Chapter 195: Simon Base (2)

On another island away from the Love Pirates, a man wore a pure white suit with gold edges looking at his two orbs. He had put them in an individual glass cabinet in his room. He smiled at his achievement. The orb represented his progress to achieving his dream. He could taste his victory. However he knew the Love Pirate also had two of his orbs. He looked angry. He thought back to the blue hair woman who had injured him. The wound was far from fatal however it hurt. Simon did not like this. 

He looked at the orbs. "It will not be long before I, Simon rule this world as a superior being," Simon said. He laughed, "Fuhahaha."

He thought about that blue haired woman who was able to hurt. She had a devil fruit. He should have taken her for it. However, that man was there as well. They would have been trouble together however he was superior. He smiled and looked smug. His plans were coming through. 

At that moment Din came walking in. He had bandages over his forehead, chest and hand. Simon looked at Din. "You failed to get her," Simon said. 

"I will get her next time," Din replied.

"She is too much for you. Our friends showed us the new bounties. Alvida the Iron Mace 105,000,000 Beli," Simon replied. 

"She must have a good devil fruit to get that high," Simon added.

"She does, things were sliding off her," Din said.

"Interesting," Simon said. He walked up and down. He looked at Din. "You still failed," he added.

Din narrowed his eyes. He was angry that he lost. He thought it would not happen again. 

At that exact time, Niphtal came in. "Captain," Niphtal said. He looked at Din who had bandages on him. 

He laughed. "Not so high, you lost," Niphtal said. He was happy that Din suffered. 

Din gritted his teeth. He was about to pull out his sword. "You lost men," Simon said.

Niphtal looked shocked. "I," he tried to say.

"You were here when your men were outside finding the orb and now they are in the hospital," Simon said.

"I was working hard," Niphtal said. He tried to defend himself. He waves his hands.

"Sleeping," Din replied. He nonchalantly said. 

Niphtal looked cross at Din. "You," Niphtal said.

"Enough," Simon said.

"Why are you here?" Simon questioned.

"Those men in black suits want an answer. They keep asking and it's driving me crazy," Niphtal replied. 

"Now you know how I feel," Din said.

"Hey," Niphtal said. 

"That does not concern me. Let them wait," Simon said.

"But we should say yes," Niphtal protested.

Simon looked at Niphtal. "You don't get to decide that," Simon said.

"Why?" Niphtal asked.

"Small brain will not understand," Din said.

"One day," Niphtal replied.

"We are close to our real plans, joining that rank will be our next step," Simon said.

"Okay," Niphtal said. 

"How are you getting along with those new robots and Gad?" Simon asked.

"I am almost there," Niphtal replied.

"Gad has gone through several modifications. We have replaced his eye, part of his chest, his hands and legs. His brain is having trouble but I can work on it," Niphtal explained. 

"And?" Simon replied.

"Zau Ra Zau and Kau Ra Kau are almost ready. I am putting the final touches. These will be the Mark 1.5 with the new upgrades," Niphtal added.

"You said that last time," Simon said.

"It is taking longer than I thought," Niphtal tried to defend himself. 

"Where is Mark 2?" Simon said.

"I have created it however the software is not working," Niphtal said.

Simon looked at Niphtal. "Make it work," Simon ordered. 

"I will but I need more time," Niphtal replied.

"Your head will be next," Simon said. Niphtal looked scared. Din smiled.

"Are those three fishwomen?" Simon asked.

"They have not come back," Din replied.

Simon slammed his fist down. "We could have forced them to go through the modification. They're unique bodies are stronger than regular people so they are perfect," Simon said.

"When we join the Marines," Niphtal said.

"When we do, we can make an army of those fishman and with it, we can rule the world," Simon said. He laughed, "Fuhahaha."

Zabal walked in the room. He had blood gloves. "Captain Simon, some of the men from Fu Island have said Rubis, Saphir and Emeraude have joined the Love Pirates," Zabal reported.

"Traditors," Niphtal shouted.

"I want them under the needle," Simon said.

"I will gladly do it," Niphtal said. 

"We need to make an example of them," Zabal said.

"I will hunt them down," Zabal said. 

"Din did you not send your bird to their boat?" Zabal asked.

"He came back injured," Din replied.

"Their crew is bigger than we thought," Zabal said.

"They are still weak," Simon replied.

"Their bounties are high," Niphtal replied.

"We need their devil fruits to feed him," Simon said.

Simon walked towards Zabal, Niphtal and Din. "If we don't get me more, I will feed the three of you," Simon threatened.

Niphtal swallowed his spit. 

"Should we raid their ship?" Zabal asked.

"No, let them come to us here," Simon replied.

"Why would they come here?" Niphtal asked.

"They are young and reckless and come for our orbs," Simon said.

"Do they know?" Niphtal asked.

"No, they dont. She tried to get information for me," Din replied.

"Good, young, reckless and stupid," Simon said.

"We will crush them," Niphtal said.

"I will make sure those fishwomen pay," Zabal said. 

"I will defeat that woman," Din said. 

"Yes, we will and together we will take this world," Simon declared. He laughed, "Fuhahaha." 

Simon smiled and whispered under his breath, "Fools." 

"Now get to work," Simon ordered. They all nodded and headed outside. Simon walked towards the window. He looked out of his island and smiled. The island was vast however had little life on this side of the island. He looked down to see green liquid spilling from the factory. He looked around and saw his cannon and towers. "My fortress," Simon said.
