114 Chapter 114
I appeared on the marine ship that is spying on Amazon Lily. When they saw me, they looked like they were about to die of shock. I unsheathed Shusui, and a minute later, everyone was dead except for one guy. I looked at him, and he didn't dare to move.
"Do you want to live?"
He quickly nodded.
"Then I need you to deliver a message to Sengoku. Amazon Lily is now under my control, so fuck off, you old fool."
I disappeared and appeared back in the throne room.
"Ken! How did it go?" asked Boa Hancock
"The message got across. Just make sure to put my Jolly Roger up so it can be confirmed."
"Sigh, are you going to tell me to change our Jolly Roger next?"
"Nah, you don't deserve it."
"Tsk."
"Well, since our business is concluded, I'll be taking my leave."
"What, why are you leaving so fast? At least stay a couple more days.
I smiled.
"I wouldn't mind staying with so many beautiful girls, but as a Captain, I can't be here relaxing while my crew is training their asses off. Tell the girls that when I come to visit next time, we'll have a big party."
I disappeared.
[6 months later]
I'm on the Sky Island relaxing. It's already been a year since we arrived here, and the progress is amazing. Everyone on the main crew already knows 1 type of Haki, and some are already learning their second type. I've also made significant progress on my three Haki's. I've managed to learn Ryuo, now all I need to do is master it. But that isn't all. Shusui and I have basically become one. No more holding back. I can unleash the full power of it whenever I want, and I feel comfortable while doing it.
Oh yeah, Jinbe also joined us while I was at Amazon Lily, and Boa Hancock said that they didn't see any spies since that day. But I guess that is where the good news ends.
Fujitora and Ryokugyu both joined. They would initially join after 3 years. And like 3 years from now, they're both Admiral rank. Right now, they have 6 Admirals because their force almost doubled. There have suddenly been many people who wanted to join, so that meant that there was a need for more leaders. At least Aokiji is happy since he has less work now.
But I wonder how strong the 3rd new admiral is. Aokiji said that her name is Haia, which means nimble child. So maybe she is fast or something. He said that they don't really know how strong the 3 new Admirals are. But Sengoku and Kong vouched for all of them, so they're definitely strong. But I'm sure that we can take care of it when the time comes. Once we're done here, there is no need to fear them.
"Captain."
I turned around and saw Laffitte walking towards me.
"What's up?"
"The Whitebeard pirates had a little betrayal. The 4th Division Commander Thatch got killed by one of his crewmates. Apparently, he got his hands on a powerful Devil Fruit, and his crewmate called Teach killed him and ran off with the fruit. He completely disappeared from the map. I couldn't find a trace of him."
'Shit, I thought that Laffitte would at least be able to find him, but it seems like I was mistaken. Well, whatever, I doubt that he can do the same feats as he did in the original series. I won't have to worry that much about him, and I can't have Laffitte slack on training.'
"How is Whitebeard moving?"
"He isn't doing anything. It looks like he doesn't want to go after him."
"That does sound like Whitebeard. But forget about this subject for now. Go, and do your training."
"Yes, sir!"
He went back to his training, and I called for Sabo, Ace, and Deuce. When they arrived, I smiled.
"267-0 is the current score."
"Tsk, you don't have to remind us. But you won't survive this time." said Deuce
The three of them surrounded me.
[3rd person P.O.V.]
Deuce made the first move.
A pillar of lightning fell on top of Ken, creating a crater around him, and you could smell the burned ground. But the attacks didn't stop there. Before the dust clouds disappeared, Ace sent fire spears towards Ken's position, which all exploded on his position. Then Sabo went in with his spear aimed at Ken's position, but Sabo suddenly jumped back as a sword slash came towards him, missing him by a hair.
When the dust cloud disappeared, you could see Ken standing there without a scratch. But they didn't give him a chance to breathe. Deuce suddenly appeared behind him from the ground. He punched Ken in his back, but Ken blocked it with Haki and turned around, sending a kick towards Deuce's face. But he went back into the ground before he got hit. While Ken was looking the other way, Sabo and Ace came running towards him.
Ace grabbed his dagger and used Haki with his Devil Fruit on it, while Sabo also encased his spear with Haki. Ken quickly turned around, and they started slashing towards him with fast attacks. Ken dodged all of them by a hair, but he didn't look like he was trying. Ken suddenly grabbed their weapons with haki, but he got hit by lightning on his back before he could attack them.
He winced in pain but didn't let the weapons go. He pulled them towards him, pulling Sabo and Ace along. He let the weapons go and punched both of them in their guts at the same time. They unconsciously bowed forward, and Ken took that chance to elbow them on the back of their heads, sending them into the ground.
He suddenly made an elegant backflip, and Deuce passed below him. He used Geppo shooting him towards Deuce. Deuce just managed to turn around when Ken gave him a knee in the face. Ken landed on the ground and smirked.
[Ken P.O.V.]
"Is this all you guys have?"
"Tsk. We're just warming up." said Sabo
"Alright, since you guys are completely useless, I'll give you a handicap."
I put my right arm behind my back.
"You bastard! Don't blame us if you end up dead!" screamed Ace
"Big talk for someone who couldn't even touch me."
"Dai Enkai: Entei!"
He put his hand up, and a giant ball of fire started growing above his hand, and it started spinning. Deuce and Sabo stood behind Ace.
'This is the attack that he tried to defeat Blackbeard with and failed. But now it's way stronger. He could've beaten Blackbeard if he had this amount of power in the original series.'
After it finished growing, he threw it towards me. I looked behind me and saw the White White Sea. I quickly unsheathed Shusui with my left hand and held it steadily in front of me. When the attack was about to hit me, I swung shusui down, and the ball of fire split cleanly in two. It passed by me, exploding in the far distance.
'That power is truly terrifying, but it's useless if it doesn't hit.'
I walked towards the three, who looked shocked. Ace was especially devastated. I pointed shusui at them, and they put their hands up.
"We lost." x3
"Power is useless if it can't hit. You shouldn't have aimed it at my upper body, but at my feet instead. So even if I cut it in two, it would still explode right beside me instead of going towards the White White Sea. And you should try to spin it more quickly. It will become more effective."
"Yeah, that does make sense. I just got a little pissed at you mocking us like that."
"And that is stupid. When the opponent is mocking you, just have to think about the best way to take your enemies head while they're is busy mocking you. Always keep your head cool. That goes for all of you."
They nodded.
"Deuce, you're getting really good at using your fruit, but all of your attacks are so obvious. You always keep the same pattern. So you should try to become invisible."
"Invisible?"
"There is electricity in the air, so if you can blend in with the electricity, it will become pretty hard to spot you. But even if you're invisible, if you keep using the same attack pattern, someone will be able to figure it out and already know where you'll appear and how you'll attack."
"I see. I knew that I sensed something familiar in the air. I'll definitely figure this invisibility thing out and work on becoming unpredictable."
"Good, that's what I like to hear. Now let's get some grub."
"But what about me? Aren't you going to give me some tips?" asked Sabo
"Tsk. Shut up, you bastard. Every time you stabbed towards me, you went right for my vital points. It's like you wanted to kill me. All your stabs were precise and sharp, but more importantly, they were unpredictable."
He had a big smile.
"But if the enemy manages to dodge your attacks and close in, you're unprotected. A spear is long, so it will be impossible to attack with it when the enemy is right in front of you. So you need to learn how to defend with a spear and push your opponent back. Find out a way to always keep your enemy in stab distance, and you'll be on your way to becoming unrivaled."
"Understood! I will definitely work on it."
