It has been a couple of hours now since our departure from Water 7, everyone is relaxing, some are training, all in all a good atmosphere.

"Everyone, you might not be aware of this but while we were in Water 7 we recruited another member." as soon as I finished saying that Rob Lucci appeared right besides me. Everyone was startled for a second but recovered quickly.

"Isn't this that mute shipwright?" -Nami

"I can speak just fine, I was lying because of my mission." -Rob Lucci

"What mission? Aren't you the Galley-La Company's employee?" -Mr.1

"No.." I decided to interject "He is Rob Lucci a agent of CP9, a Cipher Pol agent, this organization reports directly to the World Government but I think it's best to let him explain."

"As Crocodile said I am or was a Cipher Pol agent. There are various Cipher Pol cells that are stationed throughout the world and investigate for the World Government. We supplement the Intelligence Branch of the World Government's Marine forces, but we operate more as a counter-insurgency agency that also has more general law enforcement duties. We have some authority regarding recruitment for the Marines, even dealing with the Underworld for unique individuals. If we encounter pirates, we will apprehend them, but, as an agency, Cipher Pol focuses more on political threats to the World Government than more generic criminals." -Rob Lucci

"I'm sure you have already figured it out but just by him saying that he is committing treason. Anyway he is our newest addition to the crew."

"Wait, you mentioned a mission, what's up with that?" -Miss. Doublefinger

"Yes, me and my former colleagues from CP9 were tasked with the recovery of the blueprints of the ancient weapon Pluton, from Iceburg." -Rob Lucci

"Why do you have a pigeon on your shoulder?" -Nami

"This is Hattori my pet." -Rob Lucci

"Anyways, you will have more chances to get acquainted with each other, here." When I said that I threw a odd looking fruit towards Rob Lucci.

"This is..." -Rob Lucci

"... a devil fruit, I managed to aquire it on an auction. It's the perfect fruit for martial artists like you, the Neko Neko no mi Model: Leopard."

After saying that he began to eat it, even though the taste was awful he didn't even flinch, as expected of a Cipher Pol agent.

"Hmmm..." He began to transform into his hybrid form, all the members of my crew are devil fruit users except Nami so she was the most amazed.

"I can feel my body stronger than before, my speed, agility, reflexes and senses have all been enhanced, it's an incredible feeling." -Rob Lucci

"You should continue to familiarize with your new abilities for the day, tomorrow I want you to start teaching your new comrades the basics of Rokushiki." - Crocodile

"Whoa... captain do you think I should also eat a devil fruit? Combat wise I am the weakest of the bunch, I began training my haki but progress is slow." -Nami

[Ahh... I almost forgot, she doesn't have her weapon that was originally built by Usopp and I don't know how to make it, should she eat a devil fruit? If someone falls into water I can save them since I don't have the curse anymore so I don't see why not. The problem is what devil fruit is best suited for her, she doesn't like melee fighting and she is scared easily so something ranged should be the best pick.]

"Ultimately it's your decision, but I can't see why not. It also depends on what devil fruit you want, you should give it some thought before rushing into anything. We wouldn't want you to be stuck with a useless devil fruit." - Crocodile

"Wait a minute, I thought that there weren't useless devil fruits only useless devil fruit users." -Nami

"That is mostly true... but there are also fruits like the Jake Jake no Mi. This fruit is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to become a jacket and be worn by others, which makes them a Jacket Human. That would be somewhat good if it didn't require the victim to willingly wear the devil fruit user." - Crocodile

All of them had a shiver run down their spine at the thought.

When we arrived in Arabasta we were met with armed guards, but as soon as they recognized us they left. It's to be expected since we came back in a different ship.

Currently I am with Robin in my apartment discussing.

"I saw the ship it's beautiful, did you manage to aquire a shipwright?" -Robin

"Yes... I did more than that, I managed to get a CP agent to join us." - Crocodile

"What!?" -Robin She widens her eyes at that.

" Yeah his name is Rob Lucci but you should know him by his nickname the Massacre Weapon. I understand your skepticism though." -Crocodile

"Hmmm.... on a different subject what will you do next?" -Robin

"In a few weeks we will sail to Jaya." -Crocodile

"Jaya? That lawless place, why?" - Robin

"Of course to reach the island in the sky!" -Crocodile
