Nico Robin joins?

The pirates who were on the island looked at the horizon with fear as they saw a fleet of ships approaching.

The fleet was made up of 10 large warships that belong to the Navy and it was clear that they meant business.

The pirates knew they were outnumbered and outgunned and they ran toward their ships hoping to escape before the Navy reached the island.

' Lami and the others should hurry up otherwise we won't be able to escape in time,' thought Carina as she ran toward the ship with the girls that they saved from the auction.

Reiju was following them in the air, she was wearing her Raid Suit and keeping a watchful eye on the surroundings.

As they arrived on the ship, they quicked started to drop the sails and prepare to sail around the island to be able to pick up the rest of the crew.

In the sky, one could see two figures flying back and forth as they were engaged in an intense aerial battle. It was Alexia and Azula who were still fighting against each other with all their might.

The battle was about its climax as Azula launched a powerful fire blast towards Alexia, who narrowly dodged it and retaliated with a gust of wind that knocked Azula off balance.

As Azula flew towards the ground, Alexia followed her down, determined to end the fight once and for all. As Alexia soured closer to Azula, she cocked her fist back and delivered a powerful shockwave that sent Azula crashing to the building below.

The impact was so intense that the ice in the building cracked and shattered sending a cloud of snow into the air.

" Azula-san, are you ok?!" shouted a voice from the building below. Alexia landed gracefully on the snow-covered ground and turned her attention to the voice.

It was a man with light blue hair and he was wearing a mask that covered his eyes. It was Deuce, one of Azula's crewmates.

Alexia tensed up, ready for another fight, but Deuce held his hands up in surrender. She decided to leave and go to look for the rest of her friends who were in the building.

As she moved through the building she came across a room where she found Amelia who was carrying Olivia who was badly injured. Alexia rushed over to them and asked, "What happened?"

Amelia turned toward Alexia and explained, " We got injured while trying to protect this woman from the Beast Pirates," she spoke while she pointed at Nico Robin who was standing next to her with a worried expression on her face.

Alexia looked at Nico Robin and nodded, understanding the gravity of the situation. " Why don't we find Lami and leave this place?" she suggested as she took Olivia from Amelia's arms and began to carry her.

Nico Robin stood there silent for a moment not knowing whether to follow them or stay back.

Amelia looked back at her and spoke, " You're welcome to come with us, Lami wouldn't order us to save you if she didn't have any interest in you."

Nico Robin nodded and followed them as they moved toward the location of Lami. As they entered the room where Lami was having her battle, they were greeted by a cold wind that sent chills down their spine.

" You didn't have to turn the poor guy into an ice statue, Lami," teased Alexia as she saw Oven's frozen state.

Lami smirked and replied, "It's the only way to stop him from generating more heat, I see you're done having fun and it seems you're injured, Olivia."

Olivia smiled and nodded, "It's not too serious, that guy surprised me with his internal attack." Lami nodded and looked toward Nico Robin, " Nico Robin I presume, I have an important question to ask you."

Nico Robin was taken back as she crossed her arm together, ready to defend herself. " No need to be on high alert, I have no intention to hurt you," spoke Lami with a smile.

" What do you want to ask?" asked Robin, her guard still up. Lami chuckled at Robin's actions and responded. " How would you like to join my crew/harem?"

*...* Nico Robin's expression turned to shock and confusion. ' Is this the type of interest that cloud girl told me about?' she thought as she looked toward Amelia.

Alexia bit her lip to stifle a laugh as she saw Robin's reaction. " Seriously Lami, that's an odd thing to ask someone you have just met, especially in the middle of a battle," she spoke as she gave Lami a wack in the head.

Nico Robin couldn't help but let out a small laugh at Alexia's response. Lami rubbed her head and turned to Robin, " So what do you say?"

' This is certainly something I did not expect, joining them has more benefits than risks, they're extremely powerful and they don't seem like bad people however I can't afford to leave Arabasta now,' thought Robin as she contemplated Lami's offer.

