10 Chapter 10: Water Style

Waking up the next day Tsunade washed up with her mother before going to the living room where Tobirama stood and picked her up as they left their house and went toward the clan's training grounds.

They arrived there and he placed her on the ground beside him as started to speak.

"Tsuna, today I will be teaching you the theory behind my powerful Water Release ninjutsu and afterward I will give you all the books about the human body and the theories behind medical ninjutsu. It will be up to you to master as nobody in our family has extreme levels of talent in medical ninjutsu. It will be an extremely hard path and you may not want to finish it. So are you sure you want to continue?"

Tsunade simply gave him a look with determination showing on her face, as he simply began an explanation.

"Water Release is one of the most common techniques you will see a shinobi use. It could be called the most versatile of the 5 base nature chakras, as it can be used for offense, defense, and support. However, the limitation of this ninjutsu form is that most Water Style users can only utilize it to their full potential when by another body of water. However, a few individuals such as me and the Mizukage are capable of using a level of using high leveled Water Release without even needing a body of water to be by them. The theory behind it is that you convert the chakra inside your body into water chakra, and by doing this, you will be able to use and create large bodies of water. Not only that, but because the water is created by your chakra, you can use ninjutsu which would usually require a body of water without needing it. Here is an example."

He then did 4 hand signs and screamed out

"Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique!!"

Right afterward a large stream of water came out of his mouth and formed a dragon that dived into the other side of the training grounds, creating a massive explosion.

Tobirama spoke while Tsunade's face still stood shocked "This technique utilizes the pinnacle of Water Release, with its power being due to the amount of chakra I changed into water chakra. While you can't use that level currently, it should still be for you to do it since it is only a B-ranked technique. Follow my hand signs and guide the chakra through your pathways. While it won't be powerful since I haven't started teaching you nature transformation, you can still use a weakened version of it"

Tobirama showed her the hand signs while Tsunade slowly followed behind. After finishing she yelled

"Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique!!"

A much smaller dragon spewed out of her mouth, which caused some damage to the training ground, but not nearly as much as Tobirama's.

"Very good Tsuna, we will simply have to work on your hand sign speed as well as nature transformation. For nature transformation, you will have to drain the water out of a leaf in one go. Once you've done that we will continue your practice."

He then picked her up and took her to the Senju Clan's Library where they keep many of their clan techniques and jutsu.

He placed Tsunade at a table while she started thinking to herself.

'So that was ninjutsu. It was an incredible feeling, as if I could manipulate water itself. I wonder if I master the element to its highest degree I could use it similarly to bending from the avatar. That would be so COOOL!! I could become the master of all 5 elements. Maybe I could even find a Lion Turtle!!'

However, Tsunade's joyous daydreaming was interrupted by a loud crash onto the table.

Tsunade looked up to see at least 20 books all stacked upon each other.

"These are the basics you will need Tsuna. I'll give you the rest when you finish it." Tobirama told her.

Tsunade however was thinking to herself once again

'Damnit!! I knew I forgot something. All the damn BOOKS!!! Maybe grandpa is ready to die since he thinks Madara is dead. Grandpa lived a good life. He doesn't need a few more years.'

However just before she could say anything about quitting, Tobirama spoke again in a kind voice "I'm proud of you for wanting to help elder brother Tsuna, it is something even I'm not capable of. We all appreciate you greatly for trying your hardest."

Tsunade simply sighed and grabbed the book while looking resentful at Tobirama, who simply interpreted it as her love for him.
