Naruto: Otaku's Knowledge

A dedicated doctor and fervent otaku finds himself unexpectedly transmigrated into the bustling world of Naruto as a civilian. Armed with medical prowess and an encyclopedic knowledge of the anime, manga and other stuff. let's see what our MC is about yo show us. Warning : 1. The MC won't be op for a long time. All his power would be gained via hard work and training over years (so if u want an op mc right from the word go, this one ain't for you) 2. No harem (probably no romance either) 3. The story will start slow. Quite a few of initial chapters will be around training, orphan and academy life, instead of directly becoming a Genin. 4. MC is a careful person, he won't put his life at risk unless there is no other choice. What to expect : 1. Smart and consistent MC  2. Lots of training 3. MC manipulating the plot to his advantage 4. A lot of original arcs.  5. Plot will mostly stay the same (at least till Shippuden), but I won't repeat any scenes/dialogues that took place in the manga (as I'm assuming you've already read it). 6. It will be a very slight AU. To make make mc stronger Disclaimer : I don't own Naruto or it's characters (except the original characters I create). The image used in the cover isn't mine and belongs to Nawaf - n4i if you want to remove drop a comment. PS : It's my first fanfic, I'm hoping it turns out good. All reviews and constructive criticisms are welcome. Grammar and English should be fine, but I'm not sure how good the dialogues and scenarios will be. Hopefully I'll improve as this fanfic progresses forward.

Progress

Yuto had been following a consistent training routine for the past six months, witnessing significant growth in his physical attributes, movements, and chakra control. Through his dedication, he noticed his Chakras gradually expanding during his training sessions.

On the physical side, Yuto made impressive progress. He could now run almost 20 rounds between his house and the forest. As for push-ups, sit-ups, and squats, he increased them to 5 sets of 12 reps, 8 sets of 12 reps, 6 sets of 12 reps, and 4 sets of 12 reps of pull-ups respectively showing his determination to excel.

Yuto also delved into some lightning nature training which he discovered in his father's notes and started doing the exercises which were wrinkling the leaves that took him 1-2 months to successfully wrinkle a leaf and another 2 months to master it. After mastering it, he found the next method which needs to stabilize the needle of an ammeter which, he was not able to master but was very close to it.

For chakra control, he was finished with the leaf concentration exercise now, he was able to stick as many as he can before depleting his chakra. So he started with the next exercise which was tree walking, this was tough as it had a rough surface so he changed by nailing a smooth wooden plank on a tree and started practicing on it. After a few months, he was able to stand upside down on a tree branch which took him a long time considering the anime that they were able to complete in a week and thought it could be because of the age difference as chakra flow would be easier in later ages.

Yuto also bought some balloons and rubber balls which were necessary components in mastering the Rasengan step-by-step. However, he wasn't able to pop the balloon. He thought, 'I guess my chakra reserve is low for popping it as it's A-rank jutsu. But, I should keep practicing it to rake some experience in shape manipulation.'

As for medical, he was able to learn most of it as he was familiar with it, there were some changes in context but not that difficult. For the fuinjutsu part, he was done with the calligraphy as he had taken some calligraphy classes in his past life because of his mother and only had to practice some, to regain the quality. The theory part was not that difficult as it was similar to coding and some mathematics mixed, though he had many problems at the start.

Now for kenjutsu, he mainly practiced the iai technique and basic stances to make his foundation solid which will take a long time. He also tried to make the breathing techniques but failed to do so.

A few months later, Yuto was 6 years old and was eligible to apply for the academy. The entrance exam was 2 months away. Upon inquiring about the exam, it was centered around physical fitness and chakra whether he/she has potential or not.

Yuto was confident he will be able to pass without much difficulty, so he wasn't much worried.

He continued his usual routine, though he had to add shuriken and kunai throwing techniques which were present in his parents' belongings before reading some notes on it. He added them because they could be asked in the entrance exam.

In a forest one day, he tied a stone to the rope, gave it a swing, and start dodging it with his eyes covered so he could develop Observation haki which may take a long time but he has like 6 long years waiting to make such an amazing technique. This will be like having Byakugan and Sharingan abilities mixed, and not having problems of stolen.

Yuto also had the idea of developing the Rokushiki six style mainly Soru, Geppo, and Tekkai and its variations as others will not be very use like Rankyaku as he has his sword. Semei kikan is also necessary for the future as it provides healing and controls all the body parts like hair etc. So, he also incorporated it into his routine.

He began wondering about his weakness which is the low chakra level that is bothering him currently. He has only one way for now which is exhausting and refilling but there is another way to increase it through the cell activation technique of Orochimaru. So, he can't even dream of having but he can develop a technique by incorporating the Semei kikan and controlling the digestion then providing the nutrition to the cells faster and increasing their activity which could lead to the development of chakra reserve.

During thinking he suddenly thought, 'Ahh... the important part of practicing ninjutsu is hand seals.' which he had yet to practice, therefore, adding another work to his schedule.

As he reflected on his progress and contemplated potential weaknesses, Yuto's emotions oscillated between determination, excitement, and a hint of frustration. He longed to master the Shadow clone jutsu, and that eagerness was evident as he voiced his wish before drifting into a peaceful slumber, dreams filled with visions of his future ninja tale.
