Saving the Princess

Hmmm... I sit for a moment and ponder who could it be then say: "Come in". That exact moment a tall, slender young woman with shoulder-length hair and eyes that have dark, wide pupils, came in.

She wore a revealing cowgirl outfit consisting of a purple cleavege-exposing corset and matching miniskirt, both with white ornaments hanging from them, and a white fur-lined coat paired with a white cowboy hat and white high-heeled boots. This is none other then Miss. All Sunday or Nico Robin.

" What is it? " I say with a annoyed look, but inside I'm astonished at how gorgeous she is, she makes the two girls on the bed look ugly in comparison.

" I have some news that might interest you. Apparently a couple of hours ago the princess, Nefertari Vivi, the guard chief Pell and some guards went for a walk when..."

" Get to the point already "

" Fine, some minutes ago a guard showed up at the Palace all bloodied, he said that a group of pirates intercepted them and want to kidnap the princess of ransom"

" So... didn't you say Pell was with them, can't he handle some pirates? "

" Normally he would be able to but from the guards description, their captain seems to have eaten a Logia type devil fruit."

"Hmmm... tell me the location, also stop the plan for the moment. " She widens her eyes I shock then says: " Are you giving up on the Poneglyph? What happened? "

" Haa.. no, I just want to try something different" [ God, what perfect timing, this is the perfect situation I need in order to get closer to the royal family.]

She narrows her eyes, " The guard said they were just outside Alubarna when the pirates appeared." [What? How can people be so stupid, kidnapping the princess of a kingdom just outside the capital city of said kingdom. It's like they're asking to die. Most probably their captain thinks he is invincible with a Logia.]

Just then I transform my lower half into sand and fly in said direction. After a few minutes of flying I can see them, about 20 pirates and who I assume to be their captain, a tall and ugly man with a large katana in one hand, are surrounding three people, a dead guard, a beaten up Pell and Vivi, the crown princess.

"HeHeHe... just give us the princess and I might consider sparing your life."

" How dare you pirate scum! I unlike you have honor, how could I as guard chief give Vivi to you?"

"Then die hehehe..."

Just as he was about to head over to finish off Pell I drop down between them.

" Hahaha... I hope you let me join the fun too"

"Shit! that is Sir Crocodile one of the seve Warlords of the Sea." some pirate says.

"Shut up fool!" the captain replies furiously "Don't you remember I can't be hit? After all I'm invincible, I'll kill him then take his bounty who knows maybe I'll even become a Shichibukai Hehe Hehe..."

As he speaks I say: "Sand Storm" I then extend out my hand, just then a tornado made out of sand and if you look closely you could notice little blades made out of sand inside the tornado, forms in my hand and starts moving towards the pirates. The tornado continues to grow until it swallowed all 20 pirates, then suddenly it stops...

All the people present couldn't believe their eyes, when the tornado stopped expecting to see screaming people falling from the sky they're shocked to see flesh, severd limbs and all sort of human body parts fall down.

The princess started puking and even Pell had to avert his eyes, they were all terrified. " You!! You killed my crew, die!" said the captain as he rushes towards me.

I swing my arm upwards and from the ground two streaks made out of sand imbued with armament haki hit him. The first hits him in the gut while the second chopped his head off clean. I can see his shocked face right as the life in his eyes fades away.

Pell couldn't believe what he had just witnessed, the group of pirates wich gave him so much trouble, almost killing him was taken out in mere seconds, he couldn't help but wonder: if Crocodile wanted to take over the country, could they even do anything?

The princess was shocked to but not about his power, she was shocked at the cruelty of Sir Crocodile.

" Yo... seems like you're both able to walk, you should head up towards the Palace" Just as I say this I take off towards my apartment.

When I arrive I can see Nico Robin but no traces of the two girls I had last night.

"Seems like you took care of it"

"Yeah, it was just some fool thinking he was invincible beacuse he ate a good devil fruit"

" If you don't mind me asking Boss, how were you able to hit him?"

"... Haki"

Seeing as she wouldn't get more than this, she heads out and goes God knows where. As the door closes I fall on the bed.

[haaa... I took a life today, surprisingly I don't feel much remorse, must be thanks to Crocodiles memories where he killed countless people.]

[What should I do, I can start trying to make a crew but it seems like to much of a hassle, you have to make sure they are loyal to you a trait that is hard to come by, even Miss. All Sunday would betray me in a heart beat.

Should I pull a Mihawk and go solo?... Nah I don't have the strength needed to do something like that, maybe follow Luffy's example and gather a small but effective group. ]

[3d pov:]

In the throne room of the Palace a worried king awaits news about his daughter and Pell, just some moments ago they arrived at the Palace needless to say they were immediately rushed to the infirmary.

A creaking sound can be heard and a guard makes his appearance saying: "you're majesty, I bring good news, the princess seems to only have some bruises and according to the doctor

Pell life isn't in danger, with enough time he should make a full recovery"

That was all it took and Cobra started running towards the infirmary, there he found Vivi and Pell from which he learned in detail about what happened.
