Strange

We talked for a bit longer then they head over to see mom. Once they leave I grab Byron's hand and pull him into the hallway.

"I'm not sure what I should do Jasmine says she can talk to their wolves and something isn't right with them. She wants them off the pack grounds as soon as possible."

"Okay let me get dad go to his office and wait there."

As I go to the office I sit down and wait. Five minutes later the family comes through the door. Once everyone sits down the Alpha says," Don't panic okay. I need to speak to Jasmine. She will come forward but you will go to where she is. You will still be able to see and hear but not talk. Now I need Jasmine to came talk to me."

"Alpha my human ONLY trusts your family so I will as well. I can speak to your wolves without the human knowing. While my human was getting to know her kin the wolves were saying strange things like this could not be my son's offspring she doesn't seem like what we were promised. The Luna's Wolf was a strait up BITCH saying that if the prophecy isn't true then they killed their son to soon. Alpha I pledge my loyalty to you, this pack, my human, and my mate smoke, who is jumping around in Byron's head right now because he thinks this is the hottest damn thing he has ever seen. I won't lie to any of you, but their wolves were acting strange. They also do not plan to leave the pack until after we shift so can I suggest you get them off pack grounds before that happens. I really don't trust them sir."

"Thank you Jasmine. I will take care of any and all issues. I will have them off the pack grounds before you shift. Now let Makayla return so you can rest for tonight."

"Thank you Alpha."

The next thing I know I'm standing in front of the Alpha. I'm sure I was just sitting there but they are all looking at me strangely.

"What happened, I only heard a little bit. It sounded like I was in a tunnel. Is everything okay."

" My dear I know it's supposed to be from your father but can I see the note please?"

"Sure here, to be honest I'm not really excited to read it or anything. If you want read it out loud. I don't know these people but if they are not right then you need to know."

I hand him the letter. Once he opens it and starts reading things go fuzzy.

"If you are a special angel this is for you. Time will stand still."

Byron yells," STOP Smoke is loosing his mind. Makayla can you hear me? Dad Jasmine says it's a spell burn it."

The Alpha turns and throws the paper and envelope into the fire and I just kind of slide out of my chair. Byron picks me up and takes me to his room since its closest.

"Mom Jasmine says lavender will help do we have any? Dad she says you need to wash your hands with soap and hot water."

Both parents leave the room. Mom comes back first.

"I hope this will work. It's all the lavender I have."

Then she opens the bottle of body spray under my nose. I can hear Jasmine telling me to breathe but I can't get my body to work. I can hear she is starting to panic but I can't do anything. I hear her telling smoke that they have to try to get it in my blood stream carefully. It won't be long before I stop breathing all together. Byron starts to panic at this point so Jasmine turns to the Alpha.

"Alpha you must cut her now the lavender must get in her bloodstream. Soon it will be to late. Smoke is panicking and Byron care barely keep him under control."

The Alpha nods his head and pulls out a knife. He has Ariana get him a towel and put it under my arm. No one says a word as he cuts me deep enough to make blood run. Then he pours some of the body spray over the cut. It takes a minute but I start to feel the burn. A minute later I roll over and press the towel to my arm to get it to stop burning. I sit there for a minute while Jasmine yells at Smoke for being a pussy in a crisis. Then the heaviness leaves and I can move again.

I look up at Lucas and Kathrine and hug both of them as I say thank you. They hug me back and Lucas leaves the room.

"Are you okay honey? You had us worried."

"I think I'm okay. I was worried about breathing it was getting hard there at the end. Mom where did dad go? He is having the Alpha and Luna picked up and put in the jail."

"Don't tell them why and have someone check on mom. If they did this to me what did they do to her? Plus there is the baby to worry about."

"I scared the shit out of the nurses Wolf but they stopped your mom from opening the envelope. I want Chris to open it. After all according to Kindra's Wolf dusky they were the ones to call the Alpha before dad did. They set all of this up. She is pissed at you for taking her Alpha and leaving her with a pathetic human."

I drop my head in my hands and say," According to Jasmine she got a nurse to grab the envelope before mom could open it. Also Kindra and Chris started this apparently they contacted the Alpha before dad could. Dusky says Kindra is pissed off at me for stealing her Alpha and leaving her with nothing but a pathetic human to work with. Jasmine wants Chris to read the letter. She also doesn't want the Alpha or Luna to know why they are going to the dungeon yet."

Mom links dad to tell him what's going on. She also says that Chris and Kindra needs to join the Alpha and Luna in the dungeons.

After things calm down mom cleans my arm and then we all go downstairs. A half hour later dad comes back and tells us it's all taken care of. Right now Chris is reading the letter out loud for the Alpha and Luna. It would seem it has the same effect on the three of them as it did on you. I told the guards how to take care of it after waiting a minute. They are all back to normal now and Kindra is pissed off more than she was before this started. Just so you know everything is being recorded down that a so I can pass it all on to the council."

"Thank you so much dad. You were wonderful today. Now I think I need a nap."

"Good idea young lady. We have a party later to get to."

I yawn as I stand up and go to Byron's room. I lay down on the bed and snuggle into his pillow. Then I fall asleep.
