Hiruzen POV

'We have a new civilian prodigy on our hands.' I said to myself as I watched the ongoing battle between Mabuki Haruno and Leo Aramaki. Mabuki's strength is proving to be a problem he has no answer too.

I have been keeping track of the young shinobi. His talent in jutsu creation is good especially that Cleave jutsu. Its versatility and lethality is very good especially because its sealless also.

His body flicker variant Flash step needs work but one day it may be better than the original especially for kenjutsu users.

Hmmm, did he just… he won. This little fucker pulled a victory out of his ass. If only there was more time I would have found a perfect jonin for his talents but the war is upon us.

Jonin Arasaka currently has an opening in his three man squad after the Fuma clan boy died in the field. He will have to make due with that. Arasaka is a leading jonin in Fuinjutsu and Ninjutsu hopefully he picks up something from him.

'Boar. Get me Shiro Arasaka I have a task for him.' I said while exhaling smoke from my pipe.

'Yes Hokage.' he said as he flickered out of the window.

Leo POV

'Team 13 : Leo Aramaki, Yuta Aoi, Leia Kugisaki. Report to G12 for your Jonin-sensei,Shiro Arasaka.'

A team of civilians. Do they want us dead? Was I not a good investment? Fuckkkk.

But truthfully they both have talent for clanless civilians. I noticed Yuta is good with kenjutsu and chakra control. His reserves are below average for now but we can work on it.

Leia surprisingly is good at taijutsu and kenjutsu. Both of us are tall for our ages averaging at 170cm at 12! We will probably grow way taller in the future. Her strength and flexibility is a huge plus and her chakra reserves aremassive which messes with her control sometimes.

You know what… we will probably be an assualt team and sent to the frontlines to learn as we go. We will have to watch each other's backs.

I hope our jonin won't be stingy with jutsus cause we need those. Especially with the ongoing war.

I originally believed the war was going to be short. From Obito's graduation to death. Wrong. The war started four years ago when I was eight and is still going on strong. A whole generation grew up only knowing war.

This world is crazy.

Others have left with their jonins but ours is still yet to come. We haven't broken the ice between us yet but…

'Hey, since our teacher isn't here lets get to know each other. We didn't really interact much during the academy.' I said while breaking the ice.

They looked at each other and shrugged.

'Sure. I am Yuta Aoi. I plan to be a kenjutsu specialist. I hope to be able to fuse ninjutsu with my kenjutsu and be a strong leaf shinobi.' said Yuta with a blank apathetic face as he looked at us.

'I am Leia. I was saved by leaf ninjas when I was four when bandits attacked my village. I developed a kekkai gekkai in panic and killed two of them before being saved by Hatake Sakumo. Watching him… I fell in love with his swordsmanship. One day I will be better.'

'What bloodline limit?'I asked her.

'Swift Release.'

What is that. I've never heard or seen a bloodline like that in the series. This further proves my knowledge is more of a guiding line than correct. Like a blueprint. There is so much more to this world.

Afterall the series was just Naruto's perspective and he was a dumbass. I should not trust it but make my own observations and findings.

'What does your release do?' I asked.

She paused and looked at me, I could feel the gears turning in her head as she made a decision. Yuta was also silently waiting for an answer. She finally sighed,

'You both must promise not to tell anyone without my permission. A ninja's capabilities are their secrets. Not even our sensei or the hokage must know without me saying so.'

Yuta took that time to answer,

'I'm sure the Hokage knows. They know everything going on in the village.They would have taken tests on you before you were allowed into the village. Especially with the off chance that you might have Uzumaki blood.'said Yuta. Hmm I didn't know he was smart. Was he hiding himself in the academy.

Uzumaki? Wait… she has red hair and a lot of chakra. Damn I didn't see this before but it might end up being false anyway.

'Anyway. Swift release is the combination of wind and thunder. It grants a huge speed boost only under space techniques. From what I've researched some users were able to fly with it too.'

Yoooo I'm sure this is an AU now. I have to watch out for ninja tricks now.

'You are so overpowered. Especially with swords. Cut down most ninjas in your way,Leia.' I said to her sincerely as having speed of that level… above the body flicker with more control only its chakra intensive.

But she's part Uzumaki. She will have a lot of chakra easily removing the weakness of the bloodline limit.

'Do you have a jutsus with it?' I asked.

'Just two Lord Sakumo found for me. Swift Acceleration jutsu which activates my bloodline and moves me quickly in a singular direction. Windless Jutsu which removes the friction from the air around me allowing me to reach greater speeds.'

'Damn. You can be an army killer in future. The type they say they will send as a threat to make people back down.'

The class door opens abruptly and a tall dark haired man with shades and some scars on his face walks in. Wearing the Jonin jacket. He looks at us briefly.

'You are all here good. Meet me at G16 for you test now! Last one there will run twenty laps before we begin.' Jonin Arasaka said before he seemingly disappeared before my very eyes.

My teammates and I froze for a second before running out the window making our way towards the test ground.
