Abnormal

"Right now, Aqua Laguna's wave velocity is abnormal. " Paulie whispered. He then widened his eyes, looking at the abnormal ebbing of the water.

"It looks as if the sea has almost dried up." Paulie whispered and looked at Luffy and Zoro who were sitting on the rooftop calmly.

"The sounds of the ocean have stopped which can only mean that huge waves will come. The back streets will be completely swallowed? " Paulie whispered in shock. They all saw the Aqua Laguna finally arrive and about to cover everything underneath it. The Aqua Laguna then crushed a bridge with its force.

As the bridge continues to be destroyed, the Straw Hats make their way to Zousenjima and make it just in time as the others watch in shock at how high the wave had managed to reach.

"It's almost engulfing everything." Nami whispered as Kokoro, Chimney and Gonbe who arrived at Water 7 hours ago stood beside her.

"I still can't believe that Mugiwara carried that ship all by yourself from down there to up there." Paulie grumbled while looking at Luffy. The Straw Hats looked at Merry who was placed at the top most part of the whole city where there was no water on it. Luffy carried it all by himself.

"We need to go now, the Sea Train CP9 board has left for a long time now. Sanji and Usopp are probably thinning them out. Now it's our time to go to Enies Lobby. " Luffy decided. Paulie looked at Luffy.

" Are you sure about this? Are you all truly ready to wage war on the World Government?" Paulie asked them. Luffy grinned at him.

"I'm the son of Monkey D. Dragon, who is the World's Worst Criminal and the Supreme Leader of the Revolutionary Army. Being his son, I'm already at war with the World Government. I'm just making it official." Luffy replied confidently.

" Follow me, Pirate King. I'll start the sea train for you and your crew." Kokoro offered and took a swig from the bottle of beer she was holding. Luffy looked at her and smirked.

"Alright then! Let's go to Enies Lobby, crew!!!"

Meanwhile with Sanji and Usopp. They already snuck onto the Sea Train that was heading straight to Enies Lobby and they've already started causing trouble in the train.

There were seven train carts and they started from the last car and pummeled all of the agents in it. They were currently dealing with the people in the freight cart.

Sanji leaned forward while facing away from the last opponent in the cart and launched a backwards kick towards the person.

"Collier Frit!!!" He shouted before kicking upwards into the person's throat. The person crashed through the roof of the cart they were in and landed into the violent seas, never to be seen again.

Sanji and Usopp looked at Franky who was wrapped in white cloth and tied up in a corner.

*BANG!!!*

"Franky you bastard!! You sure did a number on Usopp back there!!! How many pieces do you wanna be chopped into! " Sanji shouted while Usopp was holding him back. Franky had a bleeding nose and a shoe imprint on his face.

"Tch! You're lucky Luffy wanted me to save you because I could've kicked your cyborg ass into the sea. " Sanji grumbled.

" Why would Mugiwara want to save me? We're enemies remember? " Franky asked the chef with a confused tone and a surprised face.

" He wanted to have a good shipwright in his crew. And since you're one of the disciples of the legendary shipwright Tom, he wanted you to join since Iceburg couldn't."

"Haaaa????"

" Whoa!! That's so cool!! " Luffy shouted excitedly. Kokoro was silent before she started speaking.

" First off, it's not a good thing. The name's Rocketman. It can't carry passengers on it because it's a runaway Sea Train." She explained to them, amazing Luffy and Chopper even more.

" That shark's head is so awesome!!" Chopper shouted with stars shining in his eyes. In design and size, the Rocketman was broadly similar to the Puffing Tom, complete with 4-4-0 wheel arrangement.

Its smoke box was distinctively cone-shaped, and jokingly painted to resemble a shark's head; this was linked to the standard driver's cab, coal-tender, and a single passenger car. As it was never publicly used, its exterior was mostly unpainted.

The Rocketman was considered an experimental failure by all who worked on it, as its engine was only capable of dangerously high speeds, and would not respond to conventional brake mechanisms. This made it largely impossible to stop or even slow at-will, as well as prone to derailing from any solid collision.

No amount of adjustments were able to remove these flaws, leading the Rocketman to be dubbed an 'inherently' runaway train.

