Earth has long advanced from its previous technology, the human race has advanced to other planets and started colonizing the depths of space. However the planet this takes place in, is in another dimension "kakato chrónou". meaning, 'evils of time' but specifically we are in the sanctuary of gods. it's over run by hideous creatures, power, and greed. It was blocked of to all other creations only controlled by the god Rygor Ivyn, he added the sins of each creation to kaka(dimension nickname) , but a malfunction in a quantum experiment lead to a portal opening. I should never have existed, I was not created by a god, and put in Kaka, or birthed as a human on earth, but I was the result of the malfunction. [System downloading] [System Locked] [ERROR 1. "Jesus Christ, what is this place?" Felix says looking around out the place he found himself stood in.

"I have no idea....but, I don't think we should stay here for the time being." Seraphina replied with worry

"Sera's right, I have a really bad feeling, we should wait for more people, any one of us could get lost." Kai said in agreement

"Would you three shut up? Can you not hear that?" Iris shushes the three of them.

The group silenced and listened for what Iris was talking about. A baby crying. The sound seemed to be coming from over the hill and behind a decaying tree. The whaling could barely be heard over growls and rustling from what was possibly hidden in bushes.

Iris crouched down and slowly crept over the hill and towards the tree her hand on a knife that was strapped to her leg. Once she saw the baby girl that seemed to be draped in clothes for a teenager or young adult, she rushed over and picked her up, then walked back to the group who were worried something went wrong, as the crying had stopped so suddenly.

When they were about to retrace Iris's steps, she came jogging over with something in her arms.

"Is....is that a baby?" Kai stuttered in shock

"She's adorable oh my god, can I hold her?" Seraphina said rushing over to Iris her eyes widening.

"Really Sera?" Felix rolled his eyes, then averted a little attention to the baby but most on their surroundings, "how on earth did a baby come through the portal?"

The four shared looks amongst each other, dumfounded, how was it possible a baby could be here if it was the first time opening the portal? Kai moves closer, seeing the baby was not at the point of starvation, but close to it. Then his eye catches the black necklace chain.

"What's that around her neck?" he asked moving some of the clothes so the other could see.

"I think it's a locket. I'll have a look now." Iris said acknowledging Kai's question

She gently takes the necklace after handing seraphina the baby to hold and opens the locket that seems to be designed as a sun with the Yin and Yang symbol in the middle of it. Iris opens the locket and a piece of paper that seems to have been folded over and over again so that it was able to fit inside the locket.

Before the group unfolded the piece of paper, the roar of a ghastly creature almost bursts their eardrums and started a full speed bolt towards the group. Kai grabbed the baby from Seraphina's arm and jumped back through the portal, the others followed close behind but when they get back through the portal it began to glaze over a dark purple and the face of the hideous creature could be seen trying to get into this world.

Felix begins to convulse on the floor and a gash that could be seen across his torso, had bright red blood flowing out of it. He had used himself as a shield to protect Iris, who was now crouching by his side, with a needle in her hand.

She pricked the needle in his arm and the wound seemed like it came alive, a pulse of green light would be sent to the cut and begin to quickly close up the wound.

Felix coughed up some blood and smiles, although he still cringed a little at the metallic taste of the blood.

"Well then....what's the note say?" Felix said using the wall as a support to stand up and dust himself of

"FELIX! YOU WERE JUST ON YOUR DEATH BED AND THAT'S THE FIRST THING YOU SAY!? YOU COULD HAVE DIED!" Seraphina bellowed to her brother in an array of emotions, terror and anger currently being the most prominent.

Hot tears begin to roll down Sera's face and her eyes become blood shot, but before any more could fall Felix whipped them away.

"But I didn't did I sis? .....Now go read the note." Felix says dissmising his sister's thought, he was the last family member she had, and he would go hell and back before leaving her behind.

She smiles weakly and sniffles, iris hands her the necklace and note that she had already started to unfold.

"Her name is Storm. If you found Storm then you cannot return her, though not because I don't want my own child but because I will be dead by the end of this letter. We were 'test subject's' after someone was able to open the portal to kakato chrónou, which is the name of the dimension you most likely found her in. We were able to translate it to 'evils of time'. there are many creatures there, powerful ones, it's a place lead by sins of all creations, and killing these monsters give great rewards, they called it the gene age. Each creature killed would ring a voice in one's head adding a geno point, there are four types, Geno point, primal point, mutated point and sacred point. however there was a rumour of a fifth Geno called the Purity of Time point, but it was never proven. The stronger the creature the better the Geno point, they would give strength boost, increasing speed, intelligence excetera the rare occasion an ability would be rewarded. Only two sectors were explored, once someone maxed out on a certain number of points, he could upgraded. In return he got stronger and a title appeared over his being.'

