Reading a Manga with Zaegar: Yhwach's existential crisis

As Yhwach stepped into the manga store, Zaegar perched comfortably on his shoulder, his reptilian eyes scanning the shelves filled with colorful volumes of manga. The air was thick with the scent of ink and paper, and Yhwach found himself intrigued by the vibrant artwork and fantastical stories depicted on the covers.

Zaegar: (Excitedly) Wow, look at all these manga, Yhwach! It's like a treasure trove of stories waiting to be explored.

Zaegar's voice was filled with excitement as he took in the sights around him, his tail swishing back and forth in anticipation.

Yhwach couldn't help but smile at Zaegar's enthusiasm, a small chuckle escaping his lips.

Yhwach: Indeed, Zaegar. It seems we've stumbled upon quite the treasure indeed.

As Yhwach browsed the shelves, his mind was abuzz with thoughts of the conversation he had shared with Yuji earlier. Ginjo's voice echoed within his mind, curiosity lacing his words once more.

Ginjo: (Within Yhwach's mind) Yhwach, I can't shake the feeling that there's more to this "manga" than meets the eye. How could Yuji know about Bankai and other abilities if they only exist in these...stories?

Yhwach furrowed his brows in contemplation, pondering Ginjo's words carefully as he considered the implications of Yuji's knowledge.

Yhwach: (Mental Link) You raise a valid point, Ginjo. It's possible that there may be some connection between these manga and the world we inhabit. But for now, let us observe and gather more information before drawing any conclusions.

With a nod of agreement, Ginjo fell silent, his thoughts turning inward as he mulled over the mystery of the manga.

Meanwhile, Zaegar continued to chatter excitedly, his eyes alight with curiosity as he pointed out various manga titles that caught his interest.

Zaegar: (Excitedly) Hey, Yhwach, check this one out! It's about a group of heroes who can summon powerful creatures to fight for them. Doesn't that sound awesome?

Yhwach smiled indulgently at Zaegar's enthusiasm, his gaze flickering over the colorful cover of the manga.

Yhwach: It does indeed, Zaegar. Perhaps we should add it to our collection and see what adventures await within its pages.

With a nod of agreement, Zaegar reached out to grab the manga from the shelf, his excitement palpable as he eagerly flipped through the pages.

As Yhwach scanned the shelves, his eyes fell upon a particular cover that caught his attention. It was a volume of "Bleach," featuring the iconic character Ichigo Kurosaki on the cover. Intrigued, Yhwach reached out and took the manga in his hands, examining it closely.

Yhwach's brows furrowed slightly as he read the synopsis printed on the back of the volume. The description spoke of a world filled with ghosts, Soul Reapers, and dangerous spirits known as Hollows. It detailed the story of Ichigo Kurosaki, a young man who gains Soul Reaper powers after a fateful encounter with Rukia Kuchiki, a member of the mysterious Soul Society.

As he absorbed the words, a sense of disbelief washed over Yhwach. It was as if the synopsis described a world eerily similar to their own, where beings like Soul Reapers and Hollows existed. He glanced at Zaegar, who was still engrossed in the manga he had picked up earlier, before turning his attention back to the volume in his hands.

Yhwach: (Muttering to himself) This...can't be a coincidence.

Ginjo's voice echoed within Yhwach's mind, a note of urgency creeping into his tone.

Ginjo: (Within Yhwach's mind) Yhwach, what's wrong? You look like you've seen a ghost.

Yhwach shook his head, trying to shake off the sense of unease that had settled over him.

Yhwach: (Mental Link) It's nothing, Ginjo. Just...a curious discovery.

He paused, his gaze fixed on the cover of the "Bleach" volume in his hands.

Yhwach: (Mental Link) But if what this manga describes is true...then perhaps there's more to these stories than meets the eye.

Ginjo's voice was filled with intrigue as he responded to Yhwach's thoughts.

Ginjo: (Within Yhwach's mind) You think there could be a connection between this manga and our world?

Yhwach nodded slowly, his mind racing with possibilities.

