Chapter 83: No Pain or Itching! The Three Main Forces of the Straw Hat Fell Instantly!

"Ape King Gun!!!"

In front of Kaido, the three figures unleashed their powerful moves, combining strength honed over two full years,

A powerful and explosive punch,

A sharp sword imbued with unbeatable energy,

A fiery kick descending from above with gene-stimulating force,

They attacked Kaido from three different directions.

However, Kaido stood unyielding, his face as calm as still water, showing no intention to parry the moves that the three believed to be devastating,

The trio could even see the contempt in Kaido's eyes during the assault.

Again feeling disregarded, the trio's anger flared, and in the final moment, they managed to further amplify their strength.

Luffy's fist collided with Kaido's face, sending a blast of air swirling about,

But a peculiar sensation arose, as if he were fighting an unstoppable force!

Upon closer inspection, he realized he could not budge Kaido in the slightest!

Luffy was taken aback, his Ape King Gun had struck something as unyielding as an iron boulder,

Even with his punch making contact, Kaido's gaze remained dismissive, his expression barely wrinkling.

Unable to extend his rubbery arms fully, much less have any effect on Kaido.

His eyes, darkened with the black of armament Haki, glared fiercely at Kaido, as he thought to himself,

"Damn! He's stronger than I imagined!!"

The propulsion from his feet intensified as he desperately attempted to force Kaido back, but to no avail.

Meanwhile, Zoro held his three swords against the hard surface of Kaido's abdomen,

The blades jammed into the grooves of Kaido's muscles.

Zoro's arms and neck quivered slightly, and cold sweat rolled down his forehead, while he gripped his sword, employing every ounce of his strength in vain against Kaido's skin.

"This is... what kind of monster..."

Zoro couldn't help but mentally scream, baffled, and a trace of fear crept into his brave heart.

Since mastering the technique to cut through steel,

He had never found anything that resisted his blade!

Yet now, his prized swordsmanship seemed useless against this adversary's body!

He wondered if even the legendary Hawkeye would be able to inflict any damage on this beast.

As for Sanji, who had descended from the sky aiming to land a kick on Kaido's head with his flaming heel,

How could Kaido allow such a disrespectful contact,

With just a casual swing of his mace, Sanji braced himself for impact.

"Shoot!! Damn it!"

Amidst the settling dust, Sanji was knocked unconscious, his body twisted, bleeding, and visibly damaged.

"Sanji!!"

"Stupid cook!!!"

"Sanji!!!"

"Sanji-kun!!!"

The Straw Hat Crew cried out in alarm,

Chopper quickly transformed into his most agile deer form, dashing to Sanji's side on all fours in just a few leaps.

Sanji's injury was immediately apparent with a single glance.

"Oh no! Sanji is seriously injured!"

"Usopp! Come and help me!"

"Ahh, I'm on it!"

Usopp's face was drained of color, and his teeth chattered noisily. His legs twisted and trembled so much that he couldn't walk properly. Clutching the row of seats for support, he made his way toward Sanji at an unsteady pace.

As Luffy and Zoro turned back, Kaido spoke with indifference.

"It doesn't hurt at all, Straw Hat. Let me show you what real power is!"

Kaido raised his mace high; a fierce aura emanated from him. A powerful force burst forth, invisible yet tangible, surpassing the strength of Luffy's fist. It pushed Luffy and Zoro away from each other in the blink of an eye.

"What's happening?!"

"This is... the color of armament Haki!"

They were familiar with this attack, having encountered something similar two years ago against Sentomaru. However, Kaido's power was much stronger than that of Sentomaru's. Luffy and Zoro struggled against the force. One spiraled through the air while the other nearly crashed to the ground.

Then, Kaido swung his mace.

Bang! Bang!

In less than a second, both Luffy and Zoro were struck. Kaido flicked his wrist, and they were sent flying like baseballs.

"Chopper!" Usopp's pupils shrank as he saw his friends hurtling toward him. Suddenly filled with adrenaline, he dove to shield Chopper, who was busy pulling out medicine and bandages.

"Huh?" Chopper looked up just as Usopp's long nose was about to hit him.

The two hugged and rolled aside like a ball to avoid being crushed.

The ground shook, and dust burst into the air, adding two more injured figures beside Sanji, their bodies bloodied and embedded in the concrete.

However, Zoro and Luffy's physical resilience was clearly superior to Sanji's. Suffering from external wounds and internal pressure, they did not lose consciousness. Zoro, nose bleeding, clutched his swords tightly. His veins bulged with exertion, spreading from his hands up to his shoulders and head. His expression darkened with shock and pain.

"This is... the Four Emperors... Kaido of the Beasts... Damn, strong as a monster."

Coughing, Zoro felt a searing pain in his lungs and abdomen, blood creeping from his mouth.

Luffy, knocked out of Gear Fourth by the blow, lay spread out and exhausted, gasping for breath. Blood flowed from a wound on his forehead, running down his cheek and dripping onto his chest. His eye appeared injured.

With one eye closed, he fixed a faint gaze on Kaido, then shifted to the flame-like fruit behind him.

"Ace," he murmured.

Panic, disbelief, and trembling eyes spread among the rest of the Straw Hat Pirates. Nami covered her mouth, her eyes wide and voice shaking.

"Impossible, right? Luffy... Zoro, Sanji... They're all so strong... To be defeated so quickly!" 

"You're lying!"
