26 Calls are Fun

Jack was walking down the street with a grim look on his face and Luke trailing beside him. "You alright there Cap?" Luke asked with a touch of concern in his voice.

Luke wasn't worried that Jack was in pain or anything, but the man had a switch on his emotions. One minute he could be the happiest guy in the world, while in the same breath he could be a nightmare straight from hell.

"*Sigh* yeah I'm okay. It's just I actually respect Smoker, he's not a total douche like most of the other marines. I... I don't know if I want to kill him even if he says no" Jack said with a conflicted look on his face.

"Good to know you're human Cap!!" Luke said cheerfully. Jack knew he was just trying to break the weird atmosphere, so he also replied, "Like you can talk!!" They laughed at each other a bit more before they went towards a hotel.

Walking into the hotel they noticed it was taken care of extremely well, like nothing was out of place. "Welcome gentleman!" Said an old man sitting at the main desk. "Hello sir" They both said with smiles on their faces. "Would you two be liking a room this evening?" The old man asked.

"We would each like one of your finest rooms." Jack said with a smile. The old man got their names and gave them keys while showing them to their rooms. Then he said that dinner would be served in less than an hour and that there was a bar across the street where they could go for a nightcap if they so chose, then he went back down to the front desk.

Jack tossed Luke a big bag that had all of Luke's belongings and a few million berries before he and Luke each went into their own rooms and had showers before they met downstairs for some food then went over to the bar.

While they were drinking at a table, Luke tuned his attention to Jack and asked, "So what do you wanna do now?" Hearing Luke's question, Jack let his eyes roam around the room until they landed on two beautiful women that were dressed extrememly slutty.

One was a redhead while the other was a blonde, and both definitely looked to be ladies of the night. (Those are Hookers in case you didn't get that.) "I don't know about you, but I could go for a blonde right about now" Jack said with a smirk on his face.

Luke stared dumbly at Jack for a few seconds before he asked, "Care to explain?" Jack turned his gaze back to the confused Luke. "*Sigh* I thought you already knew this stuff, but whatever. When a boy becomes a man, he almost always wants to fuck a woman. He finds someone beautiful, or in your case willing, then they have sex. Sex is-" Jack was cut off as Luke growled angrily "I know what sex is!!"

"Oh good. I thought I would have to explain the birds and the bees." Jack said with a smile on his face before he continued, "There is a smoken hot blonde over there and It also looks as though she has a friend. You do you man, but take the hint, and enjoy yourself." Jack dropped a stack of berries on the table before he made his way over to the blonde.

Luke watched as Jack started to talk to the blonde girl, then left the bar with the blonde on his arm, probably back to the hotel. He stared off into space for a few minutes before he decided to take his Captains advice and walked over to the redhead. A few minutes later and he was walking back to his room with her in tow.

The next morning Jack and Luke walked downstairs to breakfast. "I like this place!" Jack said happily. "Me too!" Luke agreed as they each ordered mountains of food. When they finished eating they made their way back towards the docks before Jack pulled out the little ship.

"Are we going somewhere?" Luke asked curiously. "No, I just need to make a few calls and I'd rather do them without people I don't know listening in." Jack replied back. "Are you calling Garp?" Luke asked again. "He's one of the people I'm gonna call." Jack answered.

Luke knew that if it was important Jack would let him know, plus he would be here to listen to it anyway. They jumped on board and went down into the little kitchen area and sat at the table before Jack pulled out a transponder snail. Jack looked in the shop and found Monkey D. Garp on the list on numbers then gave him a call.

After a few seconds they heard a lazy "Hello, Garp speaking." "Hello Vice Admiral Garp. I am Prime and I have called today to see how the marine life is treating you." Jack spoke like he was greeting an old friend. "Prime? never heard of you, and my life in the marines has nothing to do with you." An annoyed sounding Garp spoke.

"Oh, but it does. You see, I plan on ending the lives of all the Celestial Dragons and the Nobles. You being part of their personal errand boys will get in my way, so I called in hopes that maybe you might have talked with a certain tattooed faced man already about a proposition." Jack said trying to sound cryptically, but Garp would know who he was talking about.

As Jack waited to hear what Garp would say, he heard a different voice in the background whispering something. "Are you by chance with Sengoku?" Jack curiously asked. "Yes" Garp answered back like it was nothing. "God damn it Garp!! Can't you be serious for once?!!" The voice of Sengoku shouted on the other end of the call.

"Sengoku, this is actually a pleasant surprise. You were one of the people on my list to call today, and now that I got you here I don't need to make an extra call now." Jack said happily.

"Why would you want to contact me?" Sengoku asked curiously. "Oh to discuss the up coming extermination of the World Government, the change of the marines, and about a certain undercover agent of yours that died a few years ago" Jack replied calmly. "Explain!!" Sengoku demanded.

