I Was Hungry

Night had quickly come as the ship sailed quietly down the sea to their next destination. There were still a few sailors out and about, talking to each other while the others made jokes. They were unaware of the young woman walking towards them. She was holding a dark blue cloak to her chest trying to keep herself from being cold.

The sailor stopped talking and looked over their shoulder to see Abidemi standing behind them. She gave them a small smile as her bright blue eyes looked at them. "Umm. Hello. I'm looking for the kitchen. Can you help me?"

The sailor looked at her for a long while before asking. " Ah. You must be one of the Lady's maids that came with her. Don't tell me that she is hungry at this time of night."

Abidemi stared at the men for a second before nodding her head. She gave them a fake smile which made the sailor blush a bit. "Sure. My lady is very hungry so she asked me to make her something to eat. If you please point the direction to the kitchen.
