She is going to fall

No matter how many times I tried to remove it, the makeup won't came off. Is this waterproof? I was contemplating how to clean this mess, when I heard a knock.

Bella: I've brought makeup remover for you.

I quickly opened the door, took it and closed the door again as fast as I can. Can't let her see me like this, or else she would definitely burst into laughter again.

I tried to remove my makeup. Thank God it worked or else I can't show my face to anybody. Mark will surely laugh his ass off, if I tell him. I certainly won't tell him.

When I'm done with this I came out. I found Bella near the door. She walked to me when she saw me coming out.

Bella: Sorry for all this....

Lucas: It's fine, she is just a kid. It was me who believed that she knows how to put on makeup.

Bella: Glad it worked. Let's go.

I nodded. She turned to leave but she suddenly put her hand on her forehead. She swayed as she took a step forward.

Shoot....she is going to fall. But before she touch the ground, I catch her in my arms. Her eyes which were closed slowly began to twitch.

What happened suddenly? Her eyes gradually opened and she looked surprised. Glad she is awake.

We stayed like that for sometime. Not gonna lie, her eyes are really enchanting. Everytime I look in them, it seems like everything around us just vanish. There is only me and her.

I didn't leave her thinking she will fall again the moment I withdraw my hands. Well the truth is, I didn't leave her because I got....cough...lost staring at her.

She pushed my hands carefully while we still maintain a eye contact. I loosened my grip on her waist and help her stand slowly.

She regain her balance and start fanning her face with her hands. Now why is she sweating too much? Is she ill?

Lucas: Do you have fever?

Bella: No....I don't.

Lucas: Then why did you suddenly fell just now?

Bella: Maybe because I suddenly turned around, that's why I fell.

Lucas: Are you sure you are fine?

She hummed. I replied with a ok and suggested going back to the room. When we reach there, we saw Rachel.

She has already put away her toys. She turned to us and looked at me apologetically. Her small figure stand infront of me.

Rachel: I'm sorry Mr. Handsome. I troubled you.

Such a cutie patootie. How can I scold her if she says sorry pouting this adorably. I bend to her level and patted her head softly.

Lucas: It's fine dear. By the way, you did good makeup. If you try more, you can become better in it.

She nodded her head cutely and turned to her mother.

Rachel: I'm sorry mumma.

Bella: It's okay baby. You played enough with him right? Now you should sleep.

Rachel: Okay....I'm really sleepy.

Lucas: Yes it's late. I should leave too now.

Bella: I will walk you to door.

We walked to the door. The little girl following us along.

Rachel: Bye Mr. Handsome.

Lucas: Bye cutie. Bye Bella.

Bella: Bye.....drive safe.

Lucas: I will. Thank you.
