Chapter 24 : News and The 5th Level

When Cain inquired about the uproar was in the guild from Venturax , Venturax informed that it was because someone cleared all the beasts in the 4 th level of the Mynard Dungeon and even no trace was left . Cain acted surprised but wasn't much as he knew it may cause a issue if a level is cleared after lot of years and also no one claims responsibility for it .After that Venturax continued

"Sighhh.... we were also informed that the daughter of the Fluid Primordial Sopihis will visit our Kingdom to recruit top talents after 2 months "Cain a little surprised asked

"Hmm.... Ok so what's the problem in that she can just do her work and leave right ?"

"Thats the catch here it was informed now as any of the adventurers or warriors who move away will be criminally charged and maybe chased by the Kingdom so they are required to stay rooted for the next 2 to 3 months"

"WHAT!!?" Cain shouted at Venturax , as soon as Venturax told them of their arrival he was ready to pack up and leave but anyone who leaves will be targeted . It's also like they are blatantly suggesting that they are looking for someone and if you try to escape we will get to know where you are . Venturax looking at Cain's expression continued

"You also understand don't you , they are looking for someone . I tried to get information from the information guild where i am affiliated , they told me all three primordials are doing this while very few are being recruited , It's more like they are searching for someone" Hearing Venturax , Cain beacame tensed and asked

"How was this not known till now ?"

"It's because they paid the top leaders of the underworld to restrict information circulation about it , you better stay here instead of becoming a suspect"

"Is the guildmaster present ?"

"Yeah , Why ?" As Venturax replied Cain started to go towards the guildmaster's office as he nodded a little for Venturax's info .

At the Guildmaster's office.

Cain spoke to Olivia in front of him

"I will participate in the evaluation tournament , but i might not join the Council"

Olivia looked at Cain as she examined all the equipment he was wearing , two arm guantlets which looked like it stuck to his arms , and a black and red Sword with him . She could make out it had amounts of Keldun bones , she started to smile and speak

"It's fine , as i'm sure you'll make it to the top wherever you go and looking at your gear i'm more sure now , Though except high mana sensitive mages who have seen Keldun bones or top blacksmiths may only identify them . The Craftmanship is good." Cain looking a little satisfied spoke

"I just bought these at a blacksmith so i don't know about the material but if you said so it will be good , So what is this issue going on downstairs in the guild can you tell me ?"

"Ah , That was actually known to the Council members and the Royal family few months back and they also communicated to take steps like these . And even you will most likely be evaluated so just show some average performance and i can keep hold of your adventurer rank to what it is now if you don't want to be scouted "

"If possible then do it "

"But i want you do something instead ."

"What ?"

"The Zrervin family , i want you to collect rare fruits and herbs from the dungeon and give it to them with my name "

"I Can't get very rare ones anyway i'm just exploring small parts , so why would it be necessary"

"This doesn't give you much of a choice , i just covered up your tracks of going in the Mynard dungeon so its no use playing dumb" hearing this Cain didn't show any expression but he was not good with it , but it was a good opportunity to hide it

"Fine if i run into some good loot i'll give it to them"

"That's good , so now you can leave"

Cain then left the guild and started to head towards the Mynard dungeon

As Cain was going close towards the Mynard dungeon , he saw there were a lot of people huddled here .

Cain started to use Flash step and stealth as he merged in to a mob of people and went directly in to the dungeon . After a few hours he reached the end of the 4 th level , and there were a good number of adventurers there and some hiding in stealth .

To move them out and for him to go in , Cain started to use his Blood venom mist skill and a reddish black mist started to come out of him who was in stealth , As soon as someone detected it they shouted

"The mist forming here is similar to The Black Keldun's attack everyone move fast soon and wind mages clear the air "

As soon as the started to move out Cain used Flash step and touched all of them who were in a state of Panic and all of them started to burn though their shouts echoed no one came as they were the only ones in the 4th level .

After they were burned till nothing remained Cain collected all their belongings and few space rings and stored them in his . He made sure to check if there are any tracking magic here and the ones which had were also burnt.

Now Cain was ready to go to the 5th level , the level no one had cleared

As Cain entered the 5th level he was amazed by the sight he saw was a huge serene grassland , it was like the savannah . Few trees scattered around , the celling where the luminous crystals hung where almost 2 km apart from the floor , the change in the environment was phenomenal .

But this was a cause of concern as this was a grassland there was little to no place to hide and since this whole place was huge , there would surely be a beast just as large . He slowly started to understand why no one could progress from here , there was no place to hide , no place to escape , just a level field where we could be chased around endlessly unless the person had high stamina or high agility .

Cain then started to use long Claws skill , and dug a small hole in the ground and hid with it , with a little grass on him to cover him a little , he then used his fire manipulation to cause a sudden loud burst of fire around 500 m away from him . He used his All Sight Skill and waited for the beast to come .

After few minutes Cain heard footsteps coming towards the place , but they were not small foot steps . Loud slams on the ground , 2 huge creatures were coming towards the point , he saw a mountain move towards to him , this beast was atleast 750m tall . The beasts body was completely made of rocks with grasses , trees and shrubs growing on it, it moved like a silver back gorilla . Strong but short hind led and two huge muscular arms , it had a face of a like that of the T-rex , with 2 large tusks coming down from its upper Jaw . Birds were flying atop it .

And in the other direction was a wolf like creature , it was now more like a werewolf with large long front legs , its paws were completely made of stone . It was just a little shorter than the other beast . This creature too had grasses and trees growing on it . soon they saw each other , in break neck speeds they charged towards each other and started to fight .

Cain looking at these 2 beasts was confused for a little time as these creatures were like bosses themselves if they fight and injure themselves that would be better , but how did this not happen till now as evidence shouldv'e been there with irregular terrain . But slowly Cain got the answer to his thoughts

"KREEEEE !!!!!!!!" A ear deafening screech , Cain's ears started to bleed . To remove further pain he burned them for the time being as when they are in that state he won't be able to hear but damage won't be a lot .

A ceature which was around 10 meters large , with the help of vines supporting it rose to the eye level of the other beasts and screeched again , the other two then started to move away , The creature with the vines then restored the terrain.

Seeing these Cain asked in his mind

'What the Fuck are these ?!'

[The first two are top level Mythical beasts which are

Name : Mountain Tusker

Species : Tusker

Rank : Mythic

Description : One of the top forms of the Tusker species , born once every 500 years as a Tuskers they grow to colossal sizes . These beasts are slow and solitary , omnivores in nature . Incredible defense as their outer skin is made of all types of rare and hard substances . Their tusks are strong and these creatures can hold off against Saint ranks for a few minutes . They are usually hunted when they start grow double the size of a normal Tusker which is 20 meter . The ones which live grow this large and can level cities .

Description : Yautja wolves are a small sub branch of wolves which evolve with high affinity to the plants and the ground , they are extremely rare and not much is known about them except that they are able move at high speeds.

The last one which appeared was a Ethereal Rank ,

Rank : Ethereal

Description : These are peaceful creatures , but cause problems wherever they move . Druids are usually tend to be stuck in the forest which they are at but the War Druids move the forest with them , they are peaceful but since wherever they go a forest appears the people tend to go to kill the creature but end up creating a huge war . These Creatures move freely in the domain of the life primordial as most elves stay there and tend to be with nature and treat these creatures as gods .]

Cain Stayed silent . The creatures moved away but he still stayed silent , after an hour of hiding which had turned into him laying on the ground , He got up while sitting he looked above and spoke

"Well , Fuck no wonder that no fuckers could clear the floor "