" I'm thankful that you saved my life but I must decline your offer," responded Robin firmly.

" Why not? It's not like you're doing anything important in Arabasta except hiding behind Crocodile," Challenged Lami with a raised eyebrow.

Robin's eyes narrowed at the insult but she kept her composure. " Ain't you afraid of starting a war with a Shichibukai?"

Lami just chuckled at Robin's question, " I've just beaten one of Big Mom's children and here you are thinking I'm afraid of a Shichibukai." " Also didn't that idiot Crocodile almost get killed by Law," she added.

Robin widened her eyes at the mention of Lami defeating a member of a Yonko crew. " I understand you fought and defeated a pirate belonging to one of the four Emperors but how is Trafalgar Law related to this?"

Lami grinned at Robin's curiosity, " I'm surprised you don't know about it considering you're always collecting information," she said teasingly.

Robin gave all her attention to Lami, " Know about what?" she asked intrigued. " My true name is Trafalgar D. Lami," revealed Lami with a smirk.

' Trafalgar? D.? Is she related to Law?' thought Robin in surprise and curiosity. Robin's mind was racing with questions but she kept her composure.

" I see so you're related to Trafalgar Law, you also bear the D. in your name, how interesting," remarked Robin with a small smile, trying to hide her shock and curiosity.

Lami chuckled at Robin's reaction, " Yep we're siblings he told me that there is a Poneglyph in Arabasta, have you read it?"

Robin's eyes widen at the mention of the Poneglyph. ' This girl is not to be underestimated with her connections she could help me in my journey to find the true history of the world,' thought Robin to herself as she weighed her options.

" Sadly no I haven't been able to access it as it is kept in a sealed location," replied Robin with a hint of disappointment.

" But if you could help me access it, I'll consider your offer," said Robin looking straight into Lami's eyes with a serious expression.

Lami's face grew a smirk, " Deal, now let's leave this island before those ships make it onshore," she said as they ran across the building looking for an exit.

Charlotte Snack regained his consciousness after his defeat to the Vice-Admiral only to find that the building that was burning in flames and smoke a moment ago was now frozen in ice.

He looked around in shock and confusion, wondering what had happened. ' Did Oven lose against that ice woman,' thought Snack in frustration.

He clenched his fist in anger as he realized the shame they had brought upon the Big Mom Pirates being defeated so easily.

Snack stood up and walked towards a frozen body that looked like it belonged to his brother Oven. As he got closer, he saw that the ice was slowly melting which meant that Oven was still alive and he was using his powers.

Snack carried the body as he made his way out of the building and headed toward his ship. As he held Oven he noticed that the ice started to break more rapidly than before.

He placed Oven's body on the floor and waited until he regained consciousness. " cough cough, that b*tch almost killed me," roared Oven as he tried to sit up.

Snack helped him up, " I can't believe she was able to freeze you of all people," spoke Snack in a tone of surprise.

" Her power is something we should look out for, she can freeze anything she wants, even some of my bones were frozen," replied Oven in a tone of annoyance.

" She can freeze anything she wants? I wonder if she could freeze time?" responded Snack with a curious tone.

' Time? I wonder about that, maybe we'll see that in the future,' thought Oven as they both made their way toward the ship.

" Achoo!" sneezed a young woman who was lazing around in her bedroom, " Someone must be talking about me," she mumbled to herself.

*knock* *knock* *knock* the sound of the door interrupted her thoughts. She lazily got up from her bed and walked toward the door.

As she opened the door, a man who wore a scarf around his neck and mouth was standing in front of her.

" Big brother, you're back early from your expedition," she spoke as she jumped at the man and hugged him.

" Don't act so surprised I'm sure you already saw it before it happened, Toka-chan," spoke the man with a smile.

Toka chuckled, " Of course I did but it always nice to see you Niisan, give me 10 minutes I'll meet you in the training room," she responded as she made her way back into the room and changed into her combat clothes.
