Two days after initially embarking, the army led by Danzo and Sakumo had arrived, with them making their based directly at the former home of the Uzumaki thanks to the former Patriarch being with them.
The army had fully settled in, with them and the ROOT agents standing alert as they checked the oceans for the approaching Mist Shinobi.
"Are the Fuinjutsu traps created to protect the Uzu still functional? If they are, we may have a far superior advantage to the invading Mist Shinobi." Danzo asked Ashina as they sat at their camp.
Inside of the tent, Danzo, Ashina, Sakumo, and Hinato had gathered as they discussed how they were going to battle the incoming Shinobi.
"Yes. They should be capable of slowing our enemy down greatly as long as they don't have a Fuinjutsu master of the same level on their side, which I doubt they do. We should be more than capable of taking down the remaining Shinobi. Do we still have no clue as to who they have sent?" Ashino answered before asking a question of his own.
"Surprisingly, no. That fact alone is one of the few things that concerns me, as my agents should have been capable of sending me some form of information." Danzo said grimly.
"Well, we should be fine with whomever they sent. With Lady Mito stationed in the Land of Waves, we can have her support us if the situation arises, which I doubt it will." Hinato remarked.
"Why do I have a feeling your words will come back to bite us, Lord Hyuga." Sakumo said with a wry smile.
Before they could speak further, a ROOT agent appeared before them.
"We have detected a large amount of Chakra coming towards us from the Northeast. It is likely the Mist army." The agent reported.
"I see." Danzo said as they all three glanced at Hinato, with him only able to grimace slightly.
The group of four quickly arrived at the shore, where they saw a shocking sight.
The ocean, was no longer that, with it instead being frozen solid, while the man responsible calmly walked towards them.
Sakumo quickly began gathering Nature Energy to enter Sage Mode while Danzo and Himichi prepared for battle as the Mist Shinobi began disembarking from their ship.
Ashina quickly sent a message by use of his Fuinjutsu, with him letting Mito know that the largest threat that Kiri had possible had come.

In the Land of Grass, Jiraiya, Duy, Kagami, Dan, Kaito, Shikai, Choma, Inoka, and the current heads of the Uchiha, Yamanaka, Nara, and Akimichi Clans sat inside a tent, with them all preparing for the danger that was coming towards them in the form of two Jinchurki and the Tsuchikage.
"So what combat information do we have on both Roshi and Han, as well as the other major players of Iwa?" Kagami asked, feeling himself already get an oncoming headache.
"Well, if we start with Roshi, then you are aware of his title of 'Walking Volcano' due to his mastery over Lava Release. It is estimated that he is a Perfect Jinchuriki as well, giving him access to a near endless amount of Chakra. However, the most alarming issue is that in recent news, he has done something that only those in Konoha have prior been able to do: Becoming a Sage. Somehow, we feel this is relevant to the unique abilities that each Tailed Beast grants their hosts." Shikai said.
As soon as he finished his statement, Jiraiya's unfocused nature changed, with him fully aware of the power a Sage could wield. But, he decided he would await for Shikai to finish.
"On the other hand, Han also stands as a Perfect Jinchurki, known as the 'Cataclysm', he possesses the Five Tails, giving him the power over Boil Release. However, unlike Kiri, who can only use their Boil Release to corrosively melt other objects, Han is capable of boiling his own Chakra, increasing the power of both his Taijutsu and Ninjutsu. He is dangerous in both long distance and close combat, making him a terrifying foe. And I don't believe that I need to speak on the dangers of Tailed Beast in their transformed state, right?" Shikai asked rhetorically as he looked at everyone.
"And finally, there is Onoki, the last major threat we may have to face. Honestly, he is the most terrifying man in the Shinobi World. With his mastery of Earth Release, in particular his Earth Golem Technique as well as the possession of techniques that can affect gravity, and use of the World's only Kekkei Tota, Particle Release, gives him a terrifying level of presence on the battlefield. One wrong move and he could wipe out an entire platoon. And even the slightest graze of his Jutsu could be deadly. And with his massive Chakra Reserves, the toll of the Kekkei Tota seems negligible. Even I'm having an issue knowing how to deal with him." Shikai finished.
"I shall summon the full aid of Mount Myoboku's boss summons. They will allow us more freedom in dealing with Iwa. But I will be forced to deal with Roshi. Anyone else battling a Sage could be catastrophic." Jiraiya stated while staring at everyong.
"Duy will deal with Han, with him likely able to overpower him." The Nara Patriarch, Shikado added, to which Shikai nodded.
"That leaves Onoki. I believe that I and Dan can take him on, since my Jutsu abilities and speed are able to avoid his Particle Release. And with Dan's Spiritual Technique, we will be able to at least keep him at bay while the rest of you ensure we win this battle, no matter what." Kagami said as he looked at everyone, with them all agreeing as a fire burned in their eyes, ensuring they would protect their home at all costs.
"It's likely that they have already set out, and that they will be attacking us as soon as they arrive, just as the other battlefield will face, with this being their hope of preventing us from formulating a proper battle strategy between all of our battlefields. So, we should be prepared for combat at any moment." Shikai added, with everyone nodding grimly.
