Chapter 118 - War Final

The war only started for a few minutes and it's already obvious who won as the dwindling soldiers fell like flies. Ryuu turned to see the vampires who wore a cloak flew into the sky landing inside the walls where Zadiris and other Ghoul Mages that have Light attribute burned the vampire to a crisp. 

He saw how Eleanora easily killed the vampire Isla, a rank 10 Noble-born Vampire Countess and one of Ternecia most trusted servants. 

The latter is only one of the three pure blooded vampires who worship Hihiryushukaka , the Evil God of Joyful Life.

Isla held the power that could easily defeat dragons and decimate a whole country by her power of her rank alone. However, the excruciating burning sensation had reduced her strength to nothing and soon was decapitated by Eleanora. 

"Damn I wanted to taste vampire blood but whatever."

Ryuu cursed before focusing his attention to the battlefield using his handgun that blasted the heads of the soldier while he was doing a very enthusiastic walk. 

[ You have acquired Gun technique ]

"Oh convenient!"

He smirks at acquiring the technique and may be the only one who has it as the world of Lambda had strictly gone against the creation of gunpowder and guns, especially Alda fanatics. 

The skills had allowed him to have an aim assist vaguely understanding where to shoot that has the possibility of hitting the target 

"I guess it's phase two huh? Show yourself my dear servant! It's time to feast!"

Ryuu evilly said when the "Evolved" came and revealed themselves, shocking the soldier who was baffled to see them transform. 

"For Ryuu-sama!"

"Kill!! Serve the Hive!!!"

"Protect our lord!!"

He ignored their fanatic words and continued to add more, releasing the monster from his binding. At that moment, Rank 5 Xenomorph raptors, Rank 6 T- rex Xenomorph, Etc. 

"Hiss!!"

"What the hell are those monste-GAAAAHH!!"

"Hel-Guhh!!"

"I can't die here!! My pregnant wife is waiti-Guuuhh!!"

The Xenomorph showed nothing but ruthlessness devouring and slashing their way through the battlefield leaving nothing behind. Every soldier tried pleading and surrendering but pity was the last thing they'll receive. 

Ryuu had been trying to find a perfect egg to recreate a Xenomorph egg or even make a Xenomorph Queen if he was able to create the right biological structure. 

He moved his shooting shoulder while those that had a considerably high level of Shield and Armor technique skills were able to intercept his bullet. However, it would have been effective if his bullets were normal and exploded upon impact infecting the soldier.

"Gaaaah!!!"

"Get off me-gaaaah!"

"This can't be happening!"

Despair could be hurt from the voices of the soldier seeing the hell that they were in. Ryuu coldly mercy kills some of them to stop their suffering while pondering how the Alda faction gods are reacting.

'The likelihood that they'll continue to observe is a good thing. However, that autistic Rodcorte would use this for the other reincarnator in origin to go against us.'

Beside the world of Lambda, they are also the world of Origin where science and magic co-exist, it is also the place where Vandalieu previously reincarnated and lived as a lab rat that was endlessly experimented on. 

There are roughly a 100 reincarnator that Rodcorte would manipulate to go against them but some would likely remain on standby. 

'Knowing that dumbass he would likely do something stupid. Anyway, we should be safe for now.'

At the other side of the battlefield, Justine was enjoying herself from slamming the enemies like they were nothing but Ragdolls. 

"M-Monster!"

"Retreat we-Guuh!!"

"Like hell I'll let that happen!"

She cocked her arms back as if reloading before channeling her strength into his fist then used her unarmed fighting Technique to strike them with force that could easily crush a dinosaur's skull. 

The soldier couldn't do anything as her speed and power was beyond their ability near the skills of a veteran A class adventurer. Furthermore, Justine kept growing stronger the more she overexerted herself. 

"We know that your magic needs to overexert yourself but do you really act like a battle maniac?"

Trese arrived reviving some of the soldiers adding them into her shadow army and unlike normal magic, extracting shadow doesn't cost much Mana and all shadows are permanent since they're practically just ghosts possessing her shadow molds.

She uses her dagger skills to stab and slash at the soldier while looking at Justine who only shrugged.

"You know you'll get scolded by Ryuu?"

