I Need A Pack

It's been a few days of running back and forth and I have yet to find my target. Sigh I'm temporarily giving up on the search but I'll try again later for sure. Instead I've been improving my relationship with Erica and Boyd while Carrie has been adjusting to life with the twins.

*SPLASH*

"TWIINNNS!!! IM GONNA KILL YOU TWO!"

Now you might think the twins are just hazing her but actually they're under orders to keep her pissed and in a constant state of high adrenaline. No I've never believed in control the impulse with meditation, no Just as I learned and how I taught the Twins, face the anger and face the wolf and beat it. Carrie's state right now is ideal for urging and tempering control over her beast than repeating words watching the moon.

Well not like it's my concern right now the twins are enough to suppress her, however what is my concern is how basically the whole town knew about a party being held tomorrow at the Grey Mansion. Luckily we're rich with space and money otherwise how to throw a city level party?

Ethan has gone all out and once Carrie joined she hoped right in with suggestions: DJs, Lights, Speakers, Fog machines, Alcohol, Mud Pit, Fire Jugglers, the list kept growing and eventually I had to give them a budget or 2 million. After all rich or not I won't waste more than 2 million to search the entire younger generation of a town at once. So letting them have their way planning a party I was going to meet Erica at her place. Her mom invited me over for lunch and I happened to be free so I accepted.

I chose a black a yellow bike this time and drove off towards the east upper side of town where Erica and family live. Not a long ride but seeing how empty the house was and the small crowd gathered outside I slowed down and turned up my hearing.

"Poor girl...."

"Its just miserable.."

"Is she okay?"

"That fall was serious!"

I kept hearing stuff like this until I heard the key word seizure and immediately took off towards the Beacon Hills Memorial Hospital. Based on what I've heard it should've been 30ish minutes ago but anything could happen. I pull into the park lot and rush inside the hospital. I looked around for the nearest nurse and finally spot her.

"Excuse me Ms....McCall, I'm looking for the room of Erica Reyes."

"Reyes? Yea she came in about half an hour ago, she's fine now. Room 3-27."

Getting affirmation made my heart steady as I head to the elevators thanking the woman with the protagonist p***y. Elevator takes me up to the third floor as I make my way to her room I see her mom walking out of it with a nurse holding a clipboard.

"Anyways makes sure she takes her medication and not stress herself too much..."

The two exchange words ignoring me as I make my way inside her room locking the door, gaining her attention as I do so.

"Oliver? What are you doing here? No! Don't look at me right now!"

I walk over to the fragile girl whom I've gotten to know a bit as I can't help but lean forward making her go quiet as our eyes gradually met. The room quiets down as silence and ambiguity surrounded the two. "What if I can make it all go away?"

Her body involuntarily shuddered at his words or rather what they implied. "Do you have a way to fix me? Please don't joke with me like this, because it's not funny."

"Not only can I fix you, I can make you much better. But it all depends on you Erica. Do you trust me?"

Her eyes looked at mine trying to see through them, while simultaneously avoiding getting lost in my dark red...wait red? Her mouth grew in shock as she realized while they were speaking his eyes changed from gold to red.

"Gulp.....I...."

A little bit later a blonde hair green eyed man walked out of the ward under the noses of the two women talking about personal issue. The two women were in such a good mood, they missed the almost grown man walking pass them. Until they heard the soft voice say "Mom I'm hungry," and their head snapped to the side so fast one should worry about whiplash.

"Erica! Back to bed the doctor said rest!"

"But mom I'm fine!"

"No no no get back to bed right now you girl! BACK! BACK! ERICA BACK!"

Meanwhile as Oliver was headed back he couldn't help but think to himself how quickly the bite took to her. She should be up and about pretty soon, shouldn't be too long before she's visiting the mansion to figure herself out either. Either way a smile couldn't help make itself to his face. He already has a pack of four! Not much compared to his Uncle's 40ish or Satomi's couple dozen, yet this was plenty to start with.

Driving up the street I was so happy I almost missed the small howl that almost seemed to flee from me. I clutched my brake bringing my bike to a stop as I leapt off and started chasing after the sound. My feet barely touched the ground before they were pulled up one after the other keeping me moving really fast.

I had been searching for this howl for the better part of the week and finally got a clue! My eyes started glowing as I felt the power enter my body. My feet fell faster, while my senses were pushed to the edge when I caught a whiff of something moving much faster than a canine should be.

Without thinking too much I chased after her like my life depended on it. She ran and I chased, I lost sight of her a few times but I never lost her scent as I would quickly chase after her. Back and forth for the better half of an hour running and sweating all over the forest. At least until, I finally managed to get her trapped between a cliff and a river climb or swim, I'll catch her.

The coyote sensing it's trapped turned it back to the river facing me in a complete attack stance. Apparently flight didn't work so now it's switching to fighting.i ignored the howling as my eyes glowed staring into hers and I almost thought it was a regular coyote, until it's eyes mirrored mine and glowed blue. At that point I knew right away who it was.

Keeping my Spark burning I used my ability as an Alpha to force the girl to change back. Of course it wasn't the most tactful way possible but definitely the best results for as soon as the girl transformed back into human she was shocked and afraid before looking at me and bowing her head. The canine way of submission.
