Shopping with a Side of Trouble Part 2/2
With Eri secured, Kaga went to where all the shouting was taking place, when she rushed her way there she saw some bees flying around, 'Tsk, must be that Hachisuka girl that possessed Knuckleduster's daughter by using that Queen Bee Quirk'
*Fwoosh*
Not wanting to be stung by any bees Kaga wrapped her body in a thin layer of ice and began to fly through the air, this was one of the abilities she learned throughout the years in her Storage Space.
Though at first the consumption on using this move was great before, however, now that Kaga has practiced this and refined it over the years she has learned to properly coat herself and manipulate the ice to pull herself where she wants to go on the level of just willing it and not thinking of it.
Leaving a trail of frosty winds and appearing 100 meters above the place, she finally reaches the street where multiple Instant Villains spawned due to losing control of their quirk.
AN: (If you guys haven't read the Vigilante Manga where the story happens 2-3 years prior to canon, the villain Hachisuka used her bees to inject random citizens of the Trigger Drug to suddenly empower their quirk, hence making it go out of control)
In truth, Kaga just wanted to watch and observe but seeing that neither of the supposed Heroes from the manga has yet to arrive, she decided to help by securing all the out of controlled quirks, especially the rampaging giant that is 3 Meters taller than All Might!
*CHRUUUUUSE*

Releasing Frost Energy from her forearms she released it onto the street where the Instant Villains were highly concentrated, the moment the Frost Energy touched the ground it started to spread like wildfire.
The Innocent Instant Villains who were rampaging were suddenly halted and their movement stuck in place by a shell of ice covering them, this is actually rather dangerous since without fine control the ice would seep into their flesh and in return render that limb useless.
(Remember that first Nomu? Todoroki used his ice and the arms of the Nomu just broke into ice chunks? Yeah...pretty gruesome)
Kaga had to practice on a huge block of sponge wherein she would instantly know if ice seeped inside since a sponge has tiny holes making it even harder to practice on, but worth it.
Going back, Kaga has constricted all the small fries and soon brought her attention elsewhere, she looked towards the hulking mass of flesh that had weird tattoo lines engraved on its body.
And just like the scene from Incredibles, where Frozone tried encasing the Giant Ball Robot, that is exactly what Kaga did too. She swiftly restrained all joints with ice and slowly froze her way through the body and leaving only the head to breathe.
Moments after she does this she simply stayed in place on the rooftop of a building waiting for something, and right on time, the horde of heroes appeared but with the Turbo Hero: Ingenium taking the lead.
The likes of Thirteen, Eraserhead, Present Mic, Best Jeanist, Endeavor, Death Arms, Snipe, and Midnight responded to the emergency call of a certain detective, though what they arrived at was a winter wonderland of trapped 'villains'.

"Well...someone has beaten us to the punch"
"Tch, had to run all the way here"
"I wonder who restrained them?"
"I GUESS NO SHOUTING FOR ME!"
"Ara ara, someone prevented them get a dose of sleep"
Kaga who was on top of a 10-story rooftop was currently watching everyone's reaction and their comments on her actions, although a pair of Fox Ears popping up on the top of a building was rather suspicious...
And Snipe who has the eyes of a hawk easily spotted this, "Come out of that spot!", ordered and raised his guns to which the other Heroes were quite startled by his actions.
Endeavor who caught a glimpse of the Fox Ears thought, 'Could little Kaga be here?', he thought thinking of the fox girl who frequented their home and call him 'Uncle Enji'
But someone just had to break the sudden tension, "I AM HERE!", the bulk of the man shouted clearly failing to realize that all of the villains were already restrained.
*Crack!*
The moment he landed the ice beneath him cracked...but the ice on the restrained villains held up, much to their relief.
The rest could only shake their heads but Snipe didn't care and still focused on the top of the building, "I'll repeat it again, please come out of that spot", he repeated his previous order.
