26 Hideaway builder

It's been around a month since the incident, since then Kuro has done various C-rank missions, be it to hunt some wild animal, as an escort, and some other things.

However, unlike the first time, nothing extraordinary happened during the missions.

Yesterday, the other Genin who graduated with him also started going on C-Rank missions.

And before that, Kuro sent a clone to the Land of Waves to see if he was lucky and could get the Ice techniques or whatever else is useful.

That was easy enough to do thanks to the many markings of the Flying Thunder God that Kuro has put in the forest the times he has been out.

Although he did not have missions near the Land of Waves, Kuro would send clones to the marks and then they would move away to keep putting more.

Now, Kuro has the ability to move anywhere in the Land of Fire, even the Capital, thanks to an escort mission that took him there.

He also managed to have marks on other Lands, simply by marking some migratory bird and setting it free, after a while, Kuro would send a clone using transformation and stealth to the mark of said bird.

However, he was only lucky in constantly migrating birds.

Today, he is going to make use of one of the many marks that he has.

After leaving a sleeping clone, he dressed in a black cloak and a simple cat mask to hide his face.

Kuro checked that everything was in order and teleported.

(A/N: I'll leave a map of the Elemental Nations in the comments. Even if it's not 100% cannon, I'll build on that for the story.)

Somewhere between Konohagakure and the Land of Grass border.

Clouds hide the moon, making the night darker than usual.

Kuro appeared in a place surrounded by trees and near him was one of his clones with an unconscious bandit.

The clone nodded after seeing the original and disappeared.

Kuro approached the unconscious bandit and dragged him into a more open space.

He left him in the center of the small clearing and he backed away a little.

Kuro sat in a meditative position and used the Sensory skill.

After finding nothing, he squatted down and pulled out a scroll from inventory.

He opened it horizontally and set it on the ground.

He then proceeded to remove Yawara's arm from inventory and place it in the center of the scroll.

Since this is his first time using the Technique, Kuro will use all of Yawara's DNA he has.

The parchment soon began to turn red due to the blood draining from the arm.

Kuro quickly used the technique.

Tiger → Snake → Dog → Dragon → Clap hands.

'Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation.'

The seals quickly came off the scroll and created a formation with the bandit right in the center.

Right after, ash and dust rose from the formation and covered the bandit, who woke up and started screaming until he was completely covered.

Now, in the center of the formation was a Yawara with cracked skin and gray sclera.

He looked around in confusion, but before he could speak, Kuro appeared behind him and placed the talisman of control on his head.

Immediately afterwards, he suppressed Yawara's personality.

With the personality suppressed, Yawara's sclera now turned black.

A reincarnation without the suppressed personality may be more useful in battle than one that does, after all, the reincarnation could best use the abilities it knew.

However, Kuro has no plans to send him out to fight just yet.

He stood in front of Yawara and spoke to him, "What's your name?"

"Yawara Kesseki." The fat man replied in an emotionless tone.

Kuro nodded, confirming that even with the suppressed personality, he can answer questions.

After that, Kuro asked him questions related to the attack and the answers led nowhere.

Yawara also did not know the identity of who hired them, but being an easy job and a huge pay, the brothers agreed.

However, Kuro learned that the brothers will receive double the money if they brought him back alive.

He already had a good idea who the stranger was and with the little things Yawara added it only made his guess even more plausible.

After the interrogation was over, Kuro cleaned the whole place.

After making sure nothing was out of place, he put his hand on Yawara's shoulder and teleported again.

However, they only moved a few kilometers north.

The peculiarity of this area is the thicker trees than in other parts of the Land of Fire, as well as the land elevations, which can be found more often here.

Kuro's purpose was simple, creating some secret hiding places, be it in the Land of Fire or any other nation.

The main reason is to have a safe place to teleport to in case something happens, so there is no need to consider where to go in a dangerous situation and simply use teleportation.

As for the other reasons, they are the same as why someone would have a secret hiding place.

Bringing Yawara is also for that reason.

After all, he is immortal, has an unlimited reserve of chakra, and is specialized in the Earth element.

Kuro created a clone and left it with Yawara.

Due to the suppressed personality of the reincarnation, you have to be very specific with the instructions and Kuro will not stay personally.

Kuro came home again and dismissed the sleeping clone. He sat on the couch and pondered what he could do with Yawara.

Besides using him as a hiding place builder, he thought that the fat man would be a good distraction in case Kuro wanted to do something secretly.

However, one of the problems he came up with was the Sensors.

Kuro doesn't know if Stealth would prevent a Sensor from being able to sense the connection between the reincarnation and the summoner.

However, if any sensor is so unlucky enough to reach it, it can only kill it and prevent the information from being released.

Although Kuro may be wearing some disguise, with plenty of smart people out there and mind-reading abilities, it's best not to let any details reveal whenever possible.