Yhwach: (Mental Link) It's a possibility we cannot ignore, Ginjo. There's too much here that seems familiar...too much that resonates with our own experiences.

As Yhwach continued to contemplate the intriguing discovery of the "Bleach" manga, a voice interrupted his thoughts. It was the store employee, eyeing them with a mix of impatience and suspicion.

Store Employee: Excuse me, gentlemen. If you're not planning to make a purchase, I'll have to ask you to leave.

Yhwach glanced up, meeting the employee's gaze with a calm demeanor.

Yhwach: My apologies. We'll be making a purchase after all.

He turned to Zaegar, who was still engrossed in the manga he had picked up earlier.

Yhwach: Zaegar, would you like to add that manga you're reading to our purchase as well?

Zaegar looked up, his eyes lighting up with excitement.

Zaegar: Oh, can we? Can we get this "Fate/Stay Night" manga too?

Yhwach considered for a moment before nodding.

Yhwach: Very well. We'll take both the "Bleach" and "Fate/Stay Night" volumes.

Scene Break - Coffee Shop

Zaegar eagerly delved back into his manga, his tail wagging with excitement.

As Yhwach sat in the coffee shop booth, he lifted up the "Bleach" manga volume he had purchased and began to read. The pages turned under his fingers as he delved deeper into the story, his mind racing with thoughts and questions.

With each page turn, Yhwach became increasingly shocked and disbelieving. The events depicted in the manga seemed to mirror their own experiences and the world they inhabited to an uncanny degree. The characters, the settings, even the terminology—all of it felt eerily familiar.

As Yhwach immersed himself in the pages of the "Bleach" manga, he felt a whirlwind of emotions sweep through him. Each turn of the page brought him closer to Ichigo Kurosaki's journey, a journey that seemed to mirror his own struggles and triumphs in a world filled with uncertainty.

With bated breath, he followed Ichigo's battles, his heart pounding with anticipation as the young hero faced off against formidable foes. But it was when Ichigo unleashed his ultimate attack, Mugetsu, that Yhwach's own world seemed to tilt on its axis.

As he read about the devastating power of Mugetsu and Ichigo's triumph over Aizen, Yhwach's hands trembled, and a sense of awe and disbelief washed over him. He closed the manga with a resounding thud, the sound echoing in the quiet of the bookstore.

Zaegar, sensing Yhwach's inner turmoil, couldn't resist a playful jab.

Zaegar: (Teasingly) Looks like someone's having a moment there.

???: Dude are you seeing what I'm seeing?

???: I know right is that really the chaotic one?

???: I don't know Carlito I don't know.

Yhwach sat there, the weight of the manga in his hands feeling heavier than ever before. His mind raced with a torrent of thoughts, each one more tumultuous than the last. Could it be that their entire existence was merely a scripted narrative, playing out according to the whims of some unseen author?

Ginjo's voice resonated within Yhwach's mind, reflecting the turmoil that echoed in his own thoughts.

Ginjo: (Within Yhwach's mind) Yhwach, this...this can't be happening. How is it possible that these stories are so similar to our reality?

Yhwach's brow furrowed deeply, his gaze fixed on the cover of the manga volume before him. The images and words seemed to taunt him, challenging the very essence of his being.

Yhwach: (Mental Link) I don't know, Ginjo. But there's something undeniably strange about all of this. It's as if this manga is more than just a work of fiction—it's a glimpse into another world, one that parallels our own in ways we never could have imagined.

As Yhwach grappled with the existential crisis unfolding within him, Zaegar's playful remark snapped him back to the present moment. He glanced over at his reptilian companion, a mixture of frustration and longing swirling in his eyes.

Yhwach: (Audibly) It's more than just a moment, Zaegar. This...this changes everything.

Zaegar tilted his head, sensing the gravity of Yhwach's words.

Zaegar: (Curiously) Changes everything? How so, Yhwach?

Yhwach took a deep breath, attempting to gather his thoughts amidst the chaos raging within him.

