The Clan council was in an uproar after Hiashi Hyuuga called a meeting saying that his daughter's 'virtue' has been 'sullied' by the young Inuzuka heir.

Having your daughter come home in tears with a bouquet of flowers in her hands and swollen lips is not particularly good for the heart. Especially when you are one of the most important clans of Konoha, possesing the Byakugan.

Hinata, while not the heir, was still a Hyuuga. And dishonoring her is a "grave offence that is deserving of excommunication from the village".

Tsume Inuzuka, the clan's matriarch was troubled slightly when her son did not return home even late at night.

She thought that it was just the follies of a youth. She thought that he was just out on a little trip around the village and probably fell asleep somewhere.

When the clan launched a hunt for Kiba, they found a scent trail of him leaving the village's smaller gate in the south. Quite close to the park, which young Hinata claimed Kiba did what he did.

And this would have been resolved quite easily if it were not for three things:

Hinata had the flowers as proof.

Hiashi had pictures taken by an anonymous person as proof.

Kiba had left the village.

Tsume would have strangled the boy to death herself. Her daughter was fuming on the seat next to her.

"Those photographs are not faked."

'F*** you too Inoichi!'

"We did check Hinata-chan's memories. Kiba Inuzuka did indeed.....sully her."

"Outrageous!"

"Sigh..what a drag"

"I just hope he returns to the village and then we can all be happy. *crunch*"

You can easily guess who it was who said those words.

In the end, Kiba Inuzuka was considered a Missing-nin, even though he was not even an Academy Graduate, and an Arrest on Sight order and a BOLO had been placed as well.

Relations between two clans had worsened deeply and the Inuzuka had to pay reparations to the Hyuuga and the Village.

The Hokage rubbed his forehead in frustration.

"Why me?"

Meanwhile somewhere far away from Konoha....

"It is complete!"

"Good. Commence trials soon."

"You know what happens if this succeeds, don't you?"

"Yes."

"....."

"...."

......Sounds of raucous laughter can be heard far and wide.