Justine paused, realizing her mistake and turned to look at Trese with wide eyes. She was so overwhelmed by the fight that she forgot that Ryuu was watching them.

"Shit…I forgot…well I'll stop but I hope he still cooks pizza for me." 

"Just keep the fighting to a minimum."

They continued their fight as the other side of the battlefield Kanae and Shinobu were busily dispatching a group of soldiers. 

"I can see you've gotten better using your Poison, Shinobu-chan."

"Thanks nee-san. It's thanks to the [ Poison Mage ] that gave me [ Mana Control ] skills that were able to control my Mana use."

"Yeah, it's become a lot easier to control my vines and create razor sharp flower petals." 

Shinobu produces poison in the shape of an insect that latches itself to the solder body that causes an agonizing death while Kanae creates a storm petal that creates small cuts before parasitic plants latch itself that soon devour the vitality of the soldier. 

In the beginning, it would have been impossible to do all of this if not for the time they spent training in the dungeon and being boosted by the job system.

"Slip! Fall! Reflect! It seems to be over sooner than expected."

"Ryuu did say even without the war would have won by Vandalieu. Come on, Blue, protect Kaa-san."

"Rooar!"

"It's better to not let them suffer more than needed."

Kie used her magic against her opponent who slipped and fell while reflecting their magic with her own.

Her magic was supposed to only involve life enchantment but it seems to affect the magical energy itself after acquiring [ Enchanter ] job. 

Meanwhile, Nezuko commanded her mighty stead to attack the soldier who got close to Kie and Misturi who despite showing concern toward her enemies knew they wouldn't hesitate to kill her.

"Finally! I'm level 100!! I wonder what job I should choose? Well I'll do that later."

Ryuu muttered after doing a headshot towards the soldier and at that moment saw Van fly by. He knew that he would confront Gordon, the one who hunted his mother down.

"That knows how to hold a grudge."

After a while, everyone stole the spoils of war and Van revived the soldier into a zombie and undead. He reattached their limbs but didn't do a great job since they're just going to be warning towards the Mirg-shield nation.

Van was only able to revive those souls that Trese didn't extract, which was still a few thousand soldiers. Ryuu looked down at the evolved soldier that he acquired and used them as his personal subordinate. 

"I wonder if I'm able to create a disease like yours."

"Highly unlikely since blacklight virus is too unpredictable and difficult to replicate."

He said to Van who nodded as they stared at the newly revived zombie and marched their way to the Mirg shield nations to wreak havoc. 

"Isn't it a bit of a match to even ruin their corpse?"

Kie asked since she feels that those people didn't deserve this kind of punishment when they already lost lives of their loved one.

"I understand your concern, Kie but those people who won't bat an eye and even enjoy the suffering of these people show that it is a light punishment. Also we're not killing civilians, only ruining their crops and setting it as warning if they hope to invade again."

She was still not convinced but couldn't do anything since this world was vastly different from her world. Ryuu saw her troubled expression quickly wrapped around Kie.

"It's just hard to swallow but I'll try to get used to it since I'll do the same if my children were harmed."

Kie laid her head into his chest feeling a lot more calm. The other girls didn't try to interrupt them since she isn't used to seeing their many people dying.

"Did you see me and my boy, blue!?"

"When did you learn to speak like that?"

The atmosphere changed when Nezuko went and approached them riding her pet raptors. Ryuu wasn't even controlling it and has been tamed by Nezuko for unknown reasons. 

"From Justine of course!"

Ryuu turned to the tomboy who tried avoiding his guess while whistling. he only sighed while Justine wryly smiled. 

"I did see you and your boy blue like how you two recklessly headed towards a large group of heavy armored soldiers!"

He shouted making Nezuko dryly laugh since even her fighter would be able to resist the flames but was fortunate her mastery was at a high level of control. 

"And you…no pizza for today!"

"Oh come one!! Just one slice would be good!?"

"Nope!"

"What if I suck you dry?"

Justine bluntly said while the people around made anime fall from her explicit words. Trese slightly blushed since she still hadn't done with Ryuu and is planning to do it soon. 

"Couldn't be less blunt?"

"Only if you give at least one slice of pizza."

"....okay but pineapple."

"....okay I'll stop, just don't make that."
