"Great Guardian." Cheon Mujin called out and from the depths of the shadow casted by his throne Great Guardian Marakyum appeared within an enigmatic wind.
"I will be gone for a month." Cheon Mujin said to which the Great Guardian questioned.
"Pardon me, my Lord?"
"I have some business to take care of outside the Cult, it will take me a month to finish it." Cheon Mujin said then Great Guardian Marakyum protested.
"My Lord, I highly advise against it. The cult is in the process of major change, a Leader is require to overlook it's process otherwise some problems might arise."
"Hmmmm, your words do hold some merit. But this is something I can't delay." Cheon Mujin said. Then he pulled out a book from his sleeve and handed it over to Great Guardian Marakyum.
"This is a military draft that I have been working with. I will need you to implement this while I'm gone, I also put some detailed instruction on how you will handle certain problems. It's about time the Cult have a proper military rather than just Clans."
Inside the book was the detailed instruction of the construction of Cheon Mujin's military force. Starting with proper military ranking:
0: The Sovereign Lord: Leader of the entire cult and its military. Have the power to command the entire Army with just his gesture and will.
1.Supreme Commander: The highest-ranking military official, appointed by the Sovereign Lord, responsible for overseeing all strategic military operations.
2. Strategic Advisor: A master strategist and chief counselor to the Supreme Commander, tasked with high-level planning and coordination.
3. Campaign Director: Leaders of extensive army divisions, overseeing campaigns and ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives.

Cavalry: Specialized Unit practicing a unique martial art personally created by the Sovereign Lord, known as the One Demon One Stallion Art. This martial art unifies the stallion and the horseman, representing a newly established division by the Sovereign Lord.
Artillery: Specialized Unit who have attained mastery in long-ranged martial arts, specializing in disciplines such as archery.
Infantry: Specialized Unit who have honed their skills in mainstream martial arts, encompassing swords, blades, and spears.
This structure maintains a balance between Cult's power and independence from the Lord, combining strategic wisdom with practical battlefield leadership.
"I will leave you to handle this, for now you have the power to make important decisions." Cheon Muji said then he got up from his throne and donned a new robe.
Cheon Mujin then disappeared from his position leaving Great Guardian Marakyum to his own devices. On the throne's seat was a plaque that says [Temporary Authority], this is a plaque that Lord's will left behind to the ones they trust before leaving or going outside to take care of personal matters.
If a Lord left this to a trusted personnel, then that certain individual will have the power to temporarily make decisions inside the Cult but if it comes to extremely important decisions the plaque's authority will not be enough.
Due to Cheon Mujin's new system the entire Cult is dependent into one one person and that person is the lord or as the new system calls it the Sovereign Lord.
After the ramification the Cult is now called Sovereign Dominion's Sky Demon Order instead of just Sky Demon Order. This signifies the new Cult; the more powerful Cult.
But there is a flaw in that system, and that is, is that it is entirely dependent on one person, the Sovereign Lord. Though the ancestral council previously called Council Elder's Demon Court still holds some minor power the power is just enough to keep the cult afloat and going but not enough to challenge the Sovereign's authority just like the previous system, Cheon Mujin thoughts that it is duable enough, since he'll just be gone for a month.

First Cheon Mujin plans to head to the Sword Creek where the Godly Doctor resides. Cheon Mujin has been to the Swords Creek before when he took the blade and sword trace that Cheon Ma and Blade God left beneath the cliff, so he's quite familiar with this place. After this he plans to head to the Yongho Family but first.
He will need to strike the deal with her first before he proceeds with his plan. He already knew the direction to where Godly Doctor exactly resides since the novel and the manhwa detailed it clearly. But before heading to the Sword Creek though, he headed to the inn outside the Sword Creek's forest to take care of some pests.
With his regal robe that doesn't fit the place's atmosphere Cheon Mujin entered the humble inn.
"Welcome Guest!" An old man who seems to be the innkeeper greeted Cheon Mujin as the latter entered the inn.
Cheon Mujin nodded at the old man before saying:
"One room and a meal for the night."
"Is that all sir?"
"That will be all."
"I'll bring you the food immediately, sir! Just sit for now while I tidy up your room." The old man said then he headed to the kitchen to cook the food Cheon Mujin ordered,
A minute later the old man arrived with a tray of food in his hands. He put the food on Cheon Mujin's table and smiled at the latter.
"I'll be back later to escort you to your room after you finish your meal."
"Hope you enjoy your meal, sir!" The old man said happily to Cheon Mujin.
The latter looked at the meal in front of him and chuckled as if amused and impressed at the same time.
"He really is good at his job." Cheon Mujin said, then he took a sip of the soup in front of him and nodded in satisfaction.
"Yup, that's good alright." After he was done with his meal the old man came back to him to escort him to the room.
"Sir, I'll escort you to your room now," The old man bowed.
Cheon Mujin nodded at him and got up from his seat, then he paused.
"Is there something wrong sir?" Asked the old man, curious about Cheon Mujin's sudden halt.
"Can I ask you a question?" Said Cheon Mujin.
"Yes! Of course sir you can!" The old man responded.
Then Cheon Mujin said:
"Where would you like to die? sword or blade? Blade Sword Master."
Suddenly the old man lunged at Cheon Mujin with blade force qi enforcing his arm. He swung his force qi clad arm towards Cheon Mujin and performed an eerily familiar technique.

A sound of metal resounded in the entire inn as the two forces collided.
"You! How did you know!?" Asked the old man in a shout.
The old man is a spy of the Blade God Six Martial Clan assigned to look over the Godly Doctor. He has been here for a week without being found out but somehow this young man with a ridiculous regal robe found him out.
"Oh nothing. I have quite the foresight you see." Before the old man could even respond to Cheon Mujin's ridiculous response, his body was suddenly split into two.
It happened so fast that he didn't register anything. First he was talking and the next second his entire body was split. Before he closed his eyes he saw a sword within Cheon Mujin's hand. A dark and beautiful sword releasing a powerful demonic aura.
"Ah!" Releasing a sound of acknowledgement before dying the old man lay cold.
