Ch 27 : A bloody war (?)

' Damn.. those guys are monsters.'

Cade lay on the ground, looking at others who were still training energetically with a sigh.

Maybe because they finally had the chance to get trained by Zephyr and get stronger, the Cp9 guys were especially full of spirits today.

Vivi also didn't want to lose. She fulfilled each of Zephyr's physical training sessions and now was training her combat aspect.

Only Cade was a salted fish.

After all, the Cp9 had just joined him today, and a conflict right in the bats would only hurt their chemistry.

These guys did have the potential, so Cade definitely did not want to miss them out after going this far to recruit them.

Looking at the tense atmosphere quickly died down by Cade, Zephyr laughed.

" Hahahaha, that's not bad brat." Zephyr slapped Cade's shoulder, which almost made Cade fall down. But his eyes glinted.

' Really… this brat had talked to me about training the Cp9 member for real. And though I don't really understand why he wants to make the Cp9 members stronger, let's trust him for now. Maybe, he will be the one that brings a huge change to this world.'

Zephyr smiled. Then, he turned to the Cp9 members.

"Anyway, I also don't like conflict. But you guys, I have seen your physical strength. They are all good, but sadly you are still lacking something. Therefore, we will begin special training after this." Declared Zephyr loudly, and even the Cp9 members had shock revealed on their faces.