Yhwach: (Thoughtfully) If what we've stumbled upon here is true, then it means that our lives, our struggles, our very existence may be nothing more than a predetermined narrative—a story written by someone or something beyond our comprehension.

The weight of that realization hung heavy in the air, casting a shadow over the once-vibrant surroundings of the coffee shop. Yhwach's gaze drifted back to the manga in his hands, a sense of resignation mingling with the lingering sense of disbelief.

Yhwach: (Mentally) Perhaps all this time, we've been mere pawns in a grander tale, actors on a stage following a script laid out for us without our knowledge.

Ginjo's voice echoed in agreement, his own turmoil mirroring Yhwach's internal struggle.

Ginjo: (Within Yhwach's mind) It's a frightening thought, Yhwach. To consider that our lives may not truly be our own, that our struggles and triumphs were predetermined by forces beyond our control.

Yhwach's grip tightened on the manga volume, his mind spinning with the weight of the revelation. Could it be that their entire existence was nothing more than a fiction?

As the implications of this realization sank in, Yhwach felt a surge of defiance rise within him. If their lives were indeed part of a larger narrative, then he would defy that narrative, forging his own path and seizing control of his destiny, no matter the cost.

Yhwach: (Audibly) No matter what lies beyond these pages, one thing is certain—we are the masters of our own fate. And if our lives are but stories, then let us be the authors of our own tales.

Yhwach's gaze shifted from the manga in his hands to Zaegar, a spark of curiosity igniting within him.

Yhwach: Zaegar, what about you? Are you...in this manga?

Zaegar's eyes sparkled with a hint of mischief as he regarded Yhwach with a knowing grin.

Zaegar: Who knows, Yhwach? Perhaps I'm just waiting for my grand entrance, ready to shake up the story in ways no one could predict.

Yhwach couldn't help but chuckle at Zaegar's playful response, the tension in his shoulders easing slightly.

Yhwach: Indeed, my friend. With you by my side, there's no telling what twists and turns await us in this tale.

Zaegar nodded in agreement, his tail swaying back and forth in anticipation of the adventures yet to come.

Zaegar: Exactly, Yhwach. Let's embrace the uncertainty and carve out our own destiny, one page at a time.

Scene Break - Late at Night, The Higher Up Council

The elders of the council had just finished their meeting, preparing to depart for the night. As they rose from their seats and moved towards the exit, a sudden disruption shattered the tranquility of the room. The lights flickered and burst, casting the chamber into darkness, while the windows cracked ominously.

Before anyone could react, Zaegar's voice cut through the chaos with an eerie calmness.

Zaegar: You don't dismiss yourselves. I decide who dismisses who.

His words sent a chill down the spines of the higher-ups, their eyes widening in disbelief. Zaegar's face darkened, his gaze piercing as he locked eyes with each elder in turn.

( Imagine this is Zaegar's expression image )

Zaegar: Now, let's talk, shall we?

A large, evil grin spread across Zaegar's face, sending shivers down the spines of those present. The atmosphere in the room shifted.

Scene Break - Yhwach's Dorm Room

Meanwhile, in his dorm room, Yhwach sat alone, still engrossed in the pages of the "Bleach" manga. The events depicted within its pages had captivated him, but a sense of unease lingered in the back of his mind.

Ginjo's voice echoed within Yhwach's consciousness, a note of concern tainting his words.

Ginjo: (Within Yhwach's mind) Zaegar might have done something crazy again.

Yhwach sighed heavily, setting the manga aside as he focused on Ginjo's words.

Yhwach: It wouldn't be the first time. But whatever Zaegar's up to, we need to be prepared for the consequences.

Timeskip - The Next Day

Sitting outside on a porch, Zaegar and Panda are playing Shogi. while Yhwach was sitting next to them reading his book like usual.

Panda: I win again. I'm sorry, but you keep on making the same mistakes over and over.

Panda said.

Zaegar felt extremely angry he wanted to eat Panda alive right here and now but decided not to He breathed heavily as Panda finished him off in the final round.

