I am in rage. I love Jiraya's books but this is absurd. He is currently in hospital. Not serious injuries of course. Its good he is not famous in new generations otherwise his reputation will decline more. 

"Anbu, call Jiraiya after his treatment."

After 10 min, Jiraiya is standing against me, Tapes on his face. I am proud of my students but one is alcoholic and gambler, other is wanderer and pervert, and last one is seriously evil towards his goals. 

"Jiraiya, When will you stop this habit of yours?" 

"Can't help it, I need it for my research to write books."

"You will never be gonna grow out of it."

"I want to go deeper in it. You know what i mean right."

Bang, I threw paperweight at his head.

"Grow up you Baka."

"It hurts. Are you trying to kill me?"

"Yes"

"Okay okay, i am sorry, i will never do that again."

"I know you will do it again as soon as you set foot out side."

"Hehehe"

"What is situations at borders?"

"Quite calm actually. After 3rd war, only cold wars are there but every village is taking it at Limits. Not many skirmishes."

"Good, we get four years of breathing, still issue with Hyuga princess was large, but still it got with less damage. But by that, we know not to trust other major villages very much."

"There is one problem through. Akatsuki organization is getting more and more active. but they are doing mercenary work mostly. So i am just keeping eye on them for now."

"Good, only in information collection, you can be said to be best ninja in whole world. And that would be understatement."

"Any other activities from other hidden villages."

"No. But there are some other problems. There are different types of animals are appearing in different villages. No, i should call them monsters. They are only at size of lizards and squirrels but they are as strong as cats or dogs. They look different, combinations of some kind of multiple animals. like lizard and cat or even some water animals which are different. I think some weird things are going."

"Where is this happening? In, which village or which area?" I thought of illegal and inhuman experiments are done by someone, and by someone i mean my student.

"No, but they are weird. I have brought some corps. Check it out."

Jiraiya brings out scroll and adding chakra in it, shows corps of animals he has brought out. White lizard like tailed cat, fish with octopus tails. Some fish which has sharp teethes like piranhas but has wings on them. 

"Jiraiya, how much strength you used to took them down."

"Just like killing rabid dogs. But as you can see their size is quite small and their power is not that high. But this is happening all places. I can assure you, via Senjutsu i checked them out, They are not chakra animals. They have just physical strength and higher than normal. But i think global catastrophe is happening. Other villages small or big will know about them in near future, might be month or two, but i don't think we should not compete with them for information related to this animals. We should spread this, because i think, animals with bigger size will appear in near future, and their strength will be around chunins and jonins, and that's best case scenario."

I nod. Yes if this is happening globally, we shouldn't prioritize this information.

"Dog, inform elders to come here. And Cat, duck, inform all jonins and clan leaders for meeting in 1 hour and tell them its urgent."

After 20 min, Koharu, Homura, Danzo entered my office.

Koharu: "Why did you called us, Hiruzen?"

"Check out this corpses."

Homura: "What types of animals are these?"

I explained to them what Jiraiya has told me.

Danzo: "What kind of joke is this? For this ridiculousness you have called me."

"Be serious Danzo. We might have global catastrophe and you are reacting like this." Danzo pouted.

Homura: "How do you want to handle this?"

"Firstly in 40 min, i have called meeting for jounins and clan leaders. Discuss with all of them, this corpses to examined by medical staff. And of course, gonna send this news to all of villages."

Homura, Koharu nods on that.

Danzo: "Are you gone crazy? This is only advantage we have over them. We can get resources on base of that knowledge."

Jiraiya: "They will know about this animals in 1 month max, they might have known this before us. But i think we should go with good graces with this matter."

"Let's decide in jounin meeting, i want to discuss this thing with Shikaku, first."

Every one nods. Even Danzo nods.
