Lying on the bed, Lucille covered herself with the blanket, closed her eyes, and forced herself to stop thinking about such chaotic things.
After a night of running around, she finally got to rest.
Lucille fell into a deep slumber.
She slept for a long time.
While she did so, Molly visited a few more times and knocked on the door twice. Seeing that there was no response from inside, she guessed that Lucille must have gone to bed, so she waited obediently without making any noise.
Madam Dahlia was a little worried. She also went upstairs to check on Lucille several times. She asked through the door, "Miss Jules, you haven't eaten all day. Would you like me to bring you something to eat?"
There was no sound in the room.
Madam Dahlia wanted to call out to Lucille again, but Molly made a shushing gesture and said, "Lucille is sleeping. Let's not disturb her."
"All right..." Madam Dahlia had no choice but to leave.
