'Peace' Envoys of Kumogakure!

At Konoha's gate, Kazutora, Kurenai, and Shizune stood waiting for the delegation from Kumo to arrive.

With Kazutora serving as the Hokage's Advisor, Shizune as the Secretary, and Kurenai as the guard, the scene was set. Kazutora gazed towards the gate, a contemplative expression on his face, and when he sensed them arriving, Kazutora remarked, "They will arrive in a minute."

Kurenai's demeanour shifted at his words, her expression turning serious. Shizune mirrored the reaction, maintaining her composure as his secretary. Meanwhile, Kazutora retained a leisurely expression, as though he was engaged in something trivial.

Soon, they saw four people in the vision and Kazutora narrowed his eyes as he remembered that one of them looked the same as the ninja who appeared in Canon during the event.

'The head of Ninja of Kumo? I guess I will have to check his memories later and see if Kumo has planned something.'

Thinking of this, Kazutora grinned with a dangerous look in his eyes, but then he changed his smile to a gentle one.

"Welcome to Konohagkure, Lose-Ahm! Members of Sumogakure." Kazutora said with a smile on his face as if he didn't say anything wrong, and Shizune and Kurenai tried their hardest to not smile at his words.

The four Kumo Ninjas had no change in their expression, and they looked at Kazutora first. A glint flashed in their eyes, which was noticed by Kazutora but he didn't say anything.

"Who are you? Why did the Hokage of Konoha not come to greet us, the envoys of peace?"

One guy in the group said, and Kazutora looked at him. He didn't find him in his memories, and Kazutora answered, "I have the same question as you. Who are you all? Why didn't the Fourth Raikage of Numogakure arrive?"

"Even though you said that you are envoys, I don't believe that you have the status to talk about Peace and Treaty with our Hokage-Sama."

Before they could say anything, Kazutora looked at the blond woman in the group and said, "Still, I didn't expect Numogakure would give their Two-Tails Jinchuuriki as compensation for the treaty."

"Mm, Suna did the same, so it isn't difficult to think about this. With her here, you do have the right to talk as Envoys. As Numo has already paid the compensation for the absence of Fourth Raikage."

Kazutora said with a thoughtful look on his face and the four people from Kumo flinched at his words. Shizune and Kurenai tensed at his words but seeing the relaxed expression on his face, their expression became normal. After all, the identity of Jinchuuriki is a sensitive matter for all villages, and one sending their Jinchuuriki to another village isn't a common matter.

Yugio Nii's expression changed at Kazutora's words, and a frown appeared on her face. She didn't understand how he got to know her identity, but then she heard a voice in her head.

[Yugito Nya! Don't offend him! If you did, I won't help you at all.]

Yugito's expression changed at Nibi's words, and she saw Kazutora staring at her. Before she could notice anything, Yugito found herself appearing in a familiar dark place, and her eyes fell on Nibi in front of her.

"Mm, you are much bigger than I thought! Hey Ma******, how about becoming my pet? I will release you outside, but you just have to follow some rules and reduce your size."

Yugito's eyes widened in anger at his words, but she found out that she couldn't do anything. Her body seemed to be frozen and all she could do was hear and see what was happening. However, she found it strange that she didn't hear some words in between.

"I appreciate your offer, Nya! But I have to decline it as it will cause the death of my Jinchuuriki, as I have come to like her."

"Hmm? You don't need to worry about it. You just need to leave some of your chakra in her body when I extract you, and even after you have left the seal, she will remain alive and can use the chakra you left in her body until it is used up. I asked K***** about this but that fox preferred to stay in the seal than follow my words."

"Nyahaha! Foxy would surely say something like this. Though, I am curious as to how you got to know our names."

"It's a secret that I can't tell you. So, interested in my proposal?"

"Nya, I will have to think about it."

"Mm, if you decide on this matter, you can contact me. See ya later."

"See Nya!"

When the conversation between Kazutora and Nibi ended, Yugito found herself appearing outside, and her eyes shrank in fear when she noticed that no one had noticed anything wrong. She saw Kazutora smiling at her, and after giving her a wink, he turned his eyes back to their Head Ninja.

"What nonsense are you saying? We never said anything like this." The Head Ninja said as he heard Kazutora's bullshit, and Kazutora looked at him with a smile on his face.

"Mm, so you mean to say that you didn't bring her as compensation but as your companion and envoy?"

"Yes!"

Kazutora grinned at his confirmation, and Yugito felt something bad about his smile.

"Then, get out!" Kazutora said with a gentle smile on his face, and they froze at his words.

"You are here as envoy, but you brought your village's Jinchuuriki. Hmm? What do you think of Konoha? Do you think if you show your strength, we will accept your demands in the negotiation?"

"In terms of strength, Konoha has always been Number 1 in the world, and will always be. So, just get those thoughts out of your mind and fuck off from here."

"Or bring a letter from your Raikage that contains an apology and sufficient compensation that would elevate your status and allow you to talk further."

"You, the one with white hair! I heard the Secretaries of Raikage can use whatever transfer technique. Use that technique and get the letter from your Raikage. I will give you half an hour and if I don't receive the letter with Raikage's apologies for our Hokage-Sama, and wasting our time, you can fuck off from Konoha or I will break your legs and throw you four at the borders."