Zaegar: (Through gritted teeth) You... you filthy excuse for a creature. How dare you mock me with your insufferable victories? You may have won this petty game, but mark my words, Panda, your days of triumph are numbered.

His words dripped with venom, each syllable laced with a cruelty that sent shivers down the spine of everyone present. Yhwach glanced up from his book, his eyes narrowing as he sensed the dangerous shift in Zaegar's demeanor.

Yhwach: Zaegar, enough.

Zaegar's gaze flickered towards Yhwach, his eyes smoldering with barely restrained rage.

Zaegar: You would dare to command me, Yhwach? After all, we've discovered, after everything we've endured together? You are no different from this... this abomination before us.

Panda recoiled at Zaegar's words, his eyes wide with shock and hurt. Yhwach's expression darkened, his patience wearing thin as he struggled to contain the volatile situation.

Yhwach: That's enough, Zaegar. We are not defined by our anger or our hatred. We must rise above such base instincts and strive for understanding, even in the face of adversity.

But Zaegar's rage knew no bounds. With a menacing growl, he lunged towards Panda, his claws bared and his teeth bared in a feral snarl. Yhwach moved swiftly, interposing himself between Zaegar and Panda.

Yhwach: Stop this madness, Zaegar. This is not who we are.

Zaegar's eyes softened as he looked at Yhwach, the rage fading from his expression. With a sheepish look, he turned his gaze towards Panda, his demeanor shifting from menacing to apologetic in an instant.

Zaegar: (Innocently) Sowwy, Panda. I didn't mean to get so carried away. I let my emotions get the best of me.

His voice was laced with genuine remorse, and a hint of sadness tinged his words as he realized the impact of his outburst on Panda.

Panda, still reeling from the sudden change in Zaegar's behavior, blinked in surprise at the sudden apology. He hesitated for a moment before nodding slowly, his expression cautious but forgiving.

Panda: Uh... It's okay, Zaegar. Just... try to control yourself next time, okay?

Zaegar nodded eagerly, his eyes filled with gratitude for Panda's forgiveness.

Zaegar: Of course, Panda. I promise I'll do better. Thank you for understanding.

Scene Break

Todo and Mai are seen standing directly across from Nobara and Megumi. Mai was showing a little bit more muscle than she had a few months ago. Megumi could sense that Todo was rather powerful.

Megumi: What are you doing here, Zen'in-senpai?

Megumi asks, surprised to see the pair.

Nobara turns to Megumi, surprised as well.

Nobara: They do seem similar. Are the sisters?

Nobara asked.

Megumi: They're twins.

Megumi casually answers.

Mai: Don't call me that, Megumi-kun. You make me sound the same as Maki. Call me Mai.

Mai responds, slightly irked to be associated with Maki. Winking at Megumi.

Todo: So these are the pinch hitters for Okkotsu and the third-years?

Todo asked.

Mai: We came here with the principal because we were worried about you. Your classmate died, right? Was that rough? Or did you think nothing of it?

Mai says it in such a sweet tone, but it is abundantly clear that what she is saying is clearly the opposite.

This irked the pair of sorcerers; they knew full well he was still alive. They may have been angrier had they known. But her complete disregard for their friend, a fellow sorcerer, was disgusting to them.

Megumi: What are you trying to say?

Megumi questioned. He was getting annoyed.

Mai: It's okay. Some things are hard to say out loud. So I'll say it for you. "Vessel" makes it sound nice, but it just means he was a half-curse monster. Having such a tainted, inhuman being beside you brazenly calling himself a jujutsu sorcerer must have been revolting, right? Aren't you feeling better now that he's dead?

Mai mocks the "death" of Yuji Itadori. Pissing Nobara and Megumi off even more.

Todo: Mai, don't bring up such pointless topics. I'm only here to see if these guys are fit to take Okkotsu's place. That's all I want to know.

Todo announces, throwing his jacket onto the floor.

Todo looks at Megumi.

Todo: Megumi, was it?

he casually asks, preparing for his big question.

