After some minutes drive, I paid the driver and climbed up the apartment. I quickly took my bath and packed up my suitcase. I still took some pills as I still don't trust sex with Rubber bands. I packed my hair in a bun, they already paid for my flight ticket. I carried my suitcase and glanced at my wristwatch, it was already some minutes past 8. In less than an hour I drove to the airport, I sat down and fastened my seatbelt and plugged in my earphone as I listened to celin dion's songs, memories of last night displayed before my eyes and I smiled. *I can never forget you Mr. Handsome, though I might not see you again, but I can never forget you* I thought and then drifted to sleep, I still dreamt about him again and again
Damien's POV
I can't believe this, I read the letter again and again, damn this bitch! How dare she? I thought we shared something together, Will she just leave the man she gave her virginity without taking anything in return? Fred chuckled after I told him what happened, he's my best friend and most trusted assistant. I just felt bad that I threw him a punch
"You dare laugh at me?" I roared angrily, I'm losing my mind here, I'm going insane
"Woah, wish, calm down man," he lowered his voice in a pleading tone
"I need to find her, I fucking need to find her," I muttered as I went through the letter again, I felt like a piece of me is missing recalling how she made me do things I never imagined I would do. How can I find you Abigail? I thought, I took my bath and headed for my office, I'm really glad that we've been having lots of contracts and business associates recently
"What's my schedule today?" I asked khloe My secretary as she notified me of so many business meetings and appointments. I nodded at her and the she left.
"Get me Clifford." I said to kuku, he nodded and left. Clifford is the best computer wizard I've ever seen so far and he work in my company as well. I went through the letter again, no matter how hard I try to ignore her I just can't, she look pure and understanding, though I'm pissed at her for taking advantage of me, but I will still search for her no matter what. I smirked when an idea popped in my mind, sure, she should compensate me right? The door parted open as Clifford walked in, he's just in his middle 30s and he always delivers any assignment assigned to him.
"Clifford." I called
"Boss, I'm at your service." He responded
"I want you to track someone down for me geddit?" I said and he nodded.
"I don't know much about her, but expect a handsome reward if you do this, her name is Abigail, average height, olive skinned with light brown eyes, brunette haired." I listed looking out my glass wall the street is really busy right? I just recalled how peaceful I was yesterday when I was with her, I felt peaceful around her, I felt like I've found a missing part of me but woke up to an empty bed, just her letter and bracelet
"Is she someone dear to you?" Clifford asked as he jotted down the little I remembered of her
"Not really," I answered and handed him the bracelet in a transparent doggy bag.
"Picked it up with a tissue, might as well use the fingerprint." I shrugged as Clifford grinned earlier to Ear. He collected it and left. I headed for the meeting with D.P universe.
Abby's POV
The refreshing air of Seattle city made me feel relaxed, I was escorted to one of the five star hotels, of course I'm not so stupid to live with those set of boring people. I called Jane later on
"I'm happy for you baby girl, you finally did it, with who?" She asked and I shrugged my shoulders, I'm really not stupid enough to tell her about him
"Some random guy." I muttered and she chuckled
"Oh my Abby, you're really something huh," she chortled as I arranged my stuffs in the closet
"Are you sure you're gonna come back? I'm missing you already." Jane lamented
"Oh come on Jane, it's just a one day meeting and I will be back, besides I need to work you know.." I said to Jane who sighed
"I'm really sorry Abby." She said
"Come on Jane, i thought we've already talked about this." I reminded
*knock*
I opened the door as the waiter brought in my dinner and Jane hung up, I ate my dinner and went through the new website I created, lots of views and interests. I smirked and ate my dinner of grilled steak and freshly cooked seafood. I decided to tour around this hotel, I put on my sweatpants and a thick wool cardigan with a white top. I walked round the building, there was a birthday party being held, I moved to the swimming pool and there were lot of people there. I just watched as they swam together. I felt like someone was watching me, I turned back and saw a tall fair man with deep grey eyes, I frowned, was he.. Following me?
"Hello there sunshine, why don't you join them, it will be fun." The tall guy said, he looks attractive, but he's nothing like Mr Handsome.
"Nah.. You thought wrong, I just wanna tour around." I explained and turned to leave
"You live here?" He asked
"Temporarily." I answered and he chuckled
"How come I didn't hear of a sunshine like you?" He interpolated walking faster to catch up with me
"Are you really this rude to everyone? or you don't like my company?" He chuckled and I smiled at him, I really need to avoid these men, they'll only make me addicted to them and break my heart.
