The sudden attack caught Jiryoku off guard, leaving him no choice but to dodge the incoming assault. This critical moment provided Madara with the opportunity he needed, and he was finally freed from the oppressive gravity suppression.

"You're as annoying as a fly," Jiryoku said angrily after dodging the Second Tsuchikage's attack. The Second Tsuchikage vanished again using his jutsu.

Relying solely on Observation Haki would have been problematic for Jiryoku, but he had evolved his sensory abilities with the help of gravity. By sensing changes in the gravitational field around him, he could pinpoint the location of a person. Jiryoku named this technique 'Gravity Sense'.

Madara emerged from the pit, and the first sight that greeted him was Mu being sealed by Gaara. Next, his gaze fell upon Jiryoku, who had appeared before him. Madara now realized without a doubt that he couldn't contend with Jiryoku in close combat. If he didn't employ his Rinnegan, Jiryoku could effortlessly defeat him. Only with the Rinnegan could he withstand Jiryoku's gravity-related abilities.

Madara, being cautious, prefers not to reveal his Rinnegan prematurely.

Upon summoning his Susanoo, Madara wielded two short swords that materialized in its hands. He proceeded to cross the swords before him, unleashing two sword energies in a formidable cross formation, with astonishing speed aimed directly at Jiryoku.

Reacting swiftly, Jiryoku erected a 'Gravity barrier' around himself, though its defense proved insufficient to entirely impede the sword arcs. Despite their passage through the barrier, their potency was significantly diminished.

Undeterred, Jiryoku countered by swinging his own sword, unleashing a black sword arc that effectively obliterated the cross sword arcs unleashed by Madara.
