Chapter 8- Results

After entrance exam, Sachiko is about to return to her apartment when Uraraka called her from behind.

"Nakamura chan!"

Sachiko is now at the main gate of UA and as soon as she hears Uraraka's voice, she turns to look at her.

"How did it go?"

"Well, not bad, I guess. I got a lot of points." Sachiko answers her question. "And you? Did it go well?"

At her question, Uraraka's face expression turn a bit guilty, "You remember the boy we met at the gates this morning?"

"Yeah, why?" Sachiko feigns ignorance although she knows what likely happened. Looking at Uraraka's face, it is likely that the cannon event happened.

"Well, there was this huge zero pointer and my leg was stuck so I couldn't run from it. He rushed in to save me, even breaking an arm in the process. I also heard that he hadn't got any points yet. If it weren't for me, he would've got at least some points." Uraraka says.

"I see, that's not your fault." Sachiko says.

"Anyway, I want to talk to teachers and give him some of my points." Uraraka looks determined.

"Are you sure? If you do so, you might not have enough points to pass the entrance exam." Sachiko asks.

"But, it's the right thing to do, isn't it? I can't sit by and do nothing while I could've at least give him some of my points. The points he deserves." Uraraka replies.

"If that's what you want, then let's go." Sachiko says.

"Hm?"

"Aren't you going to talk to a teacher? Come." Sachiko says as she leads the way.

"Right.." Uraraka follows her quickly.

"So, you're saying you want to transfer some points to another examinee?" Present Mic says.

"Yes, you know the boy with messy hair, freckles...do you know?"

Uraraka continues, "He's very reserved and...I heard him say that at least one point."

"So, I'm hoping that I can share some points with him. At least the points he has lost because of me."

"He saved me!" Uraraka closes her eyes and raises her voice a bit at the end.

"Please! Please!"

Sachiko looks at the scene and thinks to herself, 'No wonder people ship Uraraka and Midoriya. I'm starting to see why.'

Present Mic eventually says, "I can't share your points even if you beg, but I don't think you need to, little listener."

"Why? Are you giving some points for rescuing people or something like that?" Sachiko asks. "This is a hero school so it would make sense, now that I think about it."

Present Mic is caught off guard by Sachiko's sudden question and paused, "You..it seems that you've figured out something. But, we can't tell you anything before results are announced."

"Okay then." Sachiko nods in understanding. "Let's go, Uraraka. I'm sure he will be fine."

"Ok..okay." Uraraka nods.

After leaving UA, Sachiko says, "Let's keep in touch. This is my phone number."

Sachiko typed her phone number in notes before showing it to Uraraka.

"Okay, I'll call you with my phone." Uraraka calls Sachiko's number with her phone and Sachiko put the number in her contacts.

One Week Later

Sachiko is having pizza and coke delivered to her doorstep when the letter from UA arrives.

"It has arrived? God, I'm excited." Sachiko mutters as she holds the letter.

She then opens the envelope and a projection of All Might appears.

"Young Nakamura, although you only got a passing score in writing test, you've scored 300 villain points in practical test and got the first place. Is it only this?" All Might pauses dramatically.

"Of course not. By destroying the zero pointer, you saved three of the other examinees. Rescue points, given by the examiners. Saving others' lives, it's one of the qualities UA is looking for. Nakamura Sachiko won 60 rescue points and along with 300 villain points, you get first place with highest score in UA's history!"

'I set a record? I like that.' Sachiko hums in delight.

Meanwhile the teachers look at the board showing top ten results in the observation room.

"Look at the first place. 300 villain points and 60 rescue points. With such score, it seems that everyone else's scores had been dimmed down."

"The second place got 77 points in villain points alone, right? It's usually an amazing feat but the first place is really a monster."

"Look, the eighth place got zero villain points but sixty hero points."

Aizawa looks annoyed, standing at the corner.
