Chapter 130 - fight on!

A shadow bird flapped its wings and descended towards a dark silhouette that soon revealed itself from the shadow as the sky dimmed by the cloud blocking those suns.

The person was riding a shadow horse gazing upon the nation that was currently occupied by the traitors. The place was the High Kobold nations where it was guarded by few rank 8 monsters carefully scouting if anyone were coming. 

It soon revealed that the unknown individual was none other than Alexandra Trese riding a shadow horse wearing costume made armor that was enchanted by Kie who learned to add magic ruin-type things similar to Vandalieu's magical girl staff. 

Ryuu used the materials that he gained from the [ Gacha ] namely Mythril mixing with adamantite and Dark copper, a material made by Vandalieu to easily mix them together.

He also gained a few weapons namely an unknown magical staff and cloak for Kie while Trese was the Demon King dagger from solo leveling along with Dominator touch and invisibility skills.

Ryuu has no use for it and finds it more compatible for her than himself. He was already capable of doing them by shapeshifting himself into small pores that cannot be seen by the naked eye. 

Regardless, Trese took some time to observe the enemy line using the sight of her shadow and took out her dagger levitating them above the shoulder before manipulating to slice cleanly the head of the guard that silenced them without them realizing it.  

"That was really quick, nice work, Trese-san."

She turned to her having been accompanied by a few of their allies namely Zadiris, the 200 year old ghoul woman and her daughter, Basdia.

"It was nothing, should we proceed?"

"Yeah, my axe has been itching for a fight after yesterday's battle."

Trese nodded as they headed inside without anyone detecting and once they located the civilians that were with the traitor quickly made a wall to protect the innocents then started their assault by releasing their allies and subordinates.

"Arise."

For Trese, the shadow started to rise and countless monsters came to be that started slaughtering their enemies. Most if not all of his shadow army are nothing more than Ethereal shadows that hardly have any tangible state let them fight their enemies with little damage with most passing through.

The only possible way to harm them is to have a weapon that is made Mythril or enchanted by light attributes. She took out her daggers and swiftly mutilated her enemies.

No one was able to see her thanks to the [ Invisibility ] skill that let her remove both magical and physical presence with only her killing intent. She already has a link to the eyes of her shadow doing the same method as Kanae had discovered. 

Her shadow that not only consisted of monsters but knights and mages fought through their enemies, easily pushing them with ease and helped by Vandalieu's allies.

At that moment, Zadiris cast a multitude of light rays that highly condense into Lazer and sliced through the hordes of enemies with ease. Those who had the extremely high vitality were able to withstand the attack and rushed their way towards her.

"I must thank the boy for giving me this magic item. But couldn't he make it less….childish?

She muttered having acquired a powerful item made by Vandalieu at the cost of having worn a highly frilly and lace outfit similar to a magical girl. Ryuu could probably make something but he is limited in crafting knowledge and hasn't gained a skill in crafting yet. 

He pondered if his talentless in creating beside flesh and disease but put it aside since regardless if he helped or not would still result in similar outfit. 

"You don't have to worry, at least Jadal likes it?"

Basdia reassured her mother by mentioning her Granddaughter who liked seeing her use the magical staff. 

"I don't know how to feel about that…."

"Is it really appropriate to have casual conversation while we're in the middle of a fight?"

Trese awkwardly said seeing the mother and daughter duo but she does understand Zadiris worry considering if Ryuu gave clothes like that then she would refuse in a heartbeat. Not that it is suitable for her when she built more of a magical dark knight rather than a mage. 

"Fall ba-Gaaah!"

She appeared and slit the high kobold leader's throats who tried to retreat after seeing the chaos but unfortunately he was too slow.

Trese didn't waste any time slicing the monster with her dagger and took the opportunity to add a few of them into her army before continuing to slice them and creating shadow blades manipulating them using [ Dominator touch ]. 

"Ah apologies, it is just troubling for me. I'll speak with the boy later for adjustments but putting that aside, we should finish this quickly."

They weren't the only fighting as most of their allies had been spread evenly with Mitsuri and Justine were busily fighting the hordes of monsters at the centaur nation. 

"How can someone have this strength!?"

Shouted by one of the generals witnessing the bloodshed before him. It was Justine pummeling his enemies with her fist and taking every attack they sent head on. She was relenting and an unstoppable force that slaughtered her way on the battlefield.

"Is this all you got!? I'm hardly feeling it!"

She screamed while doing a supersonic kick by applying [ Koku Shundō ] leaping in the air and beating any monster that her fist came across. 

"C-Calm down or Ryuu will get Mind at you again."

Mitsuri flew closer to her, who slowly calmed down after experiencing too much adrenaline rush. She took a deep breath to recompose herself while the monsters were occupied by the centaurs. 

"Thanks, Mitsuri. I got a little too carried away…again."

"It's fine but we should end this quickly and head back to help Ryuu."

She said while summoning the sprite and transferring her magic into it that churning a powerful hurricane that decimated the remaining army eased. The sprite flew back and rubbed its cheek against Mitsuri.

"Oh you're such a cute sylph! I'll give you some mochi later!"

The sprite made happy noises while they continued their fight. Mitsuri used her whip sword to cut them to pieces while using magic with the help of sylph. In terms of prowess then she was more terrifying than Justine who stopped to watch her while wryly smiling.

Though Justine appears to be stronger physically hardly comes close to Mitsuri and the reason why her strength appeared stronger is she fights head on than Mitsuri who fights decisive and fluidly. 

While they are recapturing the centaur nation, Kie and Nezuko were helping the High Goblin nation fight off their own trouble. Kie helped guide and blessed the loyal allies of the High Goblin to fight back that easily overwhelmed their enemies. 

"A Guider!? Kill the human guider!!"

"Bufooh!!"

"Bugiii?!"

Those who betrayed the nation were bewildered when their enemies had grown significantly. Kie was mistaken for Guider after witnessing her helping them with her [ Life magic ] who used to cast multiple Mana bullets. 

"Are they talking in a High Goblin language?"

Nezuko questions while casting her own fire javelins that pierce the High Goblin enemy before bursting into massive flames killing in them slowly because of their high vitality. 

It was unfortunate that her flames weren't normal ones and had a demonic twist to it letting it burn more painful than normal flames.

"For the Goddess vida!!"

"Kill the traitors and protect the children!!"

"We have our Goddess on our side! We can't hope to lose!!"

"...I'm sorry but please don't throw any of your lives away and I am not vida!?"

Kie corrected them thinking that she was some sort of incarnation of vida or even a clone of sorts after being enchanted by her magic. She tried to stop them by not risking their lives for her but it was easier said than done.

"They'll be fine, Kaa-san. Good boy, Blue!"

Nezuko mounted on her enormous raptor that had rank up after 2 years becoming a Rank 8 Raptor King that pear like an Indoraptor from Jurassic world. Though, he was still a small adorable puppy-like monster when he's with Nezuko.  

It roared slightly after being praised for protecting Kie who maintain casting and helping as many as possible. Their combined might had easily turned the tides and won the battle.