Todo: What kind of woman is your type?

Todo demands this completely baffles Nobara and Megumi, who tilt their heads.

Todo: Depending on your answer, I'll beat you half to death right here and drag Okkotsu, or at least the third-years, out to the exchange event. By the way, my type is a tall woman with a big ass!

Todo declares, ripping apart his purple shirt and dumping the remains onto the floor.

Megumi: Why do I have to talk about my taste in women with a guy I just met?

Megumi asked.

Nobara: He's right. That's a tall hurdle for an antisocial guy.

Nobara jokes, pointing to him.

Megumi: You be quiet. This is confusing enough already. You'll just make it more complicated.

Megumi said while he was annoyed by that comment.

Todo: Kyoto, third-year, Todo Aoi. Introduction over.

Todo announced.

Todo: Now we're friends. Hurry up and answer. If you prefer men, that's fine, too. A person's fetishes reflect everything about them. People with boring taste in women are boring people themselves. And I hate boring men. The exchange event is where my soul can be free as blood boils and flesh clashes. The feeling has been more intense from the training we've been put through. Who knows what I might do if my last exchange event ends up boring me?

Todo explains.

Megumi: I don't have a particular preference. As long as she has unshakable character, I won't ask for more.

Megumi gives the most heartwarming answer, which the two women present approve of.

Nobara: Not a bad answer. If you had said something like 'big boobs', I'd have killed you.

Nobara responds, satisfied with Megumi's answer.

Megumi: Shut up.

Megumi responded, irked, as tick marks formed on his head.

Todo: I knew it. You're boring, Megumi.

Todo says, crying, that he isn't a fellow man of culture.

Scene Break

Before Panda and Zaegar could continue their shogi game, they heard a loud bang not too far away.

Panda: WHAT'S THAT?!

Panda screamed.

Scene Break

Megumi was being slammed through the cement wall and onto another. Todo's arm was really strong, so strong that Megumi couldn't do anything once Todo had gotten his grip on him. Todo smiled.

Todo: "Why are you so weak? Your mind is weak as well. I'm not even trying. Please, stop making me bored, Fushiguro.

Todo commanded. while grabbing his face again and throwing Megumi at another pole. His body was aching beyond his imagination.

Megumi: (In thought) Shit, do I summon a Shikigami or just take the beating? No...I MUST summon one. This guy easily dispatched a Grade 1 Level curse. Surely my lower Shikigami wouldn't hurt him, but distract him just enough for me to come up with an escape plan!

The only problem was, that Megumi didn't even have time to react. One moment, Todo would be on the other side, and the next, he would be behind him. How was he supposed to counter someone who was too fast, let alone compete with physical prowess?

Megumi: (In thought) I have to get to the high ground!

Megumi tried dodging Todo's punches, but they were too fast. Even the force of Todo's punch was enough to send him flying against the wall. Todo punched him one more time and Megumi's defense broke.

Todo then grabbed Megumi by the hips, lifted him up, and slammed him into the ground like a wrestler. Megumi spat out blood.

Todo: I'm going to keep going until you show me what you got. I'm not even trying, so this is just embarrassing, to say the least.

Todo replied. Suddenly, without Megumi even realizing it, Yhwach appeared right in front of Todo and Megumi.

Megumi: (In thought) YES! You're fucking cooked now!

Todo reluctantly let go of Megumi and stared at Yhwach with Zaegar on his shoulder as usual while reading a book.

Todo: Huh... You're not like the others. What's your deal, old man?

Yhwach raised an eyebrow at Todo's question.

Yhwach: My "deal," as you put it, is of little consequence. What matters is that we find a way to resolve our differences without resorting to needless violence.

Todo: I CAN TELL YOU'RE NOT BORING! tell me What's your name and taste in women...or men?

Todo asked.

Megumi: (In thought) No way in hell Todo thinks he's interesting while I'm boring

Zaegar couldn't contain his laughter, the sound echoing across the area as he doubled over, clutching his stomach.