They saw a bandaged up Iceburg exiting the train. Iceburg looked at them. "Ah Kokoro-san, you brought them here?" Iceburg greeted her.

" I see you're still alive, Iceburg. What are you doing here?"

"If I'm here, I must've had the same idea you had. Use it, I've prepared it for you. It has water and coal, it's gathering steam now. " Iceburg grunted as he took a seat on a wooden crate.

"Thanks, Iceburg-san!!" Nami thanked him. Iceburg nodded back at her.

"You're welcome. But celebrate after you survive. The Rocketman is a failure prototype that was built before the Puffing Tom. No matter how you adjust the steam rate, you just can't slow it down so you'll easily lose control. I can't guarantee your safety. " He replied with a concerned frown.

" Okay!! Thanks again Iceburg-san!! Let's go crew, get on!! "

" What's that Kaya? " Nojiko asked Kaya who was carrying a large sack with her. Kaya set it down.

"Food and booze for everyone." Kaya replied and opened the sack, revealing a lot of fruits, meat and beer bottles in the sack. Everyone quickly gathered around it and started eating.

"Now leaving Water 7. Destination: Enies Lobby. Runaway Sea Train, Rocketman!! "

Kokoro declared through the speakers installed in the train. Luffy smirked and raised his beer bottle high up in the air.

"Let's turn the world upside down!!!"

"Yeah!!!"

The Rocketman started leaving Water 7 at high speeds. It only started moving and it was already moving at 357.2 MPH(574.8km/h) which is the speed of the Fastest Train in the World.

It flew through the air and landed into the ocean. Kokoro easily found the train tracks which she had monitored throughout the year.

"Urgent message from the control room! We will be latching onto the rails soon, and that means our speed will increase considerably! Please brace yourselves so you'll only receive minor injuries!!" Kokoro warned them. Luffy stretched out his arms and wrapped them around Nami's, Nojiko's and Robin's waists.

He then pulled them into his lap as they sat on it with big blushes on their faces. Zoro grunted as he sat beside Luffy with a stoic expression on his face.

Meanwhile, Kaya and Chopper were talking about medical stuff Luffy didn't bother to listen to. They were so into it but he can't seem to understand why so he let them be.

They physically felt the train speeding up to impossible levels. Zoro looked outside the only window of the train only to see glimpses of the sea.

They were quickly approaching a wave of the Aqua Laguna. The wave was even taller than a four story building.

"Pereperepereperepere....."

Luffy hummed as he took out his Den Den Mushi which was ringing dryly. He answered the call.

"Kacha."

"Luffy! Are you there?" Luffy heard Sanji calling him from the other side of the call.

"Yeah! I can! But I'm gonna pass the call to Nami now! Me and Zoro have something to deal with. " Luffy passed the Den Den Mushi to Nami and let the girls on his lap get off him.

He and Zoro quickly climbed out of the train through the sliding window and stood on the roof of the Rocketman. They stared at the wave.

"I'm gonna do it." Luffy stepped up and leaped towards the wave while looking at it seriously.

"Ittōryū: Judgement Cut!!"

Luffy then disappeared without a trace. He actually crashed through the wave and appeared on the other side of it.

Zoro saw a giant black and blue distortion ripple traveling and homing in on the center of the large wave. It traced large visible lines all over the waves too.

*FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!*

The giant wave was sliced into millions of pieces by Luffy's attack. What was once a destructive force became nothing but the target for Luffy's show of strength.

Luffy stretched his arm and grabbed onto Rocketman again. He and Zoro quickly got back into the train where Nami was still talking with Sanji through the Den Den Mushi.

"Here Luffy, Sanji wants to talk to you." Nami handed Luffy the Den Den Mushi.

"Hey, it's your favorite Pirate Captain here. How is it over there?" Luffy greeted Sanji with a grin on his face.

"Me and Usopp just got through two carts full of World Government agents. We're about to go to the fifth cart that's full of Marines." Sanji explained.

" And Franky?" Luffy asked.

" He's fine and is now fighting with us. " Sanji replied. Luffy smirked. Lucci must be fuming right now.

" Okay! Go kick their asses!!" Luffy shouted at the Den Den Mushi.

"Aye Aye Captain! See you soon!"
