He seems to be in a good mood', I smiled back at him.

I already know my name from checking my status while waiting, seems like the book she has contains some things about me. 'Hehe, in the world of one piece your family name comes first'

I look over and notice a marine ship, it's too far for my baby eyes to see clearly but I just hope it isn't some corrupt marine who would take advantage of the situation.

a few minutes passed and I laugh as I see the ship is docking near the shore and a small boat comes closer to the island to pick us up. 'Nice, if it is the ship that has a Bulldog head piece must be garp'

I smiled at the marine soldier who was very nervous for some reason. "Thank you sir, I thought my little brother was going to atarve to death". I told him so as even I know that an adult calling a child master must be weird. "No problems miss, by the way you are very pretty are you in a relationship?". I was stunned for a moment and then said "You are very kind sir, but the child may need medical attention so let's talk about that later". I politely turned him down as we were getting on board.

"Vice-Admiral Garp, the child may need some medical attention so let me take them to our medic". The marine said as he saluted the older man who seemed in his forties and was holding a newborn about the same age as Magnus. "Alright go and treat them first and bring the girl back once you are done we need to ask her about her situation". Said the Vice Admiral
