A young man and a little girl, Lepus and Brisa, finally arrived in this city.

Lepus came to this city to look for someone named Muret.
In the original One Piece story, Muret is a young woman and doctor from the Bellamy Pirates.
Even though in the original story of One Piece series, Muret looks like a young woman in her mid or late 20s, right now she might still be a teenage girl.
Lepus intends to 'kidnap' her.
Well, of course he won't actually kidnapped her, but he intends to offered something 'interesting' to make her want to join them.
"Alright.... Brisa, let's go eat first. While looking for information also."
They then went to the city center and had lunch at a restaurant there.
After finishing eating, Lepus called the waitress to pay. At the same time he also asked the waitress girl.
"Excuse me, have you ever heard of a young girl named Muret?"

"Thea-san! Before, you said to let you know if Bellamy and his friends came, right? Now they're here!"

"We'll know when they're come! Let's eat!"
They then began to eat their food and drink.
