20. The engagement Day

After the girls arrived back home, Keeha ran to her sister to see what she bought as her engagement dress.

"I was late because of my project and presentation at university otherwise I would have also joined you girls. Said Keeha, by the way lovely choice. I love ypur outfit. It is made for you."

"Thankyou, we chose it together, replied the blushing Feeha."

"Ahan! that is really a good thing said Mom who also arrived in the room. She looked at the amazing outfit and praised the boy's choice."

Okay girls, Have you all decided what to wear?

"Yes, the outfit that I bought last month. Keeha and I habe decided to wear the same one,said Aanaye."

"Okay, yes I forgot about that black one. I will wear the same Mom."

Aanaye went into the room and behind came Feeha with a coffee mug to her in the room.

Tell me Aanaye what happened? said Feeha.

Nothing Feeha, replied Aanaye. I got upset of your leaving us. I was feeling a bit tired of everything.

Are you sure you don't have anything to share? asked Feeha.

"off course dear, why would I not share my things with you? Replied the elder sister."

So the blushing Ma'm, how was your man?

"Well, he is a nice person and posses good nature." Replied Feeha.

Wow, I hope you live a wonderful life in future. Said Aanaye.

Finally the day arrived,

there was all over chaos. The engagement ceremony ceremony was in the evening. Keeha went to the saloon with Feeha while everyone was in hurry to the venue. It took 2 hours for Feeha to get ready in the saloon and other two took 2 hours more.

The venue was the farm house which was about 1.5 hours drive away from the city.

Mom and aunt arrived there before so that they can receive the guests.

Girls arrived there with their cousin and brother.

Everyone was there at venue.

So it was the girl's entry.

Ibrahim walked the aisle with her sister. Both Feeha and Zabi made a lovely couple together.

The engagement rings were being exchanged and congratulations were showered on the couple.

Feeha was given beautiful gifts by her in-laws.

She was happy and thankful for everything.

The dinner was served. Soon the guests took a farewell. As Zabi's dad was to leave for meeting abroad, the similar night.

Everything was perfect for the day and Mrs Shaiqa's family was happy.

The host families together departed for their homes.

The family was home safely.

The girls went to their rooms.

Feeha was in the washroom getting freshen up while her cell phone was ringing in the room.

Aanaye picked up the phone to check who is ringing her sister by this hour of night. It was Zabi's name.

"Aah! Feeha get out. Your future husband is in call.shouted Aanaye ."

Feeha instantly came out and grabbed her phone. She went out to receive the call alone.

Aanaye was smiling at her sister's private call.

Aanaye sat on her study table and started writing something in her dairy

Aanaye was unhappy and sad because of yesterday's event but she couldn't share with anyone specially with Feeha or she will be upset.

Aanaye switched off the lamp and went to bed.

She was tired and felt asleep with his thoughts in mind.

Aanaye didn't know when Feeha entered the room in her bed.

Next day arrived and family was upto their usual routine. No one had time to talk about the last day event. They had their breakfast and went to their jobs. Keeha was on rest today as she had her projects and examinations around the corner and she was preparing for them. But she asked Feeha to be back home as soon as your off time bell rings. She wants to see her in-laws presents for their daughter in law and warned her that if you got late she will unbix them all alone.

At the nursery during their free time, Feeha arrived at Aanaye's office. Aanaye to avoid her sister's questions of why you are sad and bla bla she cross questioned her by asking her about last night's talk.

Feeha was just like blushing with his name.

The girls had a gossip of last evening's event.

It was off time and girls with their mom were back at home.

The girls had chit chat on the lunch table and soon time came for unboxing the gifts.

The desperate keeha took out boxes frim bags with knife un hand for seal opening.

The gifts from Zabi's family were quite expensive and awesome.

The girl's praised the choice of Aunt Anita's lovely dress and jewellery given by her to Feeha. Feeha made a thankyou call to Aunt Anita.

Aunt Anita was quite happy for a lovely gesture by her daughter in law and offered her visit at her place. Feeha with permission of her mom accepted the invitation.