"Just as we say, Konoha isn't interested in war and wants peace in the world, but if you want to try your luck, fuck around with ill intentions, we don't mind going for another war."

Kazutora said and from the environment, the water gathered around his ground. The water formed three seats. Kazutora sat on one seat while Kurenai and Shizune sat on the other two. He looked at the four with a cold look on his face and they felt pressure from him.

In the Hokage Office, Tsunade and the Leaders of different clans looked at the screen with wide grins on their faces.

This is something they had never seen in the reign of the Third Hokage and looking at the embarrassed and humiliated expression of Kumo Ninjas, they felt ecstatic and happy.

Hiashi slammed his fist in excitement on the table, and he didn't know why but he felt a lot of happiness and excitement seeing them get humiliated.

His expression changed when he noticed everyone staring at him and with a cough, he said, "Don't mind me, I just feel so happy and excited."

"Mm, Me too!" The head of the Akimichi clan said at his words. His brother died at the hands of Kumo Ninja, and even though he had taken revenge for him, he felt happy seeing the scene.

Tsunade gazed at Kazutora, pride evident in her expression, recognizing the wisdom in entrusting him with the situation. Another might have overlooked Yugito's role as the village's Jinchuriki, but Kazutora's keen perception allowed him to see what others did not.

The Kumo ninjas were stunned by the words, and they felt anger at Kazutora. But the pressure from him extinguished the thoughts in their mind and dispersed their anger. They knew that they were in enemy territory and one wrong move might lead to their deaths.

The head Ninja glanced in the direction of the Hokage building for a second and then looking at Kazutora, he said, "Is this how Konoha deals with Envoy Ninjas? You say that you value peace, but your actions say otherwise."

"You aren't even Hokage and you expect us to believe your words? We will be going to see Hokage and ask for an explanation for this matter."

Kazutora looked at him and he didn't say anything. The Kumo Ninja saw a timer forming of water in the air, and it showed 29:32.

Witnessing his command over water release, Yugito felt a surge of fear in her heart. Recalling the event, she whispered to the white-haired man who had served as the Third Raikage's secretary. His pupils contracted upon hearing Yugito's words, and he inquired, "Are you certain of this?"

Yugito nodded at his words, and the man sighed and looked at her with a complicated look on his face. He didn't expect even Tailed Beast would fear the guy in front of them and he didn't understand just how it is possible, why this happened. Remembering the plan they had, he didn't think they could complete it, so Mr. Past Secretary decided to contact Fourth Raikage.

"Can I get a scroll to write a letter and send it back?" The previous assistant asked with a weird look on his face, and Kazutora looked at him with no change in his expression. He tilted his head, and a few moments later, an ANBU appeared in the place with a scroll and quill.

Looking at the ANBU, the Kumo Ninja's expression changed, and they understood that the Fifth Hokage was aware of the situation and knew what was happening now. They clenched their teeth in anger and understood that Fifth Hokage Tsunade had prepared this from the start.

Thinking of all this, the Secretary sighed, and he started to write the scroll. When he was done, Kazutora looked at him performing the technique while hiding in between, He noted the change in the chakra. Sensing the chakra change, Kazutora understood that it was some kind of Secret Technique like the Nara clan's Shadow Techniques.

Not many can perform the technique in Kumo and those who can perform are chosen to be secretary of Raikage.

It didn't take long for two scrolls to arrive at the place, and he picked the scroll. Looking at the scroll colours and the message from colour, he understood that the blue one was for Fifth Hokage while the red one was for him.

Kazutora took the blue scroll, and he sensed no chakra in it. With a nod, and he gave the scroll to Kurenai, and she left the place. His eyes fell on the red scroll and looking past what was written on it through his perk, Kazutora sighed as he didn't know the script and the code language used by Kumo.

Yugito tensed at his reaction, and she wondered if he could see what was written on it. It was the same for others. but they were confident that Kazutora wouldn't notice anything as it is a secret language that only a few knew in Kumogakure.

After reading what was written in the scroll, and getting orders from Fourth Raikage, the white-haired man destroyed the letter and he glanced at Yugito Nii, who had a worried look on her face with some pity in his eyes. No one noticed it and then a calm look appeared on his face.

Soon, Kurenai arrived at the place with Fifth Hokage's orders, and she nodded at Kazutora. Kazutora smiled at her action, and he took a glance in the direction of the Hokage building. Thinking of the order, Kazutora turned to look at four people and said, "You all except Yugito Nii can go and meet Hokage-Sama. She can't come with you as she will be under surveillance because of her identity."

"You don't need to worry about her security as we, people in Konoha aren't interested in stealing people from other villages, like how some people tried to kidnap Kushina Uzumaki during the Second Shinobi War."

Yugito frowned at his words and their expression changed at his taunt. They looked at the white-haired man, who was the real leader of the group, and he just gave a nod and didn't say anything.

Kurenai and Shizune took the three Ninjas away while Kazutora looked at Yugito with a thoughtful look on his face.

'Konoha doesn't steal but if they want to live in Konoha, we will welcome them.'

A chuckle slipped from Kazutora's lips as he instructed, "Follow me, and remain within a 10-meter radius around me."

Saying this, he turned around and walked away. Yugito looked at his back with a strange look on her face and she followed him silently while looking around and keeping an eye on her surroundings.