"Well I have grown very tired of how the World government and the marines treat people. You can already see that by what I did in Goa Kingdom and to those worthless trash you sent two weeks ago" Jack paused his words to let that sink in before he continued.

"The slavery, the torture, the rape, it's all gonna end. A new organization is being formed, which I'm sure one of those survivors mentioned to you already, and they will act as a better protector throughout the world. There will be a branch in every one of the Blues and in every major country throughout the world. As for the undercover agent I mentioned, I think we both know it's Rosinante."

(Garp POV)

Sengoku and Garp were both listening to the strange man speak with their full attention, but when Prime mentioned Rosinante, Sengoku bolted to his feet and grabbed the transponder snail from Garp before shouting, "WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT ROSINANTE?!!"

Garp wasn't surprised in the least at Sengoku's outburst. He had seen how distraught Sengoku was when he had gotten the news of Rosinante's death, and knew that he treated the boy as his own son.

"Did you know that it was actually a pirate who is undercover as a marine that beat Rosinante within an inch of his life, and turned him over to his killer?" The voice of Prime asked curiously. "WHO?!!" Sengoku asked with more hatred than Jack had ever heard before.

"Before I tell you that, let me tell you the full story." Prime said before telling the story of how Rosinante took in a small boy that had white lead disease and was trying to find the cure. How he went to Rubeck island and stole the Devil Fruit and gave it to the boy, then was found by the undercover pirate and beaten, then killed by Doflamingo.

"Garp... I originally made this call to see if that you would be interested in leaving the marines to join the organization that would do right by the world. There will be many things similar to the current marines, but there will be many differences as well." Prime said sounding a bit hopeful.

"I'm gonna be honest with you kid, it all sounds a bit too good to be true." Garp answered back. "You don't have to decide right away. We will be getting the first few fleets ready in the near future, and they will be going to islands throughout the East Blue to patrol. Once they get to that level, I will give you the full rundown of how it works. Just say that you'll think about it?" Prime asked again.

"I will" Garp answered honestly. "And what about you Sengoku?" Prime asked. "GIVE ME THE NAME OF THE FUCKER THAT KILLED ROSINANTE!!" Sengoku yelled. "If you say that you will think about it, I'll give you his name." Prime replied calmly.

"Fine! Whatever! I agree to think about it, now give me the god damn name!!" Sengoku shouted impatiently. "His name is Vice Admiral Virgo, and he is one of the executives of the Donquixote family" As soon as Prime said that he ended the call.

(Garp POV)

Sengoku and Garp sat in silence for a few minutes and processed what they had just heard. Everything had finally made sense to Sengoku. Questions he had been asking himself for the last decade were finally answered, and it all made sense.

Virgo was on that island at the time, and was one of the very few survivors. Any operation involving Virgo and Doflamingo never went according to plan as well. Sengoku looked towards Garp, and they gave each other a nod before getting to their feet and leaving the office to find Virgo.

Virgo was still here in HQ, and would most likely die here as well. They marched through the hallway and down towards the docks before they found Virgo talking with a few other marine soldiers.Virgo didn't even have time to react when a fist slammed into the back of his head sending him flying through the air.

After Sengoku's punch, Garp appeared out of nowhere and kicked Virgo back towards Sengoku. Sengoku caught Virgo by the leg and swung his body like a ragdoll into the ground repeatedly.

Everyone that was gathered watching two of the biggest monsters in the marines beat the living daylights out of Virgo were a bit scared as they had no idea what was happening. Some other Vice Admirals tried to stop Sengoku, but they were slapped away like they were bugs by Garp.

Sengoku pulled Virgo up to eye level by grabbing his throat and squeezing harder than he should be. "You traitorous bastard!! You've been giving information to pirates, and are responsible for the deaths of hundreds of marine soldiers!! I find you guilty and sentence you to suffer until I'm tired of hearing your screams!!" Sengoku roared angrily before he ripped Virgo's leg from his body.

By this time there was a massive audience listening to Sengoku's words, and they were all shocked when they heard Virgo was a traitor. Admiral Akainu was watching everything and was actually happy when he saw how Garp and Sengoku treated traitors. The other soldiers just watched on in horror as the Fleet Commander continued to rip Virgo apart piece by piece.

Eventually Virgo stopped screaming when he passed out from the blood loss, but that didn't seem to stop Sengoku. He walked over to Akainu and had him sear the wounds closed then dragged a limbless Virgo to the holding cells to be interrogated later. 'Well... That just happened.' Garp thought as he watched his friend drag the torso with a head away.

