19 [Chapter 19] Summon
One month later,
In a forest,
*Clang* *Clang*!
Two people were fighting with their swords at incredible speed.
After a while,
" *Huff* that was a good spar", said Ryo as he looked towards Itachi with a smile.
"It was indeed good", replied Itachi with a little friendly tone, unlike the first time they had met.

After their first spar, Ryo had decided to tell Itachi about his and Shisui's secret training space to which Shisui agreed.
From then on Ryo and Itachi had a spar every three to four days except for the days either of them had gone on a mission.

"I have to go on a mission which will take at least one month, so I won't be able to spar with you till then", spoke Itachi.
"Let's get even stronger till then and good luck on your mission", said Ryo with a smile.
Hearing this Itachi slightly smiled and flickered away.
'Did he just smile or am I just seeing things?' thought Ryo with a confused expression.
" *Sigh* even Sensei is on a month long mission, I guess I will have to train by myself until then", spoke Ryo as he got ready to head home.
The next day,
Ryo had just finished his morning excercise and was sitting under a tree to rest.
*Rustle* *Rustle*
A small wolf cub came out from the bushes.
Seeing this Ryo said,
"Hmm.... how did this wolf cub come here? maybe it got seperated from it's pack?" said Ryo as he walked towards the wolf.
Ryo bent down and patted it's head and said with a smile,
"Don't worry, your family must be nearby, I will help you find them."
The wolf cub lifted it's paw and tapped Ryo on his hand.
As Ryo was about to say something, *poof* ! He and the wolf cub vanished from the spot and only smoke could be seen!

In a far away place,
*poof*
Ryo appeared in a forest with the wolf cub which ran away into the waterfall as soon as it reached there.
'I let my guard down!' thought Ryo in panic.
He looked around and tried to spot the wolf cub but it was nowhere to be found.
"Where is this place?!" shouted Ryo.
As he was frantically looking around, a deep voice said,
"Calm down child."
"Who are you and where are you?!" shouted Ryo.
"Come to the other side of the waterfall and you will know."
"How can I even trust you?" spoke Ryo, calming down a bit.
Silence..... There was no response.
'I don't know where I am and I will not be able to return.... I have to take a risk, I am sure no one else knows about my strength except Sensei, Minato and Itachi so it may be because of a complety different reason', thought Ryo.
Ryo carefully went behind the big waterfall in front of him.
As soon as he reached there, the rock ahead of him shifted, opening a path for him.
Ryo pulled his sword out and went inside with caution, looking in all directions.
"Follow the path", the deep voice came again.
"Who are you?!" shouted Ryo.
There was no response again.
"You....." spoke Ryo in frustration.
The path was a narrow one and was lit with lamps.
Ryo travelled about ten kilometres and reached another door which started to slowly open.
As soon as the door opened, Ryo was shocked, seeing the sight ahead of him.
There were many wolves of different sizes and colours roaming around!
It was a place filled with different types of flowers and the land was lush green, there were many ponds all around and cool winds were blowing.
The sun was shining brightly, illuminating the beauty of the place.
There was also a very big waterfall straight ahead, and it was surrounded by wolf statues.
Beside the waterfall, was a very big house like structure
"What..... what is this place?!" spoke Ryo with a shocked expression.
'I have never seen such a place in the anime!' thought Ryo with confusion.
As he was in thought, the same deep voice came from behind him, which said,
"Nice to meet you child, my name is Okami and I am the head of this wolf clan."
Ryo was startled and flickered, making a distance from the wolf.
The wolf in front of him was a big black wolf, who had a scar on his eyes and also had a fierce look.
"What do you want from me?!" shouted Ryo as he took a fighting stance.
" *Sigh* please calm down child, I swear on my clans name that no one will harm you, the great elder had a prophesy about you ten years ago and wants to talk to you", spoke Okami.
'Prophesy?! And about me, this is important.'
Ryo knew how prophesies worked from the anime so he was very surprised.
"Alright I will listen", Ryo spoke hesitantly.
"Looks like you know how important prophesies are, followed me", Okami said as he started walking towards the house beside the waterfall.
As Ryo was walking he saw many wolves talking amongst each other, the younger one's were playing and rolling on the ground, everyone seemed very happy.
"Each and every one is a family to us", spoke Okami, looking at Ryo.
Ryo just nodded and didn't say anything.
As they reached in front of the house, the huge gate opened.
On the other side of the gate was a big garden and also a big door to enter the house.
Ryo and Okami, both entered the house through the door.
Ryo saw an old wolf, sitting on a mat with his eyes closed.
The old wolf gave off a saintly vibe.
"Greetings, great elder", said Okami as he bowed his head in respect.
The elder slowly opened his eyes, looked at Ryo and spoke with a calm demeanor,
"I welcome you to our abode child, my name is Hikaru and I am the elder of the wolf clan."
"My name is Ryo Inoue, a ninja of Konohagakure and may I ask why I was brought here against my will?", Ryo spoke with a little respect, but was still on alert.
"I apologise for the way you have been brought here but it is important.
As you may have heard from Okami, I had a prophesy ten years ago.
I will not tell you the contents or it may change the future, the only thing I can tell you is, you will have to fight against something very powerful and for that, we of the wolf clan will help you become stronger.
The reason I got a prophecy is that, we of the wolf clan must be involved with you in some way in the future", spoke Hikaru.
Ryo went into thought,
'This old wolf seems to be telling the truth.... and the big fight must be Otsusuki clan! I will need all the help I can get'
"How can you even help me?", asked Ryo
"Lightning style is our clans speciality and we are stronger than the three sage regions, which you must have heard of", spoke Okami with pride.
'I can learn more about lightning style!!' thought Ryo.
After some more thought,
"So do I have to sign a summoning contract?", asked Ryo.
"Yes, but for signing a summoning contract there are two conditions", said Okami.
"First is that you have to have a very high affinity for lightning nature, which you have.
The second is, once you sign the contract, you will be considered a part of our clan and thus our family, we will assist you with all we can and you must also do so", spoke Okami.
"I accept and I know the feeling of wanting to protect your family, so I swear I will do all I can to assist you", spoke Ryo.
"Very good, even though our meeting was abrupt, the outcome was good", spoke Okami, satisfied with Ryos answer.
The elder took out a scroll, put it in front of Ryo and said,
"Write your name with your blood and you will become our first summoner", spoke elder Hikaru.
Ryo did as instructed.
"You are now a part of our clan kid", spoke Okami with a smile.
