2 Perks

After crying and letting out her feelings, Kurenai, who came to her senses, now was embarrassed at the situation. After all, instead of taking care of him, she cried in front of Kazutora and he consoled her instead of Kurenai consoling him.

Kazutora looked at Kurenai who was feeling embarrassed and he asked her about the food to divert the topic. Kurenai, who understood the meaning in his words, ruffled his hair, and the duo sat side by side and started to eat the food.

Even though the food had gotten a bit cold, Kazutora felt warm eating the food, and from the corner of his eyes, he saw Kurenai sneaking glances at him.

"Delicious! Big sister, your cooking is delicious, just below Mom's cooking." Kazutora said after chewing his food, and Kurenai sighed in relief at his words.

As for comparing to his mother's cooking, Kurenai didn't care as she knew that no one kind of food could compare to her parent's cooking.

After they were done with food, Kazutora asked Kurenai about his room, and she told him the location. Seeing the tired look on his face, Kurenai understood that he wanted to rest, so she let him go to sleep in her bedroom.

'I will bring his things in the house, and then choose a room for him.' Kurenai thought in her mind, and she picked the plates to wash them. Looking at her going to the kitchen, Kazutora also went to the room she pointed to.

Entering the room, Kazutora saw clothes on the bed, and he understood that Kurenai had sent him to her room to sleep.

'It seems she hasn't decided on my room,' Kazutora thought in his mind, and he went towards the bed, and cleared the clothes.

Laying down on the bed, Kazutora turned so that his back would face the door, and he looked at the gift box in the vision.

"Open," He muttered in a low voice, and Kazutora so the gift box getting opened on its own.

From the gift box, Kazutora saw three tokens floating towards him, and he held the tokens in his hand.

Kazutora read what was written on the tokens, and he wondered if he could choose any one of the three or all three. Since he wanted to play on the safe side, he chose the [Natural Sage Body] first, and a warm feeling appeared in his body.

A screen appeared in his vision, and he looked at the two cards in his hand, and the screen in front of him.

Seeing this, Kazutora smiled, and he understood that he could choose all three tokens. He crushed the other two tokens too and saw another two lines appearing on the screen.

Kazutora looked at three tokens, and he felt a warm feeling in his body. He didn't know why but he suddenly started to feel tired, and before he knew it, Kazutora closed his eyes and he fell asleep.

A mysterious white light moved from the opened gift box to Kazutora, and his body started to change.

Outside, Kurenai, who was done with the dishes, decided to check on Kazutora before leaving to pick up his things. She walked to her room and opened the door quietly.

Her expression changed when she looked at her clothes on the rack on the side bed, and she remembered that she hadn't done it before. Her face turned red as she looked at her undergarments in the rack, and she understood that Kazutora had done them.

'He is just a little boy, there is no need to be embarrassed.' Kurenai said in her heart, and she walked inside quietly. Her steps made no sound, and when she walked to the bed, she saw Kazutora sleeping with a peaceful look on his face.

Looking at his sleeping face, Kurenai smiled gently, and she understood that he was very tired.

'Even when he was tired, he still did my clothes. Kazu is such a good boy, a pity that he lost uncle and aunt at this age unlike me who had a dad to take care of me.'

'It seems I need to buy some books regarding this matter, and I will take good care of him so that he can live a happy life.'

Kurenai thought while smiling at him, and thinking of this matter, she remembered that Kazutora was already six years old.

'In a few days, the Academy will start, and I will put his name on the list. There, he can make friends with kids around his age so that he won't feel alone when I will be out to perform the missions.'

'Hmm, in this matter, I think I will ask Anko to take care of him when I am out of the village for missions.'

Kurenai thought of these matters, and she took out and opened the cupboard slowly. Looking at the quilts, she picked one and put it on Kazutora. After all, it was October already and the weather had started to get cold.

Nodding at the sight, Kurenai left the room quietly and went out to pick up his things at his house.

Four hours passed by.

Kazutora, who had been sleeping for the past hours, slowly opened his eyes. He removed the quilt from his face, and his eyes fell on the screen that appeared in his vision.

With the screen in the vision, memories of his situation appeared in his eyes, and Kazutora got up on the bed. Sitting on the bed, he looked at the quilt on him, and his mouth curved into a gentle smile.

Kazutora moved his eyes from the quilt to the screen in his vision, and he looked at the three passive perks he had received from the gift box.

Not only this, Kazutora could feel that his body had changed, and he felt full of energy and refreshed.

'Is this the effect of Natural Sage Body? Since it's a passive perk, it shouldn't be a one-time increase, and as I grow up, the benefits from the perk will increase, right?'

Kazutora thought in his mind, but he had no answer to his questions. Shaking his head, he decided not to think of the matters he couldn't be sure of. But Kazutora knew that his strength had increased, and Kazutora closed his eyes to sense the Chakra in his body.

'Since last time, my Chakra has increased by at least 15x and I am sure that it will keep on increasing.'

Sensing chakra in his body, Kazutora smiled, and then he opened his eyes to look at the second and third perk.

'With the second perk, it will be easy for me to learn Nature Transformation and other Elemental Techniques. Since I am loved by the world and have high affinity, I should also be able to form Kekkai Genkais in future.'

With the Elemental Affinity perk, Kazutora's affinity towards all the elements had increased by a lot. Even Yin and Yang were involved in it, and with them, Kazutora should have no problem in Genjutsu, Iryojutsu, and even learning Yin-Yang release in future.

As for the third perk, it solved the problem of his talent. Kazutora didn't know how talented he was, but now with this perk, he should at least be able to use Sea Release like Second Hokage and develop techniques like him.

With these three perks, Kazutora's main problems regarding talent, bloodline, and affinities have been solved, and now as long as he works hard in future, Super Kage or even Six Paths Level will be within his reach.