(Jack POV)

After Jack ended the call he laughed darkly to himself before he turned and looked over to Luke. "With that little bit of information we have just gotten rid of Vice Admiral Virgo while giving Doflamingo a good kick in the dick! HAHAHA!!" Jack declared happily.

Luke didn't know who this Doflamingo was, but they had just doomed one of the mans family executives. "Any other calls you gotta make?" Luke asked curiously. "Yeah. I gotta call Dragon, the leader of the Revolutionaries. He and I have an agreement. I kill all of the bad people, he comes in and takes the innocent people somewhere safe and deals with the political crap afterwards." Jack said not hiding anything.

Jack punched in another number into the transponder snail and a few minutes later the voice of Dragon was heard. "Hello" Dragon said calmly. "Hey there buddy!! Prime here. I was calling to see what you all decided about your own navy and such. Any news update for me?" Jack asked curiously.

"*Sigh* I'm sorry to say, but we can't do it. We don't have the man power or the weapons to do what you are suggesting. We also don't have the funds to support an organization like that" Dragon said in an apologetic voice.

Jack was a little disappointed with that, but he wasn't too surprised. The Revolutionaries were being hunted across the world, and Cipher Pol had them constantly on the move. "Don't worry your creepy little head about it. It was just a hope, but I already got a backup plan in place" Jack stated more cheerfully than he needed to.

Looking at the transponder snail, Jack could see that Dragon didn't like being called creepy. "Care to let me in on your little plan?" Dragon asked after he calmed himself down. "Before that, the Revolutionary army is still going to stabilize the economy and help the places govern themselves properly right?" Jack asked with a hint of concern in his voice.

"Haha of course we will. That's kind of what we do." Dragon said in amusement. "Oh thank fuck!! I had no intention of dealing with all the political crap of all these places." Jack said happily.

"As for my plan, I'm going to start my own organization. I'm going to start recruiting immediately, train some people and get them really strong, then put an HQ in every one of the Blue's and in every country. We are going to be called THE ADVENTURES ASSOCIATION!!" Jack shouted proudly.

"Once we get the main branches built and operational, they will be responsible for missions and bounties. I think more people will join up because there aren't as many restrictions as the marines have, and they have the freedom to travel around and do whatever they want." Jack paused to think for a second.

"They will basically be mercenaries with perks. There will be a ranking system and such so that someone can't go on a mission above their rank and just get killed. Also the people who are full members and work full time for the Association will be given special perks." Jack said, but had to stop and think of what kind of perks he could offer.

"They will be trained in a weapon of their choice, Haki, and the Rokushiki techniques. If they prove their worth they might also get a Devil Fruit. That's pretty much it for right now, I'll deal with the smaller details later. For now I'm gonna focus on getting a group of people loyal enough to bother to train."

After hearing Jack's plan, Dragon was speechless. "You... have the Rokushiki techniques?" Dragon asked disbelievingly.

"Oh yeah I got those a long time ago. I thought you'd be more shocked about the Devil Fruits, but oh well. Anyway, I already have a place in mind where I can recruit people before expanding out into the Grandeline and the other Blue's. We won't go against the marines for now, but we will not cooperate with them. If that we see the marines or nobles with slaves they will be killed on sight and reported. If the World Government tries to get involved then I can spin it to the world that they don't want people fighting to protect themselves." Jack said proudly.

"What about spies that the government or marines might send?" Dragon asked curiously. "Oh don't worry about that" Jack said dismissively. He was already thinking about that and had a thought. He went into the shop as he was speaking with Dragon and searched "List of undercover Marines." It showed him sections regarding pirates, bandits, kingdoms, and even the Revolutionaries.

He could literally buy anything in this world, and as long as someone made a note of it, he could buy it. "Why is that?" Dragon asked even more confused.

"Well... I sort of have a way to make sure that if someone tries to get infiltrate my organization I will know. Plus we will be doing background checks and stuff anyway" Jack didn't want to tell Dragon everything about him or what he was doing, but he didn't want to lie to someone he thought he could rely on.

"Well I look forward to seeing how this turns out, and I wish you luck. If that's all, then I have some business I must take care of" Dragon said bringing the conversation to a close. "Yeah that should be it. You still haven't told me who Luffy's mom is!!" Jack called out, but Dragon just ended the call instead of replying.

"Secretive bastard!!" Jack yelled at the transponder snail. Luke had been listening in the entire time and he actually liked the idea of this. "So we are gonna start recruiting lots of people then?" Luke asked curiously.

Jack turned to look at him with a smirk on his face as he spoke, "Yup. After we deal with Smokey, we are going to go and kill a certain fucker that I'm not too fond of, then we are going to go to a place where we can recruit thousands of people all at once that would just love to join us!!" Jack didn't bother to explain as he started making his way off the boat with an evil grin on his face.
