(T/N: Enjoy!!)

<><><><><><>

Pop! Shimmering with colors, a bubble suddenly burst at the highest point, revealing tall, sturdy trees towering over the ground.

Footsteps echoed as a squad of Marines marched swiftly toward Area 65.

The areas within the Sabaody Archipelago are divided, with Zones 60-69 primarily serving as Marine bases and government checkpoints.

Major Karens was responsible for Area 65.

As Arashi walked, he glanced down at the arrest warrant issued by Marine Headquarters' highest authorities, feeling calm.

The stop at the Sabaody Archipelago was specifically for a mission Garp had assigned to him a few days earlier—dealing with Commodore Karens' numerous crimes, including embezzlement, accepting bribes, and murdering civilians.

The arrest warrant named Commodore Karens and listed several dozen other Marine officers and soldiers under his command.

The mission clearly stated that Arashi was to handle the matter entirely and included a specific note:

"As the executor of this mission, Rear Admiral Arashi, you are granted full authority to eliminate any resistance without hesitation."

This order was issued by Admiral Sengoku, with Fleet Admiral Kong's seal, representing the unanimous consent of the highest Marine authorities.

Deep in thought, Arashi quickly understood the intent of the Marine leadership.

This gesture of goodwill toward him acknowledged that Sengoku and Kong were fully aware of his past before joining the Marines.

"Perhaps they also intend to silence witnesses?" Arashi pondered.

Commodore Karens and his subordinates knew the most about Arashi's activities on the Sabaody Archipelago.

Whether by design or coincidence, Arashi understood that Headquarters had entrusted him with this mission to ensure that Karens and his entire unit would be dealt with swiftly.

In no time, Arashi and the Marines behind him arrived at the entrance to the 65th Division.

Glancing at the familiar yet strange gate, Arashi suddenly smiled. The last time he was here, he had been escorted by Marines as a prisoner.

This time, he represented the highest authority in the Marines, coming to arrest the criminals.

The transformation from prisoner to executioner had happened quickly.

"Is the target here, Arashi?" asked Saul, his deep voice resonating.

His massive size had already caught the attention of the gate sentries, whose fear was visible.

"Yes," Arashi nodded. "Let's wrap this up quickly; Vice Admiral Garp is still waiting for us," Sinbu added.

Since the death of Rear Admiral Jerry, the officers who had served with Arashi on the same ship had come to respect him greatly.

Naturally, they had joined him on this mission. About twenty to thirty officers remained, and their collective presence was formidable.

Arashi narrowed his eyes and then stepped through the gate. "Who are you?" a Marine Guard stammered, rushing forward to block their path.

"Move!" A Commodore from Arashi's group immediately stepped forward, kicking the Marine Guard away.

"Rear Admiral Arashi from Headquarters, here to carry out a mission! Clear the way!" shouted another officer.

With such a team, they encountered no resistance. In moments, Arashi stood before Karens, hunched over his desk, working on paperwork.

"Who are you?" Karens looked up, surprised. "Arashi?!"

Karens froze for a moment, his expression changing. "It's been a while, Commodore Karens," Arashi said with a slight smile.

"You're already a senior officer?" Kalens exclaimed, startled by the rank on Arashi's shoulder.

Just then, a commotion erupted outside, and a large figure appeared, shaking the office as a giant head peeked in.

"Arashi, aside from Karens, we've arrested all thirty-two officers and soldiers," Saul reported in his deep voice. Karens stood frozen.

"What is the meaning of this?" he demanded.

Arashi nodded to Saul. "I'll finish here shortly," he replied before returning to Karens.

"Now, under the authority of Fleet Admiral Kong and Admiral Sengoku, I inform you," Arashi announced,

"Due to the numerous crimes you've committed since assuming command of Area 65 in the Sabaody Archipelago, you are under arrest!"

"Be warned: I can execute you on the spot if you resist."

Kalens was utterly shocked and unable to process what was happening. "I... I haven't received any notification!" he stammered.

Arashi unfurled the arrest warrant and glanced at it briefly before Karens panicked and tried to step closer to read it.

"Hmm?" Arashi's eyes grew cold, his killing intent unmistakable.

"So, you're just another stubborn criminal, a traitor and scum within the Marines! You actually think you can resist?"

A chill ran down Kalens' spine as he opened his mouth to deny the accusation, "I, I didn't—" But before he could finish, Arashi had vanished from sight.

The next moment, Kalens felt a powerful gust on his right cheek, moving at an unimaginable speed.

Only then did he catch a blurred figure coming into focus. His pupils contracted as he realized, in horror, "He's this strong already?"

Smack! The sound of the slap echoed. Kalens felt as if he had been struck by an iron rod, completely stunned and disoriented.

Then came the excruciating pain as half of his face twisted from the blow. His cheekbone shattered, leaving his face a bloody mess as he was sent crashing through a wall, flying out of the office.

Arashi, his expression ice-cold, strode out of the ruined office and barked,

"Saul, spread the word that these criminals resisted arrest and attacked us. We had no choice but to execute them all."

Saul was momentarily stunned.

"Huh?" But Sinbu and the other Marines already had their weapons drawn, eyes filled with killing intent.

Slash! The officers and soldiers, still bewildered and terrified, lost consciousness in an instant, and their world plunged into darkness.

Shaking himself out of his daze, Karens screamed, "Arashi, you're just settling a personal score! Let me explain, it was the Celestial Dragons—!"

But once again, he was cut off. Arashi's cold, grim face filled his vision. A large hand suddenly clamped around Kalens' head, lifting him into the air.

"Please... spare me," Karens begged, his body trembling uncontrollably, fear consuming him.

He struggled to look at Arashi but saw only those cold, dark eyes, deep as a black hole.

"Go ahead," Arashi said indifferently, "He'll be joining you soon." With that, his right hand slammed Karen's head into the ground.

Boom! The impact echoed as Kalens' eyes rolled back, his head creating a massive crack and crater in the ground.

Blood quickly pooled around him, and after a few moments, he fell silent forever.

Arashi exhaled slowly, then turned to the others. "Mission complete. Let's move."

All the officers nodded in agreement. Saul scratched his head before crushing the neck of a Marine in front of him.

He had reviewed their crimes—all of them had betrayed their Marine duties and were beyond redemption.

The group left as quickly as they had arrived. Shortly after, they passed through Area 24.

Suddenly, the once-bustling street ahead fell silent as the crowd knelt.

"It's the Celestial Dragons," Sinbu said in a low voice.

"Let's avoid them," Saul suggested in his deep voice. "A direct encounter would be troublesome."

Arashi paused, staring ahead at the bubble-shrouded figure slowly passing through the crowd. His eyes grew cold.

After a moment, he chuckled. "You all go ahead. I'll check it out."

(T/N: You ask me how this suddenly happened? I also don't know and am even surprised by this. Shit just went from 0 to 100 real fcking quick.)