Zaegar: (Laughing hysterically) Hahaha! Yhwach, taste in women? Hahaha! You, of all people, have no right to talk about taste! Look at you, with your old man robes and your boring books! Hahaha!

His words were laced with mockery, his laughter ringing with a mixture of amusement and disdain. Even Ginjo, within Yhwach's mind, chuckled at the absurdity of the situation.

Ginjo: (Within Yhwach's mind) Looks like even the Almighty isn't immune to a little ribbing!

Yhwach's expression darkened slightly at the insults, but he remained composed, his gaze fixed on Todo.

Yhwach: My name is Yhwach. As for my preferences, they are of no consequence. My concerns extend far beyond matters of personal desire.

Todo regarded Yhwach with a mixture of fascination and respect, sensing a depth of wisdom and strength in his words.

Todo: Yhwach, huh? Well, you certainly won't disappoint in the mystery department. I'll remember that name.

Todo: (In thought) Yhwach. Please, don't make me disappointed.

Todo charged at him and Yhwach grabbed his fists while kicking Todo away.

Yhwach and Todo clashed with a flurry of blows, their movements a blur of speed and power. Todo's punches were swift and precise, but Yhwach's defenses were impenetrable. With a calculated strike, Yhwach slammed his fist into Todo's stomach, sending him crashing to the ground with a grunt of pain.

Todo staggered to his feet, his expression a mixture of respect and frustration. With a roar, he rushed at Yhwach once again, his fists flying in a relentless barrage of attacks. But Yhwach remained unfazed, his movements fluid and controlled as he deftly dodged Todo's onslaught.

With a swift motion, Yhwach countered Todo's assault, delivering a powerful blow that sent Todo staggering backward. Despite the pain, Todo gritted his teeth and lunged forward once more.

As Todo lunged forward once more, his focus solely on Yhwach, he was suddenly met with an unexpected interruption. Out of nowhere, Zaegar let out a thunderous fart, a shockwave of noxious gas emanating from him with incredible force.

Todo, caught off guard by the sudden assault, was engulfed in the foul odor and knocked off balance. He stumbled backward, his senses overwhelmed by the unexpected attack.

In an instant, Todo found himself sprawled out on the ground, dazed and disoriented from the force of Zaegar's flatulence. He groaned in pain, his vision swimming as he struggled to regain his bearings.

Zaegar seized the opportunity to further humiliate Todo. With a mischievous grin, he picked up a nearby stick, which happened to be smeared with Panda's poop, and approached Todo with malicious intent.

Zaegar: (Laughing uncontrollably) How's that for a taste of your own medicine, Todo? Looks like you got knocked out by a fart and a stick covered in Panda's poop! Hahaha!

With a wicked gleam in his eye, Zaegar poked Todo with the stick, smearing the foul substance on his face and clothing. The stench only added insult to injury as Todo lay there, defeated and humiliated.

As Zaegar continued to torment Todo with the poop-covered stick, Ginjo, who resided within Yhwach's mind, couldn't contain his laughter. Wheezing with amusement, he found the absurdity of the situation utterly hilarious.

Ginjo: (Within Yhwach's mind) Hahaha! Yhwach, did you see that? A fart and poop-covered stick! I never thought I'd see the day when such tactics would be used in battle! Hahaha!

Yhwach, though maintaining his composure outwardly, couldn't help but crack a small smile at Ginjo's infectious laughter. Despite the seriousness of the situation, even he couldn't deny the sheer absurdity of Zaegar's antics.

Yhwach: (Mildly amused, Mental Link) Indeed, Ginjo. It seems Zaegar has a unique way of dealing with his opponents. Perhaps there is wisdom in using unorthodox methods to achieve victory.

Megumi witnessed this violation almost instantaneously as he was experiencing a deep headache. He felt something soft grab underneath his arms.

It was Panda—who was lifting him up from the ground.

Megumi: (In thought) They've all seen it...

Megumi thought.

