(I am a new writer and I don't know much about naruto like what year the school started when was the chunnin? test start etc. so tell me when the events happen I will fix it and no this is not a.u but there will be changes if I save someone and this is not harem and I'm just writing this on the phone because I don't have a computer.)

On the planet called Earth, there is a man who's walking to the grocery store buying his dinner, His name is Shinsei, (Means - New life, Rebirth) while walking to buy his dinner, A flying stone hit Shin and slowly lose consciousness, the customer who sees Shin lying at the ground called the ambulance and guard him till the ambulance arrived.

Many minutes later, the ambulance arrived and get the stretcher to lift the body of Shin towards the back of the ambulance, while the customer got questioned what happen.

"What happen to this guy, why is he lying down to the ground?" the medic said (do you want this)

Customer: "I don't know, I just saw this man lying around at the road"(or this one)

Finishing what he asked the customer, he gets to the ambulance with his squad, while some of the other medics go to the back to tend our mc.

Many minutes later, they arrived at the hospital rushing him to the available room to tend the injury on the head.

Morning arrived, Shin regain his consciousness with a bandage wrapped on his head and think.

Shin:'Ughh...White ceiling... curtain to the side..is this the hospital?'

While mc is thinking of a nurse around late '20s seeing him, she goes to him and says

Nurse: "Hello sir, are you okay now, tell me where it hurts so I can check on you"

Shin got startled when he heard the voice but immediately got his bearing while answering.

Shin: "No, I'm okay it's just my head hurts"

Nurse: "Oh, okay I will call the doctor to know why your head hurt"

Shin nod's and the nurse smile at him then walk out to call the doctor, minutes later the nurse together with a doctor who seems' around 40 to 50 years of age walk towards him.

Doctor: "Hello there young man, do you remember what happen to you last night?"

Shin: "I don't remember...wait I seem to be hit on the head by some hard object and lose conscious when I was walking to the grocery store to buy for my dinner... that's all I remember"

Doctor: "Looks like you don't have a memory loss, but I still need to run some test on you if there is some damage to your brain"(tell me if it's wrong since I'm not that good on this)

With mc being tested if there's a symptom to his brain or just damage from the hard object when it hit him, this continues for minutes or hours(I don't know), seeing that there's no symptoms or damage to his brain.

The doctor tells the mc that there's no problem with his brain but he still needs to stay at the hospital to rest since he took a hit on the head, Shinsei nodded, the doctor took his leave and leave the nurse to take care of him till he recovers, this continues for two days being taken care by the nurse, feeding him, talking to the nurse etc. till he got discharged.

After being discharged from the hospital, he takes his goodbye and says thanks to the nurse and the doctor for their warm personality.

Walking to the road for fresh air till he arrives at his house, until a truck coming towards his direction, seeing this Shin thought 'Oh Shi...', and just like that he died the day get out of the hospital killing him by the truck.

A majestic office, giving off a radiance of divinity and a table and a man waiting for the next soul, while having three doors to the left-centre and right having the name heaven, reincarnate, and reborn at the back (it means no more memory and be reborn in the earth), Shinsei opened his eyes to see a man, skimming through the paperwork.

Shin: "Hello sir___?, who are you and where am I?"

The man looks at Shinsei and say.

The man: "Yamma, and you are in the place where we let the people choose where they want to go, and if you choose heaven you will have an easy life there no discrimination, no racism, no criminals etc. or if you choose reincarnation you will be reincarnated to a different world with 1 wish(some limit's like no wish for infinite wishes or the 3 Omni power while the criminals will be limited heavily to having a minor level and damaged soul) and your previous deeds will be the deciding factor of what wishes you can get, while the reborn or rebirth is when you reborn to your old world with no memories while being toss random families be it poor or rich, good family or bad family"

Shin: "Thanks for the information Sir Yamma, can I think for a minute so I can weigh the pros and cons of this"

Yamma: "Sure I can just freeze the time outside anyway so don't worry about the time, you can even think for days, you can just at the couch to the left to think"

Shin nodded and goes to the couch while thinking about the pros and cons while others might immediately pick the reincarnation for their knowledge of the anime, or movies or heaven to live a good life with no more discrimination or racism etc.

Shinsei thought 'Hmm... the heaven is good I don't think I can go there cause I'm 50% sure there will be no fighting or like sparring but I'm sure there will be entertainment like anime, sports and gadgets I can't just leave like that so the con for me is there's no fighting or sparring, then the next is reincarnation, the pros would be I have 1 wish and I can live the way I want even if I want to laze around I can watch friends fighting or girls fighting who will love them from their crush etc. the cons would be is I don't know the world I will be reincarnated to will it be a good world or a dangerous world like dragon ball where someone can just destroy a planet in a flick of a finger or erase a universe by just raising a hand on the air, now the third would be nice but I don't want to go back there since there will be nothing new even if my memory is lost'

Shin weighing the pros and cons, he got the answer to the choice he will make and that is reincarnation since he want to reincarnate he immediately thought of what his superpower would be.

Minutes later, he got what superpower he wants and that is instant learning, since he will be reincarnated to a random world anyways then the most versatile and suitable wish would be instant learning since he will not know what world he will get reincarnated to.

Having his choices ready and making his mind up he goes to Yamma.

Shin: "I already made my mind up of what to choose, I want to reincarnate and my wish would be instant learning"

Yamma: "hmm... let's see your past deed if you can wish instant learning...okay it looks like you can get instant learning since you didn't commit a crime and you have a decent life while also helping some people here and there but you also do have some bad things you do when you are a kid like drawing a cat face to your parents when they are still alive and don't worry about your parents anymore since they are in heaven"

Shin: "Hmm...just tell them I love them for being a nice parent to me till I got 14 y.o"

Yamma: "I will now go to the door where a reincarnation is put and you will be reincarnated to a random world"

Shinsei nodded while saying his thanks to Yamma, heading to the reincarnation door, he open the door while saying his goodbye to Yamma.

With that our Mc finally start his journey to where he goes.
