Auction

Over the course of six months, I was trained to their liking, I obeyed without thought and everything I did was to please them. I was the only slave here, the other six were sold each month, and I knew that my time was here. When Master came in and unchained me from the room "good morning Master, may I please you?" I asked, as I knelt down and looked up at him.

"Not today slave, today is your auction, so we're transporting you there now," Master said.

"Master, may I ask you a question?" I asked, and he nodded. "What if the person who buys me frees me?" I asked.

"We don't free our slaves, no need to worry about it," Master said.

"Ok Master," I said.

"Good now let's go," Master said, leaving the room, I followed after him. We left the warehouse, the place I've been calling home the last six months and got in a van. I got in the back and just sat naked waiting patiently to get where he was going.

I was nervous, I thought of what it would be like to be owned by a different Master, and as much as it scared me it excited me. I knew today was coming since the very first day, I just wished I had more time with Master and his gang. When the van stopped and the side door opened I got out. Like the good slave, I kept my head down and followed Master to where he was leading me. "Master, may I ask one last question?" I asked.

"You've been really curious this week, slave," Master said.

"I know I have been Master, but just one more please Master" I pleaded, he smiled softly but nodded. "Was I pleasing Master?" I asked.

"Yes slave you were," Master said and a smile broke across my face.

"I'm glad Master that's all a slave wishes for," I said.

"Now, stand on here, and display," Master said as he led me to a stage, in the centre there was a podium, I got on and spread my legs, laced my fingers behind my neck making sure my elbows were pointing out. "Very good slave," Master said, I was sad because it might be one of the last times I heard him tell me I was doing good.

"Master?" I asked.

"Yes, slave?" Master asked.

"I'm grateful I got to know you Master, thank you for keeping me in my place and showing me how a slave is supposed to act," I said, smiling down at him.

"Your welcome slave, now smile and be good," Master said, when the curtain rose, and there was a bright light on me, I smiled, I was not able to keep up with the numbers, I just knew that the numbers climbed steadily and fast. Until I heard "sold to Bruce for $500,000" Master said, I did not move as people left and a man came up, he paid in cash for me to Master.

Before coming over to me, "let's go" Bruce said, I flashed a small smile to Master and followed after Bruce. "Put this on," Bruce said when we were outside, so I put on the shirt and jeans, and he passed me a helmet and I put it on, he got on the bike and once I was on I wrapped my arms around his waist and he drove off, leaving my old Master behind. I didn't make a sound as he drove until he pulled into a house. We both got off and headed inside, it felt weird wearing clothes again. "You will stay clothed, now go clean the house," Bruce said.

"Yes Master," I said and started to leave.

"Call me Bruce," Bruce said, I nodded, not saying anything. I grew sceptical but I did not disobey. I cleaned the house from top to bottom, making everything like new. When I finished it was getting late.

"Would you like me to cook supper for you?" I asked when I went to the living room.

"Spaghetti," Bruce said, I nodded and went to the kitchen and started on some spaghetti, when I finished I plated the food and put it on the table. "Put a plate down for yourself," Bruce said. I didn't like the fact that he made me so equal to him, I made a plate for myself and as I went to kneel at his feet he stopped me "at the table like a human being" Bruce said I sat at the table and we both ate without talking to the other.

"I mean no disrespect but you're confusing me," I said when I finished eating.

"Clean up and we will talk," Bruce said, I nodded, at least he still makes me clean and I was thankful for that. When I had the kitchen cleaned again I went to the living room where Bruce was. "What's your name?" Bruce asked.

"Jessica," I said, furrowing my eyebrows.

"Well Jessica, I buy slaves for a living, to set them free within three months as I reintroduce them to society," Bruce said.

"Please don't, I enjoy being a slave please don't take that from me" I begged.

"Three months Jessica, you will keep my place clean, cook my meals, and at the end I'll give you $5,000 to help you survive when you leave here," Bruce said.

"But I don't want to be free" I whimpered, looking at him as tears fell down my face.

"By the end, you will be, once I decondition the training that those monsters did to you," Bruce said, I clenched my jaw but didn't do anything as I was a slave and he was my Master.

"Is there anything I can do to make you change your mind?" I asked, and he shook his head.

"I'll show you around and where you'll be sleeping," Bruce said standing up so I stood up and followed him through his house. "I know you already went through it while you cleaned but I would still like to walk through it with you," Bruce said and I nodded. I was sad, as we walked through the house until he opened the room I will be staying in. "I know it's not a lot, but it should be fine," Bruce said.

"Are you kidding Master, it's more than I deserve" I said.

"Call me Bruce Jessica," Bruce said.

"I'm sorry, I'm just so used to calling my Master Master," I said.

"I am not your Master Jessica, I am a friend," Bruce said.

"You paid for me, so you own me making you my Master," I said.

"Well, think of it as a friend helping another out of a tough situation," Bruce said, and I nodded my head. "I'll leave you alone to settle in for the night," Bruce said before leaving, I stripped to nothing, finding the clothes restricting, and for the first time in six months, I sat on a bed. It felt weird, as I lay down, and before I knew it I was out like a light.
