"It's time I actually save someone."
Although what he said was very cool in his opinion, he absolutely had no idea how.
All he knew was that he had to try and succeed at all costs.

There were plenty of skills in the shop and all of them were so expensive to the point where it was ridiculous.
'Look at this, who would pay 5k credits for a jumping skill? Probably me… I should buy this, this one and that.'

All this happened within a split second.
Purple sparks flew and the items appeared next to Aster. However, this wondrous act of bringing out high grade medicines out of nowhere did not faze the woman one bit. It seems she is either used to this kind of stuff or was too focused on her child to care.
Aster put the two, thumb sized pills inside his mouth and gulped it down with the tasteless, cold and blue colored potion otherwise known as the mana regeneration potion.
He immediately felt the effects. His mana started to recover, which was good, but he also felt dull minded and uncertain about what he was going to do.
He shook his negative thoughts away.
'This is the effect of the pills. Aura is related to willpower so of course having it suppressed will make me feeble.'
The reason why he suppressed his mana and aura was simple, the flesh devoured and grew upon consuming those. Having a stronger mana and aura means that it would absorb more and grow bigger quicker.
He canceled [Magic aura], thereby separating his mana and aura.

Having his comprehension divided meant that his hasten thought skill would drop in efficiency but that's ok, he needed it in case he screws up and needs to correct it as soon as possible but not actually needed in the operation.
Unlike him, the girl had a much, much weaker constitution and wouldn't survive if he just tore it away so he devised a relatively simple plan.
First, he would need to manage three things at once so he needed to use one of his skills. That part is done.
Second, he needed to separate his magic aura into aura and mana and that's done too.
Third, he would use his newly acquired [Magic cutter] to separate the flesh and her body, he would cut more than necessary if it meant that the flesh won't reach her.
Fourth, he would use his separated aura to get a hold on the parasite so it wouldn't attach back.
Fifth, use [Heat laser] to incinerate the separated flesh. Because it's a skill that concentrates on a small area, he wouldn't accidentally burn the child.
Sixth, use whatever means necessary to keep her alive during this procedure. He bought a few potions, which he gave to the mother. His new skill [Full body mana coffin] is also meant for that purpose. Because he did not possess significant amount of affinity to life and a skill or a magic to utilize that, he couldn't use an actual healing skill.

His senses sharpened once again and information such as the location of random dust particles 3 meters away from his location arrived to his brain. Thankfully, his brain was like a super duper computer now so it could handle it.
'I originally added points to perception cuz I didn't want to accidentally cut one of her vital organs but this is better.'
With his new sensory ability, he was able to perceive details of her body quite well now. He was sure he wouldn't cut her heart open now.
'Alright, let's get to work.'
After feeding the girl regeneration potion, which boosts hp recovery by 200%, he put both of his palms above the kid and used [Magic separation]. Faint, blue colored wisps came out of it and sank into her body.
With surgical precision, he carefully put a fine line between her flesh infested left side. Once a part of the flesh was separated, he incinerated it. The mother sprayed recovery potion on the cut where it has been cut so she wouldn't bleed to death.
Starting from her shoulder, he went downwards until her left side of her waist.
The whole process was draining. He was physically, mentally and spiritually exhausted after the operation.
He collapsed on the ground.
"Operation successful." He muttered to himself and grinned like an idiot.
'My grandfather was right to think I would be a surgeon. I'm pretty good at this.'
He groggily got up and experimented with something.
He pulled out the glowing soul tablet he got from Christopher, the fire lance one.
Then with [Overwrite], he used it on the girl and it was a success.
'There, I don't need it anyways.'
He was feeling content with himself. As a professional procrastinator, it was pretty rare.
Then he remembered 2 things.
First, he was severely drained and weakened due to the pills.
Second, another person who was trying to kill him half an hour ago was right behind him.
He turned around and saw her gracefully caressing her daughter's hair.
'She might have some terrible scar but that's probably better off dying, right?'
With that thought, he ran away.
'I should find somewhere safe to rest.' He pondered to himself.
'But before that, what is this!?'
