Three Old Pirates

A huge ship was currently docked near the beach

"Are you sure that you want to train here for two years? you should know that in two years' time you will be leaving me and we won't be able to see each other for a long time." An old pirate holding a halberd said with tears in his eyes.

The young lady nodded her head resolutely, she approached the pirate and gave him a hug, "Don't say that, Pops. you will still have to pick me up here in two years, we will still have a lot of time to spend together."

The pirate could only sigh in defeat and glared at the two old pirates who were standing not far away and shouted, "If I learn that the of you two let my lovely daughter get hurt then just be prepared to taste my wrath!"

The old pirate wearing eyeglasses laughed and replied, "Your daughter? who gave you the right to claim her as your daughter?! even though she was born in your ship it doesn't give you the right to call her your daughter."

"What did you say?!" The old pirate with a halberd asked while raising his weapon trying to initiate an attack.

"Alright, alright, can the both of you stop? the two of you can be considered as my father figure so please stop fighting." The Young lady said trying to mediate.

The third old pirate wearing black glasses nodded in agreement and said, "You two old fools are already past your prime but you still act like kids."

"Hmph, that idiot dared to call himself her father just because he just so happened to be at the right place at the right time, If I were the one who found her first then I would've been the one take care of her." The old pirate wearing eyeglasses said in annoyance.

The old pirate with the halberd sneered and replied, "Thankfully she found me first, or else I wouldn't know how a broke old man like you can raise her properly."

"Say that again and see if I don't knock you out!"

The young lady who was in the middle of this argument already lost her temper and shouted, "Enough! If you two still keep on arguing then it would be better for me to go look for Kenshin!"

"No!"

"Absolutely Not!"

The two old pirates shouted in unison, thinking about their precious daughter in the hands of that filthy brat makes their blood boil.

The old pirate wearing black glasses finally stepped up and said, "Alright you two stop arguing already, we only have 2 years left before our little princess will be leaving us so let's try to teach her all we know so that she won't get hurt during her future adventures."

The two old pirates finally nodded in agreement, the old pirate with the halberd patted the young lady's head and said, "I will be leaving now, if you encounter any problem or if those two old bastards are irritating you. you can just call me using the den-den mushi okay?"

"Got it, Pops."

He then gave the old pirate wearing eyeglasses a threatening glare and left.

"Let us also go, we still need to build a proper house for you so that you won't be uncomfortable during your training." The old pirate wearing black glasses said as they entered the forest.

While the two old pirates already entered the forest the young lady stopped walking and glance at the sky and thought, 'I will also become stronger so that I can fight beside you and take back what is rightfully ours together.'
