Chapter 23: Special Treatment for Chika
The scene shifted, and Chika was already standing in front of Zephyr's office door, raising his hand to knock.
"Knock, knock, knock."
"Come in."
Zephyr's tone was normal, without any hint of anger.
Chika walked in slowly, saluted briefly, and then found a sofa to sit down casually, waiting for Zephyr to speak.

"The last type is Haoshoku Haki, which I cannot teach you. This Haki is different from the other two and can only be possessed by individuals with the potential to become kings, those who possess the qualities of a ruler."
Speaking of Haoshoku Haki, Zephyr felt somewhat regretful. Until now, he hadn't awakened Haoshoku Haki himself, so it seemed he would never awaken it in this lifetime.
Chika thought that Zephyr's lack of Haoshoku Haki might be related to his "non-killing" sense of justice. "Non-killing" was too merciful and far from being "dominant."
As for whether Chika would awaken Haoshoku Haki in the future, he didn't pay much attention to it. First of all, he didn't believe that he would be stunned by Haoshoku Haki. If he were, he would find a way to recover and return to the East Blue to tend to his orange tree.
