11 Chapter 11: Obliteration

Hagoromo Clan Compound

Adrian sat on the porch of his family's courtyard, thinking back on the match he had with Kain.

'If I was faster with my counterattack, I would not have even needed to use the clan's technique at all. Perhaps I really do need experience.'

As he sat to himself pondering, he heard a sound in his head.

Ding! [Congratulations to the Host for successfully attending the Hagoromo Clan Meeting. Reward 3% Template Integration.]

Adrian was stunned before remembering that this mission was his only reason for attending the Clan Meeting in the first place.

He then felt the familiar energy pour into his body. He could feel he was much stronger and more durable when compared to before.

"If I fought against Kain now, I'm confident enough to win easily, howver I still need experince as even if I unlocked all of Gildarts power, if I don't know how to use it then it may as well be useless."

He then used his crush magic to get a rough estimate on how much power could be used by it now.

Seeing the grund he used it on become large blocks, he sighed in relief.

'It seems that my control over it has increased with the template, allowing me to use it without completely destroying what I'm using it on. And while it still takes large amounts, the chakra cost has depleted aswell.'

Just as Adrian was getting used to his newfound power, he heard a very familiar sound go off in his head.

Ding! [Host has received a new Task. Accept Y/N]

Adrian pressed yes and was suprised by what his new task was.

Ding! [New Task: Create and use an A-ranked ninjutsu before you attend your mission, Reward 3% Template Integration]

Seeing this, Adrian was stunned.

'So I need to create an A-ranked jutsu before I go on the clan mission.'

"System, can I recreate the Rasengan or Chidori?"

Ding! [The Chidori and Rasengan technically have already been created, so the Host will merely be copying the idea. Host must pioneer a new form of ninjutsu]

"Great so now I have to figure out a new idea for a ninjutsu. Wait, System, can I use my Crash magic as the basis for my ninjutsu?"

Ding! [Host can use any template abilities freely for any ninjutsu that he desires to create]

'Great so now that I can use my Crash magic for the ninjutsu, I have an idea on what to attempt.'

Adrian then went by one of the trees in their courtyard as he cupped his hands in a triangle position.

'My body still is not strong enough to handle the shockwave from the technique I tried 3 years ago, but perhaps I can make a technique similar to Particle Style.'

Unbeknowst to Adrian, Oden was watching him from the window leading to the outside of the house.

He had followed him to talk with him about what he said after the training match and to say he was proud of him for winning, but then he saw his son go towards a tree and cup his hands.

Just as he was about to head to the courtyard to see what he was doing, he saw something that shocked him.

He saw his son send a white beam at the tree, and he saw the part of the tree it hit completely disappear as if it never existed.

He quickly opened the door as he saw his son on one knee, sweating and panting heavily.

"Are you ok?!" frantically asked Oden.

"Yeah,*pant* *pant*, I'm fine dad, I just didn't expect the technique to use so much chakra."

Oden then helped his son inside the house and Oden sat him on the couch and handed him a glass of water that he drank in one go.

"Thanks Dad." said Adrian

"So when are you planning on talking about the technique you just used?" asked Oden.

"I guess I'll tell you now." responded Adrian.

"So basically, I gather the chakra I use to crush things into cubes in my hand, and then I concentrate that power at a single point. After doing so I fire it at my target, and once it hits it will crush the object of a cellular level. If I had more chakra, it could crush it on an atomic or even subatomic level, essentially obliterating whatever it hits from existence. I'm also hoping that when my chakra reserves grow, I can coat my body with the energy, crushing any ninjutsu that comes into contact with my body. Do you understand it?" Adrian asked.

Oden simply dumbly nodded, meanwhile on the inside he was having an existential crisis, while trying to comprehend what his son just told him.

He was just told by his 6 year old son that he was creating ninjutsu that can wipe people from existence. It takes time to fully understand that.

All he could say in the end was "Good luck and be careful son." while going to his room to relax after this stressful afternoon.

Adrian on the other hand was smiling after hearing the voice in his head.

Ding! [Congratulations to the Host for successfully creating and using an A-ranked ninjutsu. Reward 3% Template Integration.]

Adrian once again felt his stregnth grow but he heard the system's voice again while savoring the feeling.

[Would the host like to name the Technique?]

'Name it Obliteration Beam.' thought Adrian to answer the system.

"System open the Panel"