"Unfortunately there's a water streak on the letter, and it's blurred a few of the words, but I'll carry on reading" Seraphina said much to her disappointment

'When we first entered, it was like a forest of green, with mountains and rivers rich with all kinds of minerals. But as soon as we entered something happened I don't know what but storm was 15 when she went through the portal. Her age quickly declined becoming younger and younger. when we tried to go back through the portal it wouldn't let me take her with me, and once I left Kaka, I couldn't go back in, we didn't have enough power to supply the portal fully, so we would pass notes through the portal that was now about the size of a shoe, and the last thing I gave her was this necklace. I watched my child become a baby and not be able to recognise me as her mother, forget how to write read and communicate. Once she had the appearance of a new born baby the place around her slowly became barren as if it was the only thing around her that was stopping her from disappearing, as if it was giving up its energy to save something pure. An announcement was just made, a war is coming, and death is upon us. it's not likely that I will survive so I must ask who ever finds storm. Take care of her. please"

the letter seemed to have been signed but the water had ruined the ink

Of course nothing in this letter was true, well to a point, most of the things about the planet was true, like the abilities and Geno points, but the place became barren as the system was not strong enough to change its state without using another large source of power. It happened that it was the surroundings it had leached energy from. The system knew she would have to give reasons as to why a baby would be there otherwise to many questions would be asked. he even created the picture they hadn't notice that was behind the letter. Everything about storm was designed by the system, the only thing he couldn't control was her conscience.

Iris- We're keeping her.

Seraphina folded up the letter and went to put it back in the locket but finally noticed the picture as well, while the others continued to talk about the situation at hand

Kai- But we can barely survive now, we won't have enough money to take care of her, isn't that just cruel?

"You do realise we just made a fucking portal to another dimension right?"Felix said as if he was talking to someone without a brain.

"Yeah but what that got to do with anything?" Kai said confused.

"Kai, your amazing and all but you're a little slow at times, we just made a discovery worth crystal coins! And if the information about Geno points is correct, the world would have another revolution, further evolving everything we have in this current world!" Seraphina belittled Kyle for his obvious lack of common sense, so much so one would believe this common sense was actually Not as common as it first seemed.

(Coins are the currency in this world:

worst-

copper coin

silver coin

gold coin

Chrono coin

Crystal coin.

-best

owning chrono coins wasn't rare but it wasn't common either, this would tend to be the currency of the rich and well known. Crystal coins on the other hand, is something people who were seen to have transcended knowledge, contributing the most to the creation of this society, whether it was technology, or for example being the creator of the syringe's liquid which was used to heal Felix, if this was the past, with kings and queens, even they would barely have one crystal coin, some would never see one in their entire lively hood.)

Kai looked down at storm in who was still being rocked in his arms,"Well then storm, I guess your stuck with us now" he smiled at her, and her face lit up and she giggled eyes opening to reveal to eyes of a multitude of colours. Kai was awe struck.

The right eye had half red and half purple eyes as if she had some albino genes in her, which would make sense as her skin was almost ice white. Her right eye however looked bright blue in the center but as if a line was cutting through the blue colour was a pitch black colour as well. Storms hair was a silky jet black, that could already be seen coming through her head.

Kai was shocked to say the least, he had never seen such an occurrence before. He knew heterochromia existed though an uncommon genetic mutation, he had never seen one this prominent before. Kai knew even with the baby fat still there, when storm grew up, she would be undeniably beautiful.

Seraphina caught everyone's attention and directed it towards the picture in the locket. An extremely dashing and overly tall man with pure white hair, one purple eye, one red eye, and a muscular body who probably above 7 foot could be seen in the photo. He stood slightly bent over behind a woman with his arms wrapped around her waist.

She was just as tall, likely above 6 foot, with silky black hair, a pitch black left eye and neon blue right eye. Her features where defined and curvaceous. It was elegant and sexy at the same time, and even through the photo, confidence clearly radiated from each of them. The woman was also wearing the same necklace that was in their hands currently.

It was only then did they realise that storm was not even a day old, and had actually just inherited her parent overly tall genes as well as the eyes of both, her father's skin and mother's hair. In the future they believed her beauty could never be rivalled, and would amount to a lot of insatiable men forcing themselves upon her, even a few jealous women.

"Maybe we shouldn't tell anyone about Storm so that she could live a relatively normal life rather than being in the spotlight due to the strange circumstances of her coming." Felix suggested

"You know, I might actually agree with you for once. Her looks ought to attract unwanted attention, nevermind the whirlwind that would come with the world finding out what's on that letter." Iris agreed to Felix's logic.

Seraphina nodded and added, "We should also teach this miss how to defend herself in as many ways possible, even if she were to hide her new families wealth, her beauty would still make her be respected as one who was famous."

Kai quickly stated, "she will learn at a good school, and we could help her advance in her studies."

The system was glad to hear this. The system's ability to improve certain aspects wanted could now mean storm could be a "perfect" human, genius in everything she ever does.

However, the system forgot one thing, when he transformed, another conscience was formed, and was this conscience was in control of the body. System, doesn't know if Storm will work together with it, and although system has understanding of emotions, she does not have a moral compass like a human. Murder of any sort to the system would be nothing but a simple inconvenience and she might be willing to be the committee of that murder, if any such thing was to occur. The same could not be said for storm on the other hand.
