4 The Academy!
{2 years Later}
'These things are getting pretty boring, do I really have to come to these every week.' Hikaru thought as he stared at Daisuke address the Uchiha council, there were more than 100 Uchiha present in the secret room and only those who had awakened the Sharingan were allowed entry.
It's been 2 years since Hikaru began mingling in this world, and he has grown leaps and bounds... in terms of strength and his capabilities, his height though still left a lot to be desired. Hikaru was barely scraping by to reach 4ft with sandals on, his mop of straight black hair looked unkept even though they were clean. Black locks lazily hung on his forehead as he looked at everything with a lazy gaze.
A disadvantage of taking over someone's body is that all the activities that your peers enjoy seem too boring for you. Combine that with the fact that you know that there were 2 shinobi wars on the horizon, he was not that much into playing 'Ninja' with the rest of his 'friends'.
For a lack of a better word, Hikaru easily fit into the emo criteria, with a habit of wearing darker shades, if you just add a smidgen of lipstick on his lips he could surely pull it off.
Hikaru suppressed a smirk as he listened to Daisuke's drone on and on about patrols and making sure that the members of the police force didn't use excessive force when capturing civilians.
"...Now to more important topics, the shinobi of Land of Sky has once again started breaching borders and the Uzumaki clan have already issued a warning to them, their expansion is seen as a threat as Kumo also has issued a formal warning yesterday," Daisuke spoke, his tone was grave causing the rest of the Uchiha clan members to put their dissatisfaction aside as they focused.
"Hokage-sama has instructed all the clans to let all available shinobi who are of age be inducted into the academy and the accelerated graduation plan will be reinstigated," Daisuke spoke before he turned to Hikaru and directly addressed him.
"Hikaru-kun, a total of 3 Uchiha's will enter the academy with you, look out for them keep them in line, and make sure to graduate at the top of your class," Daisuke ordered.
"Understood, Daisuke-sama." Hikaru nodded as he put aside his lazy expression. Even if most of the Uchiha were depicted as arrogant and prideful, which they were, in the end to the people they cared for, they had an unmatched sense of responsibility.
For the past couple of years, he had experienced the close bonds that festered in the clan, the Third Hokage and Danzo were likely successful in suppressing the Uchiha clan in the end. The main reason for this is the arrogant and prideful nature of the clan, but another contributing part would be the fact that the Uchiha clan had a deep sense of belonging.
'Even Koichi has treated me as his own son in the past 2 years, although one of the reasons would be the fact that he and his wife had been trying for some time now and they haven't succeded.' Hikaru thought, he looked at Koichi who was standing beside him, and got a nod of encouragement from him.
"...the announcement also indicates that a small war against the Land of Sky might be on the horizon, everyone needs to make sure that they are combat ready. Kindaichi, make sure that the retired members are ready to take up the tasks of Konoha Police." Daisuke ordered.
Hikaru watched Daisuke order the rest of the clan into action. His thoughts though were still stuck on the words that Daisuke spoke, 'The Second Shinobi World War, I have no information about how this war starts or ends, there were some mentions about Land of Sky but it was one of the movies and I skipped it.'
Hikaru sighed, the meeting continued and he focused on checking his status screens. He wasn't ready for the war considering how unpredictable the elemental nations can be, but he had tried everything he could in the past 2 years.

'It took 2 years of hard work to barely graze the barrier of high chunin level combat power, I wonder how long it would take for me to get to Kage level.' Hikaru thought as the meeting slowly came to an end, he walked out of the secret room underneath the Naka Shrine and walked back to his house.
He looked at the twinkling stars in peace and quiet for a moment, The pressure the upcoming war put on him was a little too much to bear but he still had a secret weapon that would surely help him survive this upcoming ordeal.
