You have a tendency to make your character in all your novels a Mary Sue. Everything goes right for them when it needs to. No real challenge. Lavinia just happened to blurt out this information that would help him recruit these clueless powerful kids for the devil race when she knows exactly how bad devils are. It’s like you unintentionally dumb everyone down just to make him seem smarter than he really is.
