However, Gnar casually waved his hand, causing a surge of blood to flow from his feet. It spun around his body like a tornado, forming a wall of blood.

"Blood Formation Wall!"

The powerful centrifugal force generated by the rotating blood prevented Magellan's poisonous pufferfish from advancing.

"!!!"

Magellan, unwilling to give up, continued to try, but he realized with growing frustration that his venom's corrosive power seemed feeble against this massive wall of flowing blood.

Not wanting to waste his strength, Magellan stopped attacking. At that moment, the massive wall of blood spun faster and then exploded, transforming into a river of crimson blood rushing toward Magellan.

"Blood Blast!"

In an instant, the torrent of blood surged forth, engulfing everything on the ground. The intense heat from the floor made it evaporate, swallowing Magellan whole.

Magellan quickly leaped into the air.

But under Gnar's control, the river of blood morphed into a giant hand and grasped Magellan mid-air.

As the Director of Impel Down, Magellan was skilled in the six styles and easily dodged the massive blood hand.

However, if this continued, neither Gnar nor Magellan, who hadn't moved from the start of the battle, would be able to approach each other.

Realizing this, Magellan opened his mouth in mid-air, emitting a purple poisonous mist that spread out, forming a blue poisonous cloud that enveloped the area above the river of blood, including Magellan's figure.

"Poison Cloud!"

Gnar saw the poisonous gas approaching and retreated, holding his breath.

He wasn't arrogant enough to engage with Magellan's venom directly like Blackbeard had.

However, he wasn't powerless.

He was no longer the guy who could only rely on his body to fight against Zephyr.

Facing the poisonous cloud, Gnar used the power of his life-returning technique. His body's life energy gathered in his hands and erupted into high temperature.

Then, facing the incoming blood mist, Gnar clasped his hands together in front of his chest.

"Boom!"

A massive force collided, creating an impact centered on Gnar's clasped arms, and the shockwave reverberated throughout LV4 Blazing Hell.

"What!"

Magellan's poisonous mist was instantly blown away by this force, like a fragile candle flame.

Magellan, who had hoped to ambush Gnar under the cover of the poisonous fog, was suddenly thwarted.

At this moment, he fully realized how troublesome the pirate before him was. No wonder Admiral Zephyr had personally captured him.

By now, Magellan understood that relying on his fruit powers alone wouldn't trick the pirate. He had no choice but to risk everything as the Impel Down Director.

With that thought, Magellan's venom flowed rapidly, and he transformed into a massive blue-skull poison creature.

"Poison Giant Soldier!"

This was the most powerful technique he had developed since acquiring the Devil Fruit a month ago.

He had no intention of using Haki.

After acquiring this Devil Fruit, he realized that his venom was far easier to use than Armament Haki. Its powerful toxicity, corrosiveness, and pervasiveness gave him an edge in close combat.

As long as an enemy touched even a trace of his venom, its toxicity would incapacitate them, making them hesitant to approach. He naturally had an advantage in close combat.

But as he pondered this, Gnar showed no fear. Instead, he appeared intrigued and spoke slowly.

"I can also pilot a Gundam and more!"

As Gnar's blood swirled around him, a massive creature slowly formed beneath his feet.

The creature had a red face with fangs, a bird's head and human body, blood-red wings, and a giant eagle-like head, resembling an evil ghost from hell.

But it wasn't just this; as the creature materialized, a golden flame suddenly ignited above its head.

The flame spread from top to bottom of the creature's body, including its eyes, mouth, arms, and legs, giving it the appearance of a strange bird born from flames.

In an instant, Magellan's pupils contracted as he recognized it. It was the ability of Annie Pauley's Bird-Bird Fruit, Phantasmal Beast Species, Bird Form, known as Flame: Annie Pauley.

He finally understood the true reason behind Gnar's invasion of Impel Down. His face was filled with disbelief and shock as he gritted his teeth and said.

"I see, you're here to hunt down the Devil Fruit users in Impel Down!!!"

At this point, Gnar, having hunted enough Devil Fruit users and possessing strong self-protection, no longer had any need to hide his intentions.

"Correct. But unfortunately, there is no reward..."