While Panda was carrying him, Maki, Inumaki, and Nobara forced Mai to stand next to Todo while he was unconscious and lying on the ground with Zaegar still poking him with the poop-covered stick. From the looks of it, Zaegar seemed bored.

Maki: Your powerhouse was knocked out by a fart. I suggest you leave or else you'll end up like him.

Maki said to Mai. Mai grunted.

Mai: There's no way I'm going to carry him back.

She complained. Maki smiled.

Maki: Not my problem.

Maki replied. While Zaegar was still hitting him in the stomach. Todo woke up so fast that it almost shocked Mai.

Todo's eyes snapped open, his head pounding with pain as he tried to make sense of his surroundings. Blinking groggily, he slowly pushed himself up from the ground, his body aching from the onslaught he had endured.

As his senses gradually returned, Todo's gaze fell upon Zaegar, who stood before him with a wicked grin, still brandishing the poop-covered stick. The stench of Zaegar's fart lingered in the air, a constant reminder of the humiliation Todo had suffered.

Todo's expression darkened with fury as he realized the extent of Zaegar's mockery. With a snarl of rage, he lunged forward, intent on retaliating against his tormentor.

Todo: You insolent little... How dare you mock me like this?!

His voice was laced with venom, each word dripping with anger as he advanced towards Zaegar, his fists clenched in fury.

But before Todo could reach him, Yhwach stepped forward, his presence commanding attention as he interposed himself between Todo and Zaegar.

Yhwach: Enough, Todo. Violence will only perpetuate the cycle of hatred. We must rise above such petty conflicts and strive for understanding.

His words were calm yet firm, his gaze unwavering as he met Todo's furious glare.

Todo hesitated, his rage warring with the wisdom of Yhwach's words. Slowly, he began to regain control of his emotions, his fists unclenching as he took a step back.

Todo: (Grudgingly) Fine... But mark my words, Zaegar. This isn't over. I'll remember this humiliation, and I'll make sure you pay for it one day.

His voice was filled with a promise of vengeance, his gaze fixed on Zaegar with a steely determination.

Zaegar, unfazed by Todo's threat, simply chuckled in response, his laughter echoing across the porch.

Zaegar: (Mockingly) Hahaha! I'll be waiting, Todo. But next time, bring your own stick!

With a final taunting laugh, Zaegar turned away, his attention returning to the shogi game with Panda as if nothing had happened.

Panda: You're just full of surprises. I knew you were strong, but...Todo was the essence of pure physical strength. He looks more physically fit than you, and yet, you casually beat him with a fart. I guess it's beyond my comprehension since I'm a panda.

Panda told Zaegar. Zaegar, unsurprisingly, was dozing off. Just how bored was this tiny hollow?

Panda: (In thought) It seems like Zaegar and Yhwach-sensei are disrupting the balance between sorcerers. I don't even know if that's a good or bad thing...

Scene Break

Gojo was walking down the hallway of the school, thinking exactly how he was going to express how he felt about Yhwach and Zaegar towards Gakunganji.

Gojo opened the door and sighed. He saw the blue-haired Jujutsu Sorcerer girl standing upright in front of the side walls, looking at Gojo as if he were the most handsome man alive. From Gojo's memory, her name was Miwa. Gojo could tell she was trying to hide her excitement, but it obviously didn't work out.

Gakunganji: You're almost late, to your own meeting...

Gakunganji said as he stared at the other side of the couch. Gojo made a small wave.

Gojo: Nice to see you're still standing.

Gojo said.

Gakuganji: Is that supposed to be a compliment?

Gakuganji replied.

Gojo sat down on the couch and leaned forward.

Gojo: Depends on the interpretation. Now, you know why I'm here, so don't play the fool. It's about my students...

Gakuganji: Hmpth. Is this about the new crazy student Zaegar? How is he anyway? I have yet to meet any of your students in person.

Gojo: He's...very weird. It seems like there's more to him than meets the eye. He's a strong asset, no doubt, but he's a little too strong. Of course, people like his master exist, but I'm still trying to see where his and Yhwach's limits are.

Gojo replied.

