There are two Naruto universes here. One with Naruto, who is born with Menma and Mito, and Naruto has Kurama's soul, which recharges chakra over time. The other is with Kushina, who received a wound in the war and cannot get pregnant, or it is too dangerous for her and the children. Freeing the Kyubi upon her death is not possible, so she and Minato are a couple but not totally happy. In the second universe, the Kyubi will never attack Konoha.

In the first universe, Hiruzen sacrifices himself, and Kushina is cured in time. The problem is that the population hates Naruto despite Minato telling them there are no problems with the seal. It gets to the point that they force Minato and Kushina to put Naruto aside, or the clan will lose support, and those who will suffer the most will be them and Menma and Mito. The population doesn't want Naruto to be trained and enter the academy, and Minato, as Hokage, doesn't have much choice. This brings Minato and Kushina to spend all their available time with Menma and Mito, putting Naruto aside, who can't do anything for the clan. The council wants Menma and Mito as heirs and does not accept Naruto.

The situation at five is so bad, but no one really cares. But then Jiraiya and the toads discover that Naruto is the child of the prophecy and that the prophecy is going in the wrong direction.

Jiraiya arrives in Konoha and speaks with Minato, Kushina, and the council. The civilians don't want anything given to Naruto, and no one really cares about him in Konoha. They are ready to manipulate him without really giving him anything.

At that point, however, Kami gets angry because manipulating the prophecy in this way is not acceptable. Kami appears and decides to take Naruto and bring him to the other universe, leaving this one to its doom.

In the second universe, Minato and Kushina are married but childless and never truly happy. Then Kami appears with Naruto and explains everything. Minato and Kushina are more than happy to have Naruto with them. Naruto's life changes completely. In this universe, Kurama's attack didn't happen, and no one hates Naruto.

Naruto is now treated like a prince and is trained properly, making him much stronger than in canon.

Obito and Akatsuki exist, but with Minato, Hiruzen, and other powerful shinobi alive, they have much more difficulty. Here, even the Uchiha are alive because no one saw the Sharingan in Kurama's eyes, and Danzo can manipulate less with Minato. As girls of your choice.

In the other universe, things are very bad. Menma and Mito can be captured and are not a real threat because they don't have Kurama to help them and always spiral out of control. They also don't excel in sage mode because they can't achieve it. They are also terrible with seals because they have no patience and are only interested in ninjutsu and taijutsu. Minato and Kushina have understood their mistakes and those of Konoha, but now it is too late. Kami, as punishment, showed them and the council how Naruto is doing in the other universe and the difference in potential between him and Menma and Mito. Kami also shows them the future where Naruto saves the world from Akatsuki and Kaguya, while things are going much worse in their world. In the end, they lose, and their last thought is that if they hadn't treated Naruto like this, they would have been the ones saved.
