Chapter-82

She felt her head spinning, her body heavy, and strangely she felt the wind hitting her face. The last thing she remembered was leaving her office to go straight to her limo, but some kind of purple smoke enveloped her, and then everything went dark along with voices that didn't stop ringing; at least until now, it was all she remembered.

"Are you OK?" Little by little, Majime Yaoyorozu opened her eyes to see the blurry image of a person. Slowly, she recovered her senses to see better and recognize the person in front of her.

"Naruto-chan?" Somewhat dizzy, she raised her head to see that she was leaning against a wall of some building. Passing her hand across her forehead, she felt something close to her lips. Looking down, she saw a bottle of water that the shinobi was offering her. Accepting the drink, she took a moment to compose herself, "What happened to me?" She asked softly; apparently, they drugged her since she felt too weak.

"You were kidnapped by the leader of the League of Villains..." the Uzumaki meticulously checked the businesswoman. Frowning, he noticed something on her neck—did they inject something or just take blood? It was difficult for him to decipher. "Everything's okay now; can you walk?" Standing up, he looked around. Apparently, the panic over the Nomus had already passed; possibly the 'Pro-hero' took over.

"I can't..." Trying to get up, she failed when she felt her legs trembling uncontrollably. Before she could say anything else, she was grabbed from the ground and lifted up. Confused, she saw that the teenager carried her bridal style to walk through the streets at a brisk pace, "This is not necessary." The black-haired woman tried to maintain her composure, but it was difficult since she was being carried by a young man her daughter's age through the streets where there were still people, police officers, and professional heroes walking.

"Yes, it is." Maintaining his composure, Naruto kept his mind busy. Those Nomus, as All Might told him, were human, or at least they once were, and it was certain that the 'League of Villains' were the ones who freed those things by the streets, but in what sense? Test them if they were functional or a worse option, they had many more available, and this was just a warning. How many of those things were there? How strong would they become? If they could become as strong or stronger than the first Nomu he faced for the first time, this could be dangerous, "And to think that I was expecting a quiet week," he thought with annoyance as he gave a heavy sigh, "Rest for now. Your daughter will be happy to see you," he said calmly without looking at Majime.

"My daughter..." she whispered heavily to the older black-haired man who felt his eyelids heavy. Without him realizing it, little by little, he fell asleep. While the businesswoman was resting, Naruto directed his gaze to a place where he was hearing quite a commotion.

"Run! I know the address!" Just a few meters away, several professional heroes began to run in a direction that the shinobi recognized. In silence, he only continued carrying them, even carrying an exhausted Majime who could not help but fall asleep in the arms of her savior.

"..." For a moment, the shinobi just stood still, observing the sleeping face of the mother of one of his classmates. Looking straight ahead, he continued walking. Had he been wrong in not killing the two villains for the life of one person? He would have saved himself a lot of trouble if he had killed them, but a mother's life wasn't something he could put at risk; he would never do that.

Flash back:

"Onee-chan, do you think Oka-chan will come today?" was the question of little Natsumi, lying on her bed, looking at her brother tucking her in on this cold autumn night. With disappointment, the girl saw that her older brother only shook his head.

"Oka-san has a lot of work today... but don't worry, I'll remind her that tomorrow is a big day for you," smiling brightly, the eight-year-old boy sat on the bed next to the little redhead, "But... What day is tomorrow? I think I already forgot." Pretending to play dumb, he scratched the back of his head, only to get his younger sister to pout as she crossed her arms, "Oh right... The birthday of a little person that I love very much." Smiling mockingly, he caught the pillow that Natsumi threw at him.

"Silly Aniki! Satsuki-teme's birthday has already passed!" He growled in annoyance, wanting to hit his brother, but this only made him chuckle.

"I was referring to you, little idiot..." smiling, the young shinobi returned to tuck in the little redhead who only gave a snort, still angry, but it quickly passed when she saw her smiling brother, "It's late, see you tomorrow," caressing her younger sister's hair, he rose to reach the door.

"Aniki."

"Hmm?" Stopping in the door frame, the blonde looked at the little redhead, who this time had a more melancholic and gloomy air.

"Oka-chan... doesn't love me?" An uncomfortable silence formed between both siblings, the youngest being the one who kept her gaze glued to the sheets, "She is almost never at home, and when she says she is too tired to spend time with me," clenching her fists, the little redhead refused to look at her older brother, "When I see Satsuki-teme being picked up by Mikoto-oba-san in the park... I feel alone." She said the last thing with a trembling voice while small tears were forming in the corners of her eyes.

"You know..." Naruto calmly walked until he was next to his sister and knelt next to the bed to look at her, "When I was four years old, I was in the kitchen helping Oka-san wash the dishes. She was happy all the time." While she was rubbing her stomach, I asked her why she was so happy, and do you know what she said?" He asked as he stroked Natsumi's hair to reveal her blue eyes.

"..." shaking her head, the little redhead just looked at the older blonde, who just smiled wistfully.

"That there was twice as much love in the house, that someone else would come to the house to give us joy and happiness... he said that he would be the older brother of a beautiful girl, that same night when Oto-san arrived at the house, he also found out that you would be born... Oto-san and Oka-san were crying with joy knowing that you would come to this world to be part of our family." Saying that, the blonde boy stood up to hug the little girl tightly, who was already crying hard from what he heard. "Never forget... Oka-san, Oto-san, and I love you no matter what." Separating from Natsumi, he stood up to walk to the door, "Good night Natsumi-chan."

"Good night Aniki." Smiling, the girl lay down on the bed to hug a stuffed toad tightly to finally fall asleep. While the younger Uzumaki slept, the older one was outside the room leaning against the door.

"…" the young shinobi's expression looked cold and emotionless as he walked through the hallways of the house. Reaching the back door of the house, he left to make some hand seals and disappear in a shushin of leaves. The seconds passing, he reappeared in the office of the Hokage tower where he met the Gondaime Hokage, "Hokage-sama." Respectfully, the Uzumaki bowed to put one knee on the ground and bow his head.
