Chapter 8- Kingdom For The Taking

"BANG!" 

The birds in the sky dropped onto the deck, unconscious as two walls of conquerors met, an arc of crimson smashing into an arc of violet-blue, fighting each other for dominance, I pressed my conquering will onto Vigaro's and it was clear to see who was winning, we broke off the haki and put on blindfolds, Koby had just come from the navigation cabin and he joined together. 

I could see the whole deck, even with the cover over my face, it was almost perfect vision, if I went blind right now, my observation itself would be enough to keep me going. Vigaro and Koby charged me together and I vaulted over them, I coated my arms in haki and smashed down to Koby's head, but he dodged and landed on the other side of the deck, we smiled as we fought, the Grand line was no longer as daunting as we thought it would be. 

A few days ago I received some information (*I spun it in a random info spin on the system*) and it was on a kingdom that had been prevalent around three hundred years ago, the Germa kingdom, they had underground networks and were pretty big threats to the world government if they turned on them... 

I had heard of the disappearance of a certain Vinsmoke, Sanji, the third youngest son of Vinsmoke Judge, the family patriarch. We were now on the way to a meeting with the oldest of Judge's sons, Ichigi for a weapons trade. 

They had the assumption we were no-name pirates or explorers who wanted to bolster their protection, but the plan stretched way beyond that, the plan was to capture Ichigi and hold him, hostage, then I'll pick off his brothers one by one, I'll leave the one who ran away if Judge gave a shit about him, he wouldn't still be on the run anyway. 

The Germa kingdom wasn't super strong and Haki-clad with certainty, but I was certain that having the Vinsmokes under my command would be better than the marine soldiers that are not even worthy to be called fodder, they were just flies in the eyes of the powerful, I also wanted to see these "scientific enhancements" and maybe get some for myself. 

I also needed funds, this was something that the Germa kingdom had way too much of, if I can't get the stubborn old Judge to submit to me, then I guess I will just loot their entire army and their tech, it is said to be worth tens of billions if sold on the right market. 

I had something in mind, a person to see, but it would not work without the cooperation or destruction of the Germa Kingdom, we were drawing nearer to Whiskey Peak in paradise where Ichigi said he would wait, and as we neared the docks we saw the red-haired man in his germa 66 suit. "Koby! Virago! Go deal with him, I sense another presence on this island, let me go check!" 

Virago and Koby jumped from the ship, landed a few meters away from Ichigi, and began walking toward the man, I docked the ship and closed my eyes trying to zone in on the person, they were good, they were trying to hide their presence, but they weren't that good enough at the job, it was enough for me to sense them. 

"Hey, I know you're there, who are you?!" 

No response but everything was quiet, I walked forward and began searching the trees to no avail, this place was barren, so why could I detect a presence flying at me at high speeds, at the last second I jumped high into the air grabbing my feet as the person flew past me. 

"Bastar D Euce, something about you intrigues me, do you think I would let my son go to a meeting with an unknown dealer, without backup?"

I laughed out loud, into the air, chuckling away and soon the valley was filled with noises of "HAHAHAHAHAHA!" I couldn't help it and Vinsmoke Judge began to get a bit heated at my laughter. 

"Am I amusing to you?!" 

My expression changed to one of murderous rage and I looked at the man in front of me, dead in his eyes, "You didn't bring enough!" 

"What?"

"You didn't bring enough backup!" 

I let loose my conquerors and I watched hundreds of Germa 66 warriors fall from trees and collapse, even the other two princes of the Germa Kingdom, the only one left standing was Judge, who was barely fazed by the burst of Haki. 

"Judge, you made the mistake of coming here, now I'll kill you, your family, and your warriors, and then go to your little kingdom and loot that dry too." 

I ran forward, brandishing soul reaper and slicing down, 

"Ittoryu Setting Sun, Dance of the fire god!" 

The downward slash shone as it was met with Judges, Germa 66 suit and blade, but I pressed into the attack, and Soul Reaper, now Haki-clad was pushing Judge's little blade into his chest and I propelled the old man back with another of my breathing styles, 

"Mizu no Kokkyu, Horizontal Wheel!" 

The old man dodged backward as my blade sped through the air, piercing the water vapor into its liquid form, Judge began his counter-attack, launching powerful punches and kicks my way, leaving me with no room to strike, he was experienced and strong, not the kind of foe that you would like to face, even with my strength.