Gakuganji: Have you or any of your students fought them?

Gakuganji asked.

Gojo pauses, then, slowly replies to Gakuganji.

Gojo: No.

Gakuganji opened his left eye.

Gakuganji: He's battled with a Sukuna vessel and won, hasn't he? That alone makes him a Special Grade, but that doesn't make him indestructible. I'm confident we have a few sorcerers who can put him and his pet lizard down.

Gakuganji said.

Gojo: Name them.

Gakuganji: ...

Gojo: What's the matter, cat got your tongue?

Gakuganji: Ok...I'd say maybe several sorcerers, including you, and your suspended student. I'm pretty sure he's strong enough to take down a one-finger Sukuna.

Gojo: Well, I beg to differ. Yhwach's potential has already surpassed Yuta Okkotsu, as far as I'm concerned, and he's making his way up. Let's take the Goodwill Event, for example. We all know that if his companion Zaegar participates, our school will win no matter what because the only thing that makes Yhwach Special Grades is his strength and speed. That's it. Nothing else and nothing less.

Gakuganji: What are you really getting at?

Gojo: I'm saying that you're wrong. We can't contain them because of what they've shown so far, he did it without trying, and it's only a matter of time before they decide to either stay on our side or betray us. Our only best shot at containing them right now is me or potentially Okkotsu, but...it's difficult. We need them as a backup to kill Sukuna once Sukuna has retrieved all of his fingers.

Gakuganji: Then pray to whatever god you worship that he doesn't have ill intentions. And it's not like any of my or your students don't have the potential to become Special Grade. I don't care how physically strong he is, but there's always a limit in the Jujutsu Society, and that limit for him is his weakness: having no cursed energy. Plus, there are plenty of unique cursed techniques in the Jujutsu Society that can counter something as simple as Yhwach's strength and his lack of cursed energy.

Gakunganji replied.

They were silent for a moment, thinking about what they were going to say next.

Gakuganji: Ryomen Sukuna is the pinnacle of jujutsu in history. With the exception of Okkotsu, I find it very hard to believe that a random person with a pet that you found out of nowhere can actually reach his full potential or even higher. Although I can't name sorcerers who could take down Yhwach and Zaegar, without the exception of being Special Grade, I believe there are many who cloak their potential. Also, I sense something is up. Are you afraid that Yhwach might take your title sooner than you expected, Gojo? Don't be, if what you say is true about his strength, then his only limit is his lack of cursed energy.

Gakuganji said. Gojo sighed.

Gojo: I have nothing against him. But, I'll prove you wrong and I'm willing to make a deal.

Gojo said then Gakunganji leaned forward. Gojo began speaking.

Gojo: During the Goodwill Event, let's have all of our students go against Zaegar, and whichever school manages to take him down first, is the winner. We could integrate that rule with the rules already set in place with the event. I know it sounds like a bad idea, but I don't think you fully understand what kind of person we're dealing with. So, deal or not?

Gojo proposed. Gakuganji thought about it.

Gakuganji: It's about time the Goodwill Event had something unique anyway, but...I better not be disappointed.

Gakuganji said. Gojo grinned.

Gojo: Guess it's settled.

Gojo said as he got up and strolled to the door. Before he was about to exit, he stopped and glanced back at Gakuganji.

Gojo: So what was the deal with Yuji? Don't think I have forgotten.

Gojo said. Gakunganji cleared his throat.

Gakuganji: That's beyond me. You have a new Special Grade Teacher and a Custom Grade Pet, and there was a Special Grade curse. Everything turned out well, so I'd say there's no fault here.

Gojo: You're pushing it, old man.

Gojo replied. Miwa frowned.

Miwa: Watch...your tone.

She commented. Gojo smirked. He left the room.

As Gojo excited the school, Miwa caught him off guard. She seemed very excited, and Gojo could obviously understand. As popular as he was, how could he turn something like this down?

Miwa: Could I...get a selfie?

Miwa asked. Gojo smiled.

Gojo: Sure.

He replied.