But they didn't expect what was going to happen next as a young girl's voice sounded out, "U-Uncle Enji! Can you hear me?", the 'suspicious' person said.
Everyone looked at Endeavor in surprise, 'Uncle? Since when?', they thought but they didn't get an explanation, "Snipe, it's fine, I know the person", he casually said in his stern voice
"It's okay now, little Kaga", Endeavor said which shocked everyone as he usually comes off as a rude person with his stern and deep tone of voice.
The moment that Kaga heard that the misunderstandings were already over, she leaped off the building and headed towards Endeavor with arms wide ready to be caught.
"UNCLE ENJI!", she shouted as she was landing in the trajectory of Endeavor, everyone was just shocked because a nine-tailed fox person just came out of the blue.
Endeavor who has seen and watched Kaga grow over the years came to view her also as his own daughter since she spent numerous amounts of time playing with his children and training under him too.
Catching her within his flaming arms which was extinguished after being in contact with Kaga's cold body that radiated a bit of cold mist as an effect of using her Ice 'quirk'.
After being caught, Kaga blew a breath of cold mist at her Uncle and immediately removed his beard of flame, "With all the fire around you, you just might get a heat stroke one of these days", she joked which earned the snickers from other Heroes.
Gently placing Kaga down and reignited his beard, "What are you even doing here? Did you do this?", he asked in a stern voice as in his opinion what Kaga did was dangerous.
"You don't have to be so uptight, hmph!", she pouted as she wasn't praised instead, "...but yes I did, I was just supposed to watch but no Hero came and some of them were about to be killed", she explained.
"HAHA, YOUNG LADY, I COMMEND YOU FOR HELPING US WHEN WE WERE NOT AROUND!", All Might praised Kaga in his usual loud and enthusiastic voice, when Kaga heard this her ears flapped in joy to which Midnight found cute.
"See, Uncle Enji!? All Might praised me!", she said in a smug tone with chin raised up and hands to her waist pose.
"All Might, don't keep praising her, or else she'll expect them", Endeavor said to All Might to which Kaga just fired back her own words...as if she isn't already an adult.
"No, I won't ~"
"..."
"..."
The heroes on the side could only burn this situation in their memories as it was just very uncharacteristic of Endeavor to act this way in public.
Midnight on the side couldn't help but ask the girl's name and age, "Anyway~, what's your name and age?", she asked as she looked familiar to someone.
Hearing this Kaga went and did a pose while showing the peace sign, "I am Kaga Asakura and 12 Years-old!", the Heroes who heard this were stunned and this included All Might! Since the scene before them seemed something that an older person could cause.
However, they were even more stunned to find out that she is the daughter of the Asakura Family. "No wonder! You're Ayane and Ryu's child, that explains the fox ears and tail.", Midnight said to which surprised Kaga.
"Ayane and Ryu? You know my parents? How?", Kaga was immediately curious to find out as she rarely asks about their past, 'Got to ask them what they were like as children!', she thought.
"Of course, they were our senpai's when we still studied in UA, they were essentially two of UA's Big Three! Though they never pursued the Hero career after graduation~", Midnight smiled as she remembered the past.
Kaga had wide eyes when she heard what her parents were before, so she made a mental note to ask her parents when she comes back home.
"By the way, I think it's best to put them in restraining cuffs already, or else they'll catch a COLD", she joked to which she only received stares.
But thanks to her reminder the Heroes immediately went to restrain them with their own capture equipment as Kaga waves her hand to remove off the ice from the instant villains.
"Anyway, Uncle Enji, just tell the police that a snowstorm coincidentally blew by, BYE~!", before anyone could reply back she ran away as fast as possible leaving small gusts of wind.
The Heroes were shocked again at seeing the physical strength of the girl especially All Might, since the speed she showcased was almost as fast as Ingenium.
"Were we that fast when we were her age?"
"Did she just ask the No. 2 Hero to lie to the Police?"
"A NEW GENERATION IS APPEARING!"
